The folks at Discount Towing were very professional, honest, and quick to arrive when our vehicle broke down while on vacation. Tom, the tow truck driver, was very nice and full of good info on local repair shops. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely horrible business. Towed a whole bunch of vehicles of people that were told as long as they moved their vehicles before 5:00, they wouldn’t be towed. At 4:00, this awful “company” towed everyone’s vehicles. And the woman working the front is rude as heck. Call any other towing company besides this one if you need a tow. There’s a reason they have bad reviews. And just to add, the woman that told them their vehicles wouldn’t be towed was one of their own employees! And also, this was an abandoned parking lot, it’s not like it was obvious that you shouldn’t park there. And my son went and ASKED your employee before he left his truck there if he needed to move his truck and she told him it was fine to park there as long as he moved it by 5:00. Y’all towed his truck that had his id and his money in it and left him and his girlfriend stranded because of that employee not telling them the truth.
Called to ask about an eta update for drop off so we knew when to meet them, reception was so rude. Answered the phone like we’re the inconvenience for having her do her job that she gets paid for, by simply asking 1 question. Overpriced as well.
Mark and his team came right out when someone ran into our box truck and not only were they prompt they absolutely went above and beyond to get the vehicle secured and back to our office so we could deal with the insurance companies. All three of the guys that showed up were great to work with and I can’t thank them enough or give them higher praise for the way they helped us.
Discount Towing will have my business anytime I need a towing service. I had to have my Mustang towed to Ford. Turns out that it was just a bad battery, thank goodness. The tow driver accidentally got locked out and had to pop the door lock and it snapped. The owner (Mark) ordered me a new one. He then took it to his auto/body shop and had it painted and clear coated to match my car and had his driver deliver it to me! I highly recommend them if you need a tow. They are reasonable, honest, hardworking and a breath of fresh air. Thank you Discount Towing for a job well done. Above and Beyond.
Locked out of my vehicle. Insurance company routed Discount Towing to me. insurance company’s eta was 60-90 minutes initially, but he had arrived and gotten my truck unlocked in fifteen. Great service. Highly recommend.
Had my car towed there because I was in a bad accident. I was rear ended. Did anyone eles have a bunch of their property missing when they had their car there. I called and complained. Worst rude woman I've ever spoke to in my life. Going to see what could be done further and pressing charges as I ha2 witness know that my property was gone when I got to my car finally. It was open because of rear windows smashed. I've hired a lawyer
I’ve never had a problem with discount towing until this evening. I’ve used this company several times for my Mercedes Benz, called this evening to have my car towed to callaway just like I have in the past always paid 75. Joshua came may I add he was very pleasant told me the price was 90 and then they mentioned that to me. No sir I assumed it was the 75 like I’ve always paid. I called and got the rudest dispatcher who had no empathy or compassion to be a dispatcher. When I asked about the price increase she stated the price was always 90 which is incorrect and then had the nerve to say either pay it or I can tell my guy to leave and hung up. I appreciate your service in the past but this evening was my last call:
Sunk my boat trying to launch it on a steep bank and couldn't get it out. Discount had a tow truck there within 20 minutes. The guys were very nice and got me unstuck, for what I thought was a beyond fair fee.
Had to use this company to get out of a ditch recently, didn’t need towed just pulled out. The guy was there within 30 ish minutes after calling and the whole thing took less than 10-15 minutes. Service was fine, no issues but the rate is ridiculously high. I was charged $150 for nothing, just for someone to pull the car out by a few feet. When I asked why it’s so much they said “that’s just our price and it was the flat rate” to me it’s expensive for no reason especially bc it wasn’t a big tow truck that came it was a little Toyota with a winch on the front, which is all that was needed anyways but the means of which the task was performed doesn’t equate to the cost.

Called yesterday for a tow from North Fountain. Lady that took my call was rude and argumentative. Finally told her to forget it. There are other towing companies with much better customer service skills. Not recommended unless you want an unpleasant experience.
I had a great experience overall with their service. They were very transparent and communicative on the phone which made it easy to schedule. Additionally, the driver, Thomas, was amazing!!! He was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable and super personable. It was honestly very pleasant and Thomas was a rockstar. He even gave me recommendations of best and cheapest mechanics in my area to fix some cosmetic damage. Highly recommend them and ask for Thomas!
I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he picked up my Z06 corvette today. This man was great! Respected and treated my car and my girlfriend and myself the same way. I would 1000x recommend this company and this gentleman to anyone if I could remember his name! This man needs a raise. Don’t get rid of a good one
I thought I had Roadside assistance with my insurance company. I do, but not on the vehicle that I had an issue with. I ended up going ahead and using the roadside assistance through my insurance company. I wish I would have called Discount Towing directly. I probably would have saved some money. That and the money that was spent would have all gone to this local business. I will say that Allen with Discount Towing made it to me in almost no time at all. I did not have to wait a long time. Also, Allen was very polite, professional and tended to my car as if it were his own. No damage to the car at all. And he showed common courtesy and respect for somebody else's property, which is a big plus. If Allen does read this review, thank you buddy you did a great job And I would not hesitate to use your services again.
Used insurance so didn't get to choose company. Took no time unlike a few I've used in past,took forever to come. Driver was Super friendly, helpful. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

We were pulling into our campsite with our Dodge Ram 3500 and 44 ft fifth wheel camper and we hit what I can only describe as a sink hole. Stuck. Couldn’t get out. Called and they had someone on site with an hour. Hooked us up. Pulled us out. Thanks!
Great customer service! Justin was my service professional, had to call two days in a row for assistance and got him both times. Each day he arrived ahead of schedule, had great attention to detail and went above and beyond the call of duty. Hopefully I won’t need a tow or jump anytime soon, but if so they will be the only place to call!
This was the best experience I have EVER had with any roadside assistance. I had to have my car towed to the auto shop. The driver was extremely patient, friendly, polite, and considerate. I rode to the shop with him and the conversation to the auto shop was enjoyable.
Once we arrived at the auto shop, he walked in with me and asked them to please take good care of my car. He knows the owner at the shop and specifically took time to make sure I would be taken care of.
I am REALLY thankful to Charles (the driver) and to this company for a job well done.
This place is an absolute joke. While working a 16 hour shift a co worker of mine noticed that my tire was flat so I called my dad to help me with it, once I realized I didn't have a jack to lift the car I called to have my car have it's tire changed. While calling whatever picked up the phone was the most ignorant person I have ever spoke with in my life. The first conversation we had I notice the attitude but chose to ignore it considering that I was too busy to give it any attention. Unfortunately in the process of my dad trying to help me he locked the keys in the car. After realizing that I called and and asked if they could charge me for popping a lock and change the tire her response was "What happened to you daddy changing it? Can you make up your mind?" After IT said that I asked to speak to manager and it said "There's no point they're going to side with me" so after that I decided to call another tow company and then I receive a phone call from the manager telling me to never call that number again. All in all the thing that answered the phone is obviously miserable with herself and has no intention of helping others. Thankfully after a few hours White's towing came and helped me all while being very pleasant. Giving one star is honestly too much for the horrible service these bums give
