Let me start off by saying that my poor rating comes from the poor customer service, not from the office, they were respectful with understanding my complaint, but from a particular driver this guy was rude and a loose canon and if they continue to keep this guy employed they are going to lose a lot of business and the bad part is I was told that this same guy has quite a few complaints but he's still there working for the company and if his hard work overrides his poor attitude and lack of communication skills then I can see why he is still with the company. However, if I decide to need their services again I will definitely make sure to request for them not to dispatch Luke!

We were traveling from IN to Tampa and ended up running out of gas at 3am. They responded quickly. The gentleman that came to our aid was in contact with us shortly after we called and kept us up to date as to when he was arriving after verifying our location. Once he arrived he was very polite and had us up and running within a few minutes. He then waited for us to get back on the highway and followed us to the next exit and made sure we arrived at the gas station safely. The price was very fair. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area needing service.

Both drivers were amazing. The dispatcher is an incompetent and obnoxious c*** with absolutely no customer service skills… on both of my calls to Elite he sent the drivers to the wrong address on the other side of town. On the most recent call he improperly instructed the driver on the nature of the call. He is an absolute clown of a human being…

I called late in the evening, because what other time would my car overheat. I received excellent updates on arrival times. The driver Joe, called to confirm my location and I was safe. Joe was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them for your towing needs. Thank you.

Elite helped my gator with a more than fair price. Another towing company near by quoted me at three times the price. Thank you Elite, for taking care of your students who are far from home.

If you ever need a emergency tow at night in Gainesville these guys are your answer. My Class A Motorhome recently broke down on I-75.I spent all day trying to get Good Sams to dispatch a tow truck to no avail. This all started at 10 am and at 8pm I finally told Good Sams to call Elite.Heather, Elites night dispatcher, immediately got my location details and dispatched Duane their driver who got to us in 1 hour. Duane was awesome, very polite, very knowledgeable and very hard working. Katelyn (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) helped the next day with getting the motorhome towed to Cummins of Ocala. Thank You Guys!!! I will definitely very highly recommend Elite Towing to everyone one who asks me.

Amazing staff. AAA can suck a ****. No service for 100 miles away because they suck so bad. Elite towing is amazing though and helped us even though AAA wouldn’t.

I highly recommend Elite Towing. We just had to call them about a flat tire and 30 minutes earlier than estimated time, our technician Jerry showed up. He was also great to work with, super friendly and not condescending at all.

As highlighted in numerous reviews, the company's drivers demonstrate a blatant disregard for public safety, especially concerning motorcyclists on the road. Today, an incident vividly illustrate this negligence: a teenage driver and a father with a child were recklessly cut off by one of your drivers at a busy intersection. This irresponsible driver chose not to yield to others merging into traffic, instead passing on the right and abruptly entering their lane, forcing both motorcyclists to slam on their brakes to avoid a collision. To compound this dangerous behavior, the driver proceeded to record the aftermath on their phone with a smug expression, seemingly unconcerned with the potential consequences of their actions. This attitude is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's standards. Given these alarming incidents, I strongly advise potential customers in need of towing services to seek alternatives. Safety should never be compromised for convenience or disregard for others on the road.

Coming home from work at 1:30 am on my motorcycle between Gainesville and Williston, a driver came right at me, in my lane and I had no choice but to go off the road. I was banged up and the bike was worse. Geico sent Elite towing and the wait was not bad. Joe was the driver and a damn good one. Not only did he expertly get my 1000 pound bike on the flatbed, he just as expertly got it in my garage when he took me home to Dunnellon. Joe was polite, personable and very good at what he does. All I had to do is sit on the bike and balance it while he got it on and off the flatbed. If all the drivers are as good as Joe, then I highly recommend Elite when you need wrecker service.

Had a flat tire and a spare. GEICO sent them and they did not know how to get the spare down. Had to do that part myself. Then didn't have any other tools to get tire off. Towed me to a tire shop that was unfortunately too busy and I asked if I could call to get the address updated while the truck was still hooked up. He said yes but then while on the phone getting the address updated to a place that was able to fix the tire he dropped the vehicle and then after the address was updated told GEICO that the vehicle was already dropped. Explanation of processes and what could be done was terrible. He then tried the lug nut again and it did come off and he panicked and drove off when realizing he could have completed service like he was paid for the first time. I paid a stranger off the street to help me replace the tire with a spare which I should not have had to do. I spoke with the management here and they are unable to see any wrong in what they do. They expect customers to know the processes and procedures in high stress situations which is not fair at all - employee knowledge of process and procedure is critical since they make the customer contact. I should not have to call the office to get customer service or he should have called before answering my questions. I hope they do reach out and get the video for all that happened because anyone or any place that never sees error on their end is blind to progress and not someone I would want to deal with ever again. Maybe after all is was a ploy to get more money from me or GEICO. I'm filling a complaint through GEICO as well because if it wasn't for a good Samaritan helping me I would still be immobile.

