Very quick and friendly! They got the job done an hour from when I called! Definitely a great service to use locally :)
If I could give negative stars I would- quick and dirty— through insurance company to transport a car. I called them to touch base and get a real eta - never got a follow up eta initial 45-75 min USAA contacted me about 50 min later asking how it was” apparently they came and went 30 min prior to then and canceled. My assumption is they billed the insurance company noting I wasn’t there and they didn’t ever leave their shop.
