Everyone was very nice. The salesman and finance manager both gave me good information about the trailer I was looking for, a dump trailer. So I could decide which one fit my needs. Then they both patiently worked with me to secure some financing for part of the trailer cost. I appreciate them both spending all that time!
I was on shopping for a used GN stock trailer for my horses and cows, and found a Tx Trailer model for sale initially. When I researched the brand, I found I could get a new one custom built for just a little more. Plus, I get the five year warranty. Very welcoming, very fast staff, had me in and out within 5 minutes and I just needed advice to figure out what size hub assembly kit I needed for my boat trailer, never had to do this repair before. You guys made it fast and simple. I appreciate your guys help! "EDIT" "second time visiting Texas trailers alachua Florida". First off Devon you are the informational man! A few days after visiting I was having a wiring problem with my trailer lights, you let me send a picture in and told me what the problem was via text instead of saying no you need to come in and by this certain connector. Call me back within seconds. Even highlighted the problem in the picture I sent him! Honestly was an easy fix but I guess that's what Devin is for!

We love Texas Trailers!!! Staff is always friendly, willing to answer questions and very responsive! During our most recent visit we had a bracket fabricated and welded to our RV for a mini split. Chris was fantastic, answered questions we had, dropped some knowledge from previous installs and was on top of communication! Frankie made the magic happen, he fabricated and welded a very sturdy bracket and painted it to seamlessly blend in with the existing bumper. It looks like it was part of the RV from day one! Frankie even went as far as mounting the mini split to the bracket, making sure it fit perfectly and is secure.
We have used Texas Trailers several times… they won us over when one of their service guys noticed a strange noise coming from a tire on our travel trailer. We were on our way out of the parking lot and he waved us back…. He saved us from a blow out and potential catastrophe!
