Gil was absolutely a wonderful help, I was stranded on the side of the highway for almost 24 hours, coming from High Spring back to Tampa, my truck caught a flat tire and my tire lugs were placed on there to tight with the help of there company. My car decided it didn't want to start anymore so I called GTS and had a pickup arranged in less than 10 minutes. Jamal Vann came to the pickup location 30 minutes later. He knew what he was doing and was able to get the vehicle picked up quickly and safely despite the cramped parking lot. He did a fantastic job and kept a positive vibe throughout. Just getting off work from a long day, starving, desperately needing to use the bathroom, temperature is hot, feet are burning, and my head is pounding. Then, I out of nowhere I hit a huge Pothole. My tire is smoking, car is swerving, and I'm in panic mode. The day just couldn't get any worse. My ignition cylinder got messed up, leaving me stuck in my work parking lot. I requested a tow through AAA and Jamal showed up in about an hour and was able to get it back to my apartment quickly. Preston provided an outstanding towing service from Gainesville to Lake Wales. He was incredibly accommodating and easy to talk to, making the journey enjoyable with great conversation. The loading and unloading process was quick and efficient. We hit the road shortly after his arrival, which was earlier than the app’s estimate, and reached our destination an hour ahead of schedule. My wife's car stalled in the driveway before she could leave for her errand, and wouldn't restart. We called AAA and they sent Preston from Gainesville Towing Service to transport her car to the shop. Preston arrived in about 20 minutes with a flatbed truck to handle any contingency of disabled vehicle, and had her car loaded in less than five minutes. Fifteen minutes later he called to let us know her car was at the shop and the manager had checked it in. It was the fastest tow truck response we've ever had, and Preston did an excellent job of communicating what the process would be, and then letting us know it was complete.
Jamal also towed my daughters car tonight, which has a parking brake engaged whenever it's in park. Her former boyfriend threw her key fob out of the vehicle. Jamal easily found the neutral release cord, then put the rear tires (locked from parking brake) on skids, then loaded and we were out. Thank you so much Jamal. Very much appreciated!

Had my car towed today. Jamal V. was quick to call and arrive. This wasn’t the first time he’s towed my car. Each time he has been very friendly and good at his job. No complaints whatsoever and much better experience than I’ve generally had in the past with other tows.
Unfortunately after filling up my gas tank, my minivan wouldn’t shift out of park, so I needed a tow truck. I requested one from AAA and in about 30-45 mins, Jamal showed up and towed it to the Honda dealership. It was about 10pm at night, and he called me that he was on his way, and was able to get me where I needed to go. Pretty darn quick, helpful, and professional. Thanks Jamal!

I needed a tow a good ways away so i booked it through aaa. I was so blessed they sent Preston at gainesville towing service because He called and confirmed everything within a few minutes and arrived in a timely manner around or before when he said he would. Ultimately they got my baby( car ) to her destination safely. He then called and followed up that it got there safely which was greatly appreciated. Will reuse.

My car wouldn’t start on a Friday night around 10pm after a work event so I called AAA. Jamal reached out within 10 minutes and let me know he was about 10 minutes away. Not only was this probably the quickest arrival/response time I’ve ever experienced when calling AAA, this was also one of the easiest experiences I’ve had. Jamal was more than helpful and positive in attitude. He even showed me what to do to get my car into neutral the next time it breaks down.