Don't call if u need air in a tire. They won't fill it an the manager will tell u it's policy so it doesn't blow up an u flip an the car catches on fire. Wow dude what a lame excuse. I could say that with a lot of things like say he didn't tighten the spare enough. Same concept joke man

I thought I should share, I called them yesterday and got the sweetest lady that answered my call. She was very nice, helpful and understanding. I haven't been treated that way since covid. People are usually mean and nasty. But I thank God for her. She also sent the best tow guy to help me. Mr. D thank you as well for the care you took in towing my car on yesterday. I will use you guy again.

I Wayne Holmes contacted Elite Towing Bad service, Pep Boys uses this towing company, and they could not work together as a team to tow my SUV to Pep Boys. Call the Office and they said call another towing company and I did Gatorback Towing and Recovery picked up my SUV right away and got it to Pep Boys and save the day.

The insurance company picked up the car and paíd the whole billl of $850+ for Elite to keep the car there. A few week later I received a Bill for the same amount, which was already paid. DO they really espect me to pay again for the same bill???? What do you people think?

Pretty useful and straight forward, I've never ordered a tow before but I don't think they could've made it any easier than it already was, simply called gave my info and location and within 30 minutes they got my vehicle moved without any hiccups.

Got to me very efficiently, and Chris was wonderfully helpful in towing my car, very kind, and he offered much helpful advice! Would definitely use again, made my difficult day a lot easier.

I was in a mud trench and couldn't budge so in came David for the assist and I was on my way, completely satisfied with the service from The Elite Towing. That's all to have to say about that 🖐⭐️

I frequently see the employees of this company driving while neglecting the safety of any one else on the road. Tonight was pretty bad. Driver is going about 65/70 in a 40 while flashing his high beams at people in front of him who aren’t going a speed of his liking. Then when he passes one guy he flashes here rear light at the driver he passed. The light was blinding. Completely uncalled for, unprofessional, and just dangerous. Someone’s going to end up dead because of the negligence of your drivers.

Extremely polite and professional company. Kevin helped tow my car during my first incident with a car ever and calmed me down and explained my situation/options with kindness. He tried his absolute hardest to ensure that the car did not get damaged more while being towed out of an overflowed ditch. Extremely nice and kind employee, I am very grateful for him.

We have used Elite Towing multiple times in the last 6 months or so. They are always professional and timely in retrieving our vehicle(s). They are easy to contact and keep you up-to-date on estimated pick-up times. Great company!

Excellent service, I broke down in Waldo Fl with my 1ton dually, the sent a rollback, the driver Andrew was so polite and a pleasure to deal with. Once the truck was delivered to the dealership, the secretary called me up on the phone and I paid the $185 bill. They are a real pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anybody.

So thankful for Tow Driver Jerry!!! He was a gem in our moment/hours of need during an automotive crisis late Sunday afternoon!!! The desk person not nearly as friendly and certainly not compassionate considering our roadside emergency. Jerry to the rescue came to get our vehicle. Loaded it up promptly and got us to the tire shop in time for replacement tires to be installed!!! Thank you very much !!! He truly understands the meaning and execution of customer service. Please acknowledge Jerry for his outstanding service.

Excellent customer service. I got stuck in terrible sugar sand near Hawthorne a few days ago, and Mr. Jeff came out in the middle of the night to come pull me free. Took a bit of work because the sand was so awful but he never gave up, and eventually got me free. 10/10 highly recommend

My penske rental broke down one hour from my final destination Jonathan arrived as soon as possible. Reassured me that My load was gonna be secure. He was very efficient and knowledgeable In his Field And we were on the road in a jiffy! In my opinion jonathan is a total professional in this field Extremely efficient and personable! I will be calling Elite towing in the future for any of my transport needs in the area!

Went out to buy a headlight bulb, and my car wouldn't start right there in the O'Reilly's parking lot. I called Elite via my auto insurance's roadside plan, and Luke was there in about an hour flat, which was also the estimate I was given. The O'Reilly's guys can only do so much, but Luke had their initial diagnosis eliminated and the proper cause pointed out within minutes. I would absolutely rely on him and this business again in a pinch.
