Hands down, Elite is the absolute BEST! Their equipment is modern, well kept, and clean. Cody picked up one of my cars, met him on the way out...very professional, upbeat, great attitude, everything in a driver that makes Elite the BEST in town! Cody parked and positioned my vehicle in a well lit area, perfectly parked in a way where the technician can easily move the vehicle into a bay. If there was a way to get Cody every time, I would! The pricing was way below what I thought it would be! Elite solidified my business now and for anything in the future!!
I wish there was a zero star option. Geico had them tow my car to a body shop in Ocala. Despite all the signage that directed all tow truck drivers that they MUST check in at the office, he dropped my almost new car in a back lot, left it UNLOCKED and TOOK THE KEY WITH HIM. This was Monday. It was Wednesday at approximately 9:45 am before my key was tracked down and dropped off at the body shop. In the meantime, nothing could be done with my car because they had no way to move it. I DO NOT recommend using Elite Towing of Gainesville.
I’ve used Elite Towing on multiple occasions, they’re very responsive and drivers are always very helpful and professional. I recommend them to anyone that gives me the opportunity.
Was referred to them from Geico as my car stalled in the middle of nowhere between Gainesville and Palatka when most things were closed. The dispatcher Ann called and made sure she knew exactly where we were and coordinated with the driver for a quick pickup. The driver Joe was very friendly and got my car to a repair shop smoothly. Would definitely recommend!
Wonderful people! Worst day of my life when my car blew up today but the receptionist I spoke to was so kind and made me laugh and my driver was also a sweetheart and great at his job. 10/10 recommend. Took my car 26 miles and didn’t break the bank. Very impressed
Elite Tow is not excellent at all. This is the second time these people canceled on me because I did not answer the phone right away, and when I called them back 2 minutes later, I found out they canceled the service. They act like they're right there in the yard to cancel the service every single time; they don't have any patience for anybody.

When my semi Truck broke down at one of the receivers that we were delivering to and I needed to be towed to the closest dealership I started to shop for the best price I could get and the quickest who can get to my driver and in all honesty they were the perfect fit, they had the absolute best price and were able to get to my driver in about 15 minutes after I dispatch them,
They removed the drive shaft before moving the truck, they're honest, fair and quick, we need more business like that in the trucking industry,
I would %100 recommend them to anyone who needs assistance getting towed and I even recommended them to the dealership where the truck was towed to, they were even kind enough and give my driver a ride to the hotel.

Poor experience as usual with this company. I have been extremely disappointed in the past. I have said I would never use their services again in the past. They are walking distance from my shop and I'm moving my fleet account to a company 40 miles away. I have had extremely long wait times, poor communication, they almost dropped one of our vehicles off a flatbed and had to use a second wrecker to stabilize their overloaded flatbed truck. I had a vehicle towed to my office, waited for the vehicle to be delivered and it never showed up to my office. They took it to their yard "walking distance from my shop" said we were closed when the driver arrived. I waited until 9pm for my vehicle and never got an answer from dispatcher where it was.
Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Their driver didn't want to pull the driveshaft on my commercial vehicle. Probably didn't want to climb under it. He pulled it onto a wood block, crushing one of the rear tires almost all the way to the rim. He wanted to pull the axel. He was nice and calm as he told me he wouldn't tow it unless he pulled the axel and he wouldn't pull the driveshaft. He set the truck back on the ground as I was on the phone with dispatch.
The dispatcher sided with the driver. I closed my account.
Luke from Elite towing was earlier than the original ETA, polite and efficient while hooking up and transporting my truck. Appreciate your guys help while having car troubles.

We have used elite towing multiple times throughout the years everything from towing one of our semis back from Atlanta too helping us unload machines off of our trailers since our yard does not have a dock. They are always on time and give great prices!! Will recommend them to anyone and everyone!
KT was there at time eta quoted. He could i think tell my elderly mom was little nervess about towing my dad's truck . He def put her mind at ease he was so patient attentive to every detail of securing the truck on the flat bed. Mind u was no small truck king ranch Ford 350 HD dualy no small job . It was so hot never once did he complain about heat size of truck or that it had be pulled away in order to get it on flat bed . He just kept working away and smiling . We cant thank KT enough for the amazing care and customer service he showed today .

