It would be 10 stars if I could be amazing. Amazing. I stay in Polk county and I thought I was stuck. I will travel 89 miles to this exact location for anything car related and will recommended. I have a small repair shop here in Melbourne... I do most of my orders online. . Ashley or Lauren usually are the ones who pick up the phone to help when I do call. The delivery drivers are very friendly and on a first name basis.. great people. I enjoy doing buisness with them
Went for a battery, was priced matched on a better warranty and higher quality battery and was helped with the installation, Donald helped me the whole way through!
I went in today to get my battery checked. I walked in. no one in sight waited for a couple of minutes. Then one person came out. The person who did my battery had a attitude. He said my battery was bad . I said ok give me a new one. I asked him if he would put it in. He made feel I was putting him out then I ask him to check the charging system. Again he made me feel like I was putting him out. The girl had the same attitude. I do a lot of business with this store . It's not how you treat a customer!!!. Plus I asked him how old was my old battery. He said there is no way he could tell. I took pictures of the old battery. It clearly stated
They went above and beyond to help my husband after an awful mechanic refused to refund us anything at all for installing the wrong CV joint in our car and almost completely destroying it. They went ahead and refunded us the part which was so refreshing after being taken advantage of by the shop LAG. Thank you!
Andy was great! He went out of his way (and the other employees were helping out too!) to get us taken care of. He had diagnosed that we had a #4 cylinder in our minivan that was misfiring. So I decided to take a crack at replacing in the parking lot (I do NOT recommend this...it could have broken off in the motor). Andy was so helpful. He must have come out to help a dozen times while we were trying to get the old one out. (He even jumped in himself to try and back it out of the cylinder) We finally got the dead plug out and it solved the problem! Thank you Andy and everyone else! O'Reilly auto parts is my go-to for my parts. My friend came by so I could replace his plugs and wires on his 98 Honda. He always used Auto Zone, so we go there they would have to order the wires. Right next to them is advanced auto, so we stop there. Two out of 3 people working spoke little to no English. They only had plugs that cost over 10 dollars a piece and 110 dollars for 4 wires. O'Reilly had the 4 wires for 50 dollars and 5 dollars per plugs.
O'Reilly's in Melbourne off N. Wickham Road is awesome! I love everyone in there. They are very helpful and polite. They always take great care of us and help us to get the parts we need. Thank you, Ashley, you rock. Continue a great job, everyone!
Once again, I have a bad experience. My previous two experiences were not good. Third time is not the "charmed."
I general, I prefer not to go to O'Reilly. I typically go to Advance Auto, then Autozone. If I need something urgently and the previous mentioned two stores do not carry the item, then as a last resort I will go to O'Reillys.
I purchased 4 items online for store pickup. The sales person was super slow. I told her I had 4 items for pickup, she came back with only 2 (small paper boxes). She requested for me to check the items. I did. Still only 2 items. She once again slowly went to the back. Finally came back with 2 more items.
I was then told that I did not pay for the items online. My email confirmation stated that all were paid for. She insisted I had not. I had no choice but to pay again.
Later, I confirmed that I did indeed pay for them online AND again at the store. Had to get in contact with customer service to fix the extra payment.
Donald was a great help and helped me track down a brake caliper bracket for a family members 2010 Hyundai after not being able to find or receive the right one! Went above and beyond and was a great help. Thank you again sir!
I have shopped at this location a few times for parts now. Lauren has helped me find exactly what I need, helping me to avoid the numerous trips back for things I would have forgotten otherwise. I always feel like I am in great hands.
I worked with Donald who was able to test my old alternator and triple check to make sure it was bad. He helped me select a new one and look for some other options. Amazing customer service! Significantly better than the competition across the street haha. Will definitely shop here again because of this great experience.

They have an exceptional crew who are very knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, HONEST. Unlike most of the other auto parts stores, they do not make me feel uncomfortable when I have questions about my car. They are now my go-to for all my car issues.
George was extremely helpful in helping me find exactly what I need to replace my wheel bearings on my chevy 1500 2005. He explained the process so well in an easy to understand language. Made this potential nightmare cake work
The young man who helped me was amazing. Changed my battery and checked the voltage afterward. Made small talk helped with a few other help for tips. I'll definitely be going back to O'Reilly Auto Parts.
I will never shop at this location again. I've never been so disrespect by an employee in my life. As bad as my husband and I were. We practically got shoved put of the store. I told the cashier " this is a good way to lose sales " Auto zone is better anywho.
Had to replace battery in auto fob. The gentleman working was pleasant and kind enough to actually take them fob apart and replace the battery. I have arthritis in my hands so I truly appreciated him going the extra mile not just selling me the battery.
Came in 5 mins to close in need of new window wipers. The guys were polite and funny. They have no problems staying a few mins past close to assist in putting on the wiper blades. Great customer service!
This is a customer-friendly store that has a great selection of parts and supplies. They have tool rental and the tools I have rented are practically brand new some are still in the wrapper. I have special ordered a certain brand of oil or parts and the delivery is quick usually the next day and you pick it up. The store is easy in and easy out located right off Wickham and not by a stoplight. The checkout is always quick with usually a small wait if any at all. A military discount is available and is a great perk for the military, retired included.
Had a late night repair.... called & they had the parts...cool... Get back to the shop, pull apart the front end of the 2500HD for brakes. Remove old stuck caliper,pads & rotors... Replaced rotors, pads & calipers but when we go to connect brake lines the caliper isn't tapped to the same thread as OEM or the bolt that was sent..... So then we had to go to the other Oriellys & they had bad caliper threads also
Knowledgeable, affordable and very friendly. I go in with my service dog and they are very welcoming. They always answer all my questions and take the time to make sure I'm ordering all the right parts. They even help carry out all the heavy parts. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts for being so courteous to your customers. The inside & outside of the store is very clean and when your parts come in the call. Avoid auto zone. They are so rude and useless.
They are fantastic at this location! I highly recommend them over the place next door. Everyone was really helpful and they helped me figure out what I needed and gave me confidence to do some of my own repairs. Erik was super nice to lend a hand and a wrench. With their parts and guidance, I was able to fix my cruise control and brake lights myself, not only saving me $, but now I feel great having done the repairs. They have earned my loyalty.
