We were on a mini vacation to PCB when the car started skipping and jumping while accelerating, scaring us half to death. We found a place to pull over but had no idea what to do or who to call. We looked up top wrecker services in the area and called some of them, most of which wouldn't answer or wanted us to fill out a form. Finally, one answered, but they didn't serve the area where we were. Fortunately, they recommended two others, one of which was Fleming. I called, and Cliff answered immediately, stating that he would have his driver, Thomas, call us back. He did, in just a few minutes, and after only a few questions, knew exactly where we were and said he'd be there soon. Thomas came in about 20 minutes and eased all of our fears and concerns. He was so nice, and towed our car to the recommended auto shop, even stopping for our needed restroom break along the way! Best of all, he even agreed to take us on to our AirBnB about 20 minutes away! He didn't have to do that, but he did, and at the end gave us his business card with Proverbs 22:1 on the back. That meant a lot to us, and it said a lot about Fleming's Wrecker Service. What could have been an expensive, scary time turned out to be affordable and really pretty great. I hope we never need wrecker services again in PCB, but if we do, we know who to call, and so should you. Thank you so much, Cliff and Thomas!
Decent wrecker service I guess it is extremely frustrating when they come and pay you $150 for your junk vehicle that no longer runs but they don't answer the phone so that you can take your tag off of Said vehicle. I will never use this service ever again. If you want a great wrecker service call White's wrecker White's wrecker will take care of you and they answer the damn phone! Exclamation mark
The family was out of town on vacation when our car died on us. Spoke with Mr. Cliff who was absolutely AWESOME. Car was towed by Thomas from PCB, FL TO Ft. Walton Beach FL. Turns out my tow was a little more difficult than anticipated. The driver Thomas was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. There were several problems but he had an answer for them all. Thank you Thomas!
Do not go with Fleming Auto Salvage and Wrecker Service!
I called for a tow due to a simple flat tire that needed replacing. Unfortunately due to the drivers negligence while attaching my car to the tow-truck, the rack and pinion gear were bent and punctured the power steering bellow, now Fleming is denying any responsibility for the damages.
I have never once had any power steering issues with my car prior to them touching it and now I am on the hook for their mistake. I understand that accidents happen, but I shouldn’t be held liable for damages made to my vehicle by others. I am a mother of two, one with special needs and I require safe and reliable transportation... after paying for the tow, the owner, Cliff has refused any responsibility for the damage as a direct result of the removal of my vehicle, the cost of the repairs is now 1800$. With it being so close to the holidays, this is more than problematic!
I would encourage others to seek any other company for towing assistance, Fleming is demonstrating a complete lack of integrity and care for their customers. It is shameful and ultimately dishonest.
Top notch group of fellas! We had an unusual item (8x14x8 powder costung oven)) to be relocated from PCB to Ebro. The owner and Coty both were top shelf! We would absolutely recommend!

My son and I were on vacation in Panama City when our car broke down. These guys handled our car with care and were exceptional. They got us and our car back to the hotel. Price is very fair and a class act for sure. I would definitely recommend.

This place is a scam and horrible so BEWARE!!! I had my vehicle towed the other day and Cliff scraped the front of my car loading it on to his flatbed truck and broke my radiator. It was leaking antifreeze all over his truck and this man had the nerve to say he didn’t break anything. He was extremely nasty to me. If it was a preexisting issue as he claims, the vehicle would have done drained out all the antifreeze prior to him towing my vehicle. I would NOT recommend this man or his company to my worst enemy as he took ZERO responsibility for his negligence and now I’m out $800!!!
Great wrecker company! They are always very friendly and professional. They get to you in a reasonable amount of time. This company accepts cash and debit/credit cards. I would highly recommend using this towing company.
Mr Fleming and his wife are good people who have compassion and understand things just go wrong. They worked with me and that says alot about who they are. Go to them, you won't be disappointed.

Here on business and got myself stuck in sand at beach parking lot. Cliff was very honest with wait time and recommended I call around. I did call around and got either no answer or a rude lady at discount tow who doesn't like business I guess. Waited an hour for Fleming auto salvage and helped with care by Jordan. Well worth the wait and much better price than discount tow in Panama city.

The lady in the office was very helpful but more importantly she was kind. When you are on a situation where your car is destroyed and your daughter is hurt, it's very hard to hold it together. She was wonderful. Would definitely recommend

Mr Fleming became very irate, shouted hateful, abusive and judgemental words at me, calling me "an Obama check recipient" " who was waiting at the mailbox for a handout" and he told me If I were a man he would fight me. He threatened to slap me and put his hands up ready to choke me. I attempted to show him he violated Florida statute codes for not entering my vehicle information into a database for the police to cross reference in order to circumvent the issues of stolen vehicle reports. He didn't like the fact I knew my Constitutional rights under Florida law and I called him out on his violation, and he blew his lid and was VERY unprofessional. He towed my vehicle without my consent, did not check the validity of the person having my vehicle towed- Unscrupulous business ethics, lacks integrity and accountability. Unprofessional approach to me as a person with property at his facility, and frankly an abusive, misogynistic individual. I would recommend TAYLOR'S TOWING over Fleming for their professional demeanor and outstanding integrity.

My daughter and my 8 year old grandson were stranded in Panama City Beach after a horrible car accident. Thankfully, unhurt, but the car was not drive-able. AAA wanted close to $2000 to tow her to Ormond Beach. Cliff at Fleming not only reassured me, he sent a wonderful worker who hooked her car to a tow dolly so she could drive herself and her son home, safely. Well, it was time for me to get rid of my old car from my college days...I loved it but there was no sense in keeping it around for sentimental value plus it was not running. It is New Year's Day and I am not going to be in town much longer so I called Fleming Auto Salvage and Wrecker Service for a quote and to see how quickly they could come get it. I was pleasantly surprised that not only would they pay cash on the spot but that they would be here in 30 minutes on a holiday! It was like ordering a pizza...but in reverse! Needless to say, the car is gone and I have my CASH in hand! Thanks for being courteous too!
