  I was expecting a big hassle bringing in my dead car battery with 6 months warranty left. Miguel, tall, thin friendly guy, verified the warranty using my phone number and swapped out the battery for a new, better one with 4 year free replacement warranty ($19 upgrade I requested). Very easy, carried it out for me and now all’s well again. Couldn’t have been better.

  Had an awesome experience at the store on 192 in Melbourne recently. My alternator on my air boat went out and the manager bent over backwards to help me find the right one. Matched it up exactly, couldn’t believe it with 1 million different alternators out there in the world. Definitely will be using this store again!

  Ray H and Dee were VERY helpful. It has been years since buying windshield blades, so Dee helped with the selection. After purchase, she helped with install of front 2 blades but got Ray to help with rear blade. Def TOP KNOTCH people. Clone these 2!
