My wife and I visited Texas Trailers in Gainesville earlier this month and we both agreed that it is absolutely the best place in this area to buy a utility trailer! Mario in sales and Noah in finance are two of the nicest guys you will ever deal with. They are both very friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure you leave there feeling good about your purchase. Noah even went so far as to offer my wife some of the tacos he had just picked up for lunch while we were waiting for our financing process to be completed! The entire purchase and financing process took no more than an hour or so and we were hitched up to our new trailer and on our way home. We feel like we got a good deal on a quality trailer and also feel certain they will be there in the future to stand behind their product and help us with any issues that might arise.

We love Texas Trailers!!! Staff is always friendly, willing to answer questions and very responsive! During our most recent visit we had a bracket fabricated and welded to our RV for a mini split. Chris was fantastic, answered questions we had, dropped some knowledge from previous installs and was on top of communication! Frankie made the magic happen, he fabricated and welded a very sturdy bracket and painted it to seamlessly blend in with the existing bumper. It looks like it was part of the RV from day one! Frankie even went as far as mounting the mini split to the bracket, making sure it fit perfectly and is secure.
We have used Texas Trailers several times… they won us over when one of their service guys noticed a strange noise coming from a tire on our travel trailer. We were on our way out of the parking lot and he waved us back…. He saved us from a blow out and potential catastrophe!

These guys were so nice, responsive and knowledgeable! I called on a Tuesday morning for a gooseneck trailer. I was immediately in contact with a sales person (Mario) who was able to verify my questions regarding the trailer and put me in contact with a finance person (Noah) who followed up with me throughout the day to let me know if there was anything they needed or where we were in the process of financing. At the end of Tuesday, the trailer I initially called about was sold, but they were able to get me into a trailer that was comperable (and even better than what we initially wanted) for a little more money, but ultimately was better for us. They had the trailer ready only a day later, (Thursday morning). I went to the shop, checked out the trailer with Mario, signed the paperwork with Noah and ultimately hooked up the trailer with both Mario and Noah and was on my way within an hour. It was quick and painless. They answered all my questions and made sure I had all I needed before I left. As buying experiences go, it was effortless! I appreciated their time and mostly thier kindness. It's nice to find people who, even by appearances, seem to like and take pride in their job. Thank you for the good experience.

He’s upfront with you, works with you, and honest! He makes the process as easy as he can. Really we just had texted him over some information and by the time we got there, he has the paperwork ready to sign, the trailer staged for us to load, and the trailer tagged. His customer service is top notch and he genuinely loves what he does!