I got in a car accident and totaled my car. I called two different towing companies to get my car off the street. They told me they take hours to get there. I called elite towing, they came in minutes. This was my first accident. And I’m 20, so I don’t know anything about anything. The tow-truck man, Luke, explained everything to me. He made a terrible situation feel less terrible. He’s great!
We had a breakdown south of Gainesville, AAA was no help at all, and my luck we found Elite. At midnight on a weekend, Rick, the manager, called and got us taken care of. Didn’t worry about payment, didn’t worry about how far it was, and how inconvenient it was for them, Just wanted to make sure we were taken care of. What a stud. Courteous, patient, levelheaded with lots of options, really took great care of us. If my wife or daughters are ever stranded again, we will call Elite. I can't say enough good things about Luke, my tow truck driver from Elite Transportation. My car broke down in the heat of the day, and I was absolutely exhausted—physically and emotionally. From the moment Luke arrived, he was calm, professional, and incredibly kind. He handled everything with efficiency and care, even in the scorching heat, making a stressful situation so much easier to bear.
The dispatch team was also fantastic—quick to respond and reassuring throughout the process. Luke went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and kept me informed every step of the way. In a tough moment, having someone so dependable and understanding made all the difference.

Today my car broke down and after sitting at the repair shop for a few hours I was referred to contact Elite towing to tow my vehicle over to the dealership. Within 10 minutes of calling for someone to come out, Luke arrived and was phenomenal! He was super friendly and polite, very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. He went out of his way to assist me finding a hotel in Gainesville. He above and beyond to ensure that the dealership would expedite service on my vehicle to get me back on the road in a prompt manner! He contacted me when he dropped off my vehicle just to let me know that it was dropped off and that the dealership will be contacting me soon! He was very knowledgeable about the town, and reassured me that I was in a good area and found a fantastic hotel for me to stay in for the night. I highly recommend Luke for all your towing services and I think him very much for a very good experience during my hard times

This was my first time needing something towed and they made my experience great. The dispatcher was efficient and concise getting a driver to me asap. The driver was extremely nice and made sure my car didn’t need to be jumped, provided excellent service and was very professional and efficient! :)
Jerry called and let me know he was going to be there sooner than the original estimated time. He was kind and got my car unlocked so I was able to get my keys out. I love this company and I’ve used them anytime I beefed a tow and they go above and beyond and make sure to communicate if there are ever any delays. Great friendly people. I had a bus go down in Gainesville, Florida. Being I live in North Carolina they made my tow to Jacksonville smooth and easy. They even took pictures before and after which was helpful in identifying when and where damage to my vehicle accured. We were towing our 5th wheel trailer near Gainesville about 10 pm, our truck stopped running. Fortunately we were able to coast to the side of I-75 but wondered how we could get someone to tow our truck with the 5the wheel attached. We found Elite towing of Gainesville by a google search and called them and spoke with a wonderful person who helped us in a time of real emergency. Elite towing met us early the next day and David greeted us with a big smile and obviously knew exactly what to do. He was very professional and helped keep us calm in a very stressful situation. He safely towed the truck and trailer to a safe location and then helped get the trailer off the truck so we could get our truck repaired. Thank you Elite towing you are awesome and deserve more than 5 ⭐⭐ for rescuing us!!!!
Worst company in Gainesville Florida. Needs to be shut down immediately. The drivers nasty! The office workers nasty! The manager nasty! The only manager of the company nasty! I booked a service through my company GEICO! For a tire change! Never received the service. Yes it was an inconvenience on my part because my phone died I wasn’t able to answer when Jerry called. When Jerry contacted his dispatcher common sense should’ve told Jerry or dispatch (manager) to blow the horn or knock on the door. I have video evidence Jerry never knocked on the door like his manager claims. I asked the manager since it was an inconvenience on both of our parts. If I was to book again would I be discounted at least 50% because they still got paid from the insurance company. He tells me straight up no it’s my responsibility to be outside his driver doesn’t have to knock or blow the horn. We starts to argue he proceeds to tell me to pull up we can talk about it in person. If I could pull up I wouldn’t even be calling you. Let’s just say before you call this company call superior towing 1000000/10 RECOMMEND! Came right away fixed the issue. Cheaper the price! Better the service! Faster the service! Workers very respectful glad to be working at superior towing
