Poor experience as usual with this company. I have been extremely disappointed in the past. I have said I would never use their services again in the past. They are walking distance from my shop and I'm moving my fleet account to a company 40 miles away. I have had extremely long wait times, poor communication, they almost dropped one of our vehicles off a flatbed and had to use a second wrecker to stabilize their overloaded flatbed truck. I had a vehicle towed to my office, waited for the vehicle to be delivered and it never showed up to my office. They took it to their yard "walking distance from my shop" said we were closed when the driver arrived. I waited until 9pm for my vehicle and never got an answer from dispatcher where it was.
Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Their driver didn't want to pull the driveshaft on my commercial vehicle. Probably didn't want to climb under it. He pulled it onto a wood block, crushing one of the rear tires almost all the way to the rim. He wanted to pull the axel. He was nice and calm as he told me he wouldn't tow it unless he pulled the axel and he wouldn't pull the driveshaft. He set the truck back on the ground as I was on the phone with dispatch.
The dispatcher sided with the driver. I closed my account.
Luke from Elite towing was earlier than the original ETA, polite and efficient while hooking up and transporting my truck. Appreciate your guys help while having car troubles.

We have used elite towing multiple times throughout the years everything from towing one of our semis back from Atlanta too helping us unload machines off of our trailers since our yard does not have a dock. They are always on time and give great prices!! Will recommend them to anyone and everyone!
KT was there at time eta quoted. He could i think tell my elderly mom was little nervess about towing my dad's truck . He def put her mind at ease he was so patient attentive to every detail of securing the truck on the flat bed. Mind u was no small truck king ranch Ford 350 HD dualy no small job . It was so hot never once did he complain about heat size of truck or that it had be pulled away in order to get it on flat bed . He just kept working away and smiling . We cant thank KT enough for the amazing care and customer service he showed today .

Cody picked up one of my cars, met him on the way out...very professional, upbeat, great attitude, everything in a driver that makes Elite the BEST in town! Cody parked and positioned my vehicle in a well lit area, perfectly parked in a way where the technician can easily move the vehicle into a bay. If there was a way to get Cody every time, I would! The pricing was way below what I thought it would be! Elite solidified my business now and for anything in the future!!

I got in a car accident and totaled my car. I called two different towing companies to get my car off the street. They told me they take hours to get there. I called elite towing, they came in minutes. This was my first accident. And I’m 20, so I don’t know anything about anything. The tow-truck man, Luke, explained everything to me. He made a terrible situation feel less terrible. He’s great!
Charged me $650 to get my vehicle out of the middle of the road since I had no choice. This was the one sent by the officers. They take advantage of the situation to make a quick buck. Very disappointed.
Was just following one of their drivers coming through Newberry on May 28th towing a Silverback concrete truck one of their big rig Wreckers was in the turning Lane but needed to go straight at the light and instead of put on his blinker and trying to get over, he tried to speed around a bunch of people and he just swerved into the traffic, no signal, nothing, made a car swerve to avoid him, they need to find some better drivers for sure Very dangerous to say the least
We had a breakdown south of Gainesville, AAA was no help at all, and my luck we found Elite. At midnight on a weekend, Rick, the manager, called and got us taken care of. Didn’t worry about payment, didn’t worry about how far it was, and how inconvenient it was for them, Just wanted to make sure we were taken care of. What a stud. Courteous, patient, levelheaded with lots of options, really took great care of us. If my wife or daughters are ever stranded again, we will call Elite. I can't say enough good things about Luke, my tow truck driver from Elite Transportation. My car broke down in the heat of the day, and I was absolutely exhausted—physically and emotionally. Today my car broke down and after sitting at the repair shop for a few hours I was referred to contact Elite towing to tow my vehicle over to the dealership. Within 10 minutes of calling for someone to come out, Luke arrived and was phenomenal! He was super friendly and polite, very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. He went out of his way to assist me finding a hotel in Gainesville. He above and beyond to ensure that the dealership would expedite service on my vehicle to get me back on the road in a prompt manner! He contacted me when he dropped off my vehicle just to let me know that it was dropped off and that the dealership will be contacting me soon! He was very knowledgeable about the town, and reassured me that I was in a good area and found a fantastic hotel for me to stay in for the night. I highly recommend Luke for all your towing services and I think him very much for a very good experience during my hard times

I can’t thank Elite Towing enough. I desperately needed my RV moved off the property it was parked at, and Elite saved the day. The slide is broken so it needed to be manually retracted and then manually extended. I tried to do it myself before they sent out a driver, and I just couldn’t. I called, I’ll admit I was crying hysterically because of the stress and not knowing what else to do, and the man who answered told me they’d send someone who may be able to help. Sure enough, they sent Dustin. Dustin was amazing, he hand cranked the slide in, in the heat, towed it for me, cranked it back out once we got it to the new location, and then this amazing soul went even further and set the RV up for me and got it all leveled. Elite saved the day, they took care of everything, and they turned a very bad situation into an amazing customer service experience. If I ever need towing of any sort again, Elite will be my first call. Thank you guys, you have no idea how much it meant.

Jerry called and let me know he was going to be there sooner than the original estimated time. He was kind and got my car unlocked so I was able to get my keys out. I love this company and I’ve used them anytime I beefed a tow and they go above and beyond and make sure to communicate if there are ever any delays. They’re an honest and amazing business I would recommend to anyone in need of towing or lockout services.

My car had a serious problem and Luke was dispatched to tow me to a mechanic. He was punctual, super friendly, and highly professional the whole time.
I accidentally dropped my wallet in his truck without knowing. Fast forward to this evening. I realized it was missing and called Elite. Luke calls me and tells me he found my wallet. He came out of his way to return it, nothing missing. That is quality and integrity.

Great friendly people. I had a bus go down in Gainesville, Florida. Being I live in North Carolina they made my tow to Jacksonville smooth and easy. They even took pictures before and after which was helpful in identifying when and where damage to my vehicle accured. We were towing our 5th wheel trailer near Gainesville about 10 pm, our truck stopped running. Fortunately we were able to coast to the side of I-75 but wondered how we could get someone to tow our truck with the 5the wheel attached. We found Elite towing of Gainesville by a google search and called them and spoke with a wonderful person who helped us in a time of real emergency. Elite towing met us early the next day and David greeted us with a big smile and obviously knew exactly what to do. He was very professional and helped keep us calm in a very stressful situation. He safely towed the truck and trailer to a safe location and then helped get the trailer off the truck so we could get our truck repaired.
