We have AAA and needed to tow our vehicle to Orlando to the dealerships mechanic. The address we received was incorrect from the dealership. Jamal called and told us he got the correct address and was on his way there with the vehicle. Talk about going above and beyond. I had to call AAA yesterday when my tire blew out. I was pretty stressed out, but Preston came quickly and got my car towed to the shop. He was communicative throughout the process, and he was very nice, helping make a stressful situation a little less unpleasant.
After a bad accident my car was originally towed by another towing company and ended up in another towing yard. Whoever was from the first towing company just shoveled all the road debris and random car parts in the back of my car; even the other dude’s parts. We met Preston from Gainesville Towing Service (GTS) at the other tow yard and let me tell you from the start he was so thoughtful. He knew I was grieving the loss of my beautiful car (Volvo 240 wagon). I was out there crying with my husband and he was extremely sensitive to the situation- also commenting that he hopes I will feel better and that it was a great car. We felt heard by him. He carefully placed my car in my yard and made sure everything was good to go. Gestures like this even if it’s a part of his job goes above and beyond. I appreciated it so much. It made that process quick and painless. He was extremely responsive on the communication of where he was and when he was going to get there. We will definitely call him again if we are ever in need!

Sean - Upon scheduling with AAA, Sean called to get all details checked out with me when we realized the extra charge. He told me how he would take care of it, as he was simply contracted by AAA, I appreciate his attentiveness and the details he provided me to know how to move forward. His kind, courteous, and respectful manner meant a great deal.
Preston - Also contracted by AAA, was finally able to get my car to her home. We went through all of the same details that AAA contracted drivers go over, he got my car here safely, I met him outside [I saw him coming through my sliding glass door], he asked me where I wanted my car parked, we went over it a few times, he explained to me how he was going to tackle the job. Midway through I offered to help, we finished parking the car together (my steering and his pushing) and I couldn’t be more pleased!
In summary, GTS - Gainesville Towing Service has been such a pleasure to work with. Their customer service is impeccable and the service that they provide is truly outstanding.

Jamal was incredible. He was super kind and helpful. We got into an accident with our Tesla and he was able to load it up on his truck and drive it to the Tesla center. We were in a sketchy area and he helped us get to a safer area while we waited for our ride to pick us up. He really went above and beyond for us.
Preston called letting me know how far he was away. Upon arrival he quickly loaded the car onto the flatbed, assuring I had nothing to worry about. He proceeded to inform me he would call once the vehicle was dropped off, which he did, over an hour later. He was friendly and very professional.

He was on scene within 10 minutes, friendly, confident..He took the time to let my son watch/explain what he was doing, which made my son’s night end positively. I give this company a 5/5 and if i could give more stars I honestly would. This is the only company I request when any of my vechiles needs towing and been dealing with them for 9+ years. Today 1/16/2026 I want to thank GTS driver Preston was amazing he make sure to communicate with me before during and after transition with my vehicle to destination. Also made sure he assured me my vehicle was in good condition as when he picked it to drop off. I will be continuing using this company for my towing service; give them a try I promise you will be glad you did.

As I was leaving the house, I found I had a completely flat tire. I called AAA for a tow and Preston with GTS responded. He called me within a couple of minutes of my report and showed up within 15-20 minutes of his call. He found the culprit to be a screw and was nice enough to put air in the tire so that the wheel would be protected while the car was being rolled into and out of the flatbed tow truck. I felt like my car was in good, knowledgeable hands, which has not always been the case with other towers. Plus Preston was nice, low-key, and even cracked a joke during his call to me which helped to relax me after the unpleasantries and concerns of a flat tire. I would highly recommend GTS and Preston for any towing needs!

My 2004 Lexus RX 330 started heating up about a week ago spiking my thermostat thru the roof. I was referred by my AAA Membership team to Gainsville Towing Service. Technician Jamal came to the rescue super fast and was both empathetic and professional. Today, after getting an estimate from a local repair shop in town. I was again greeted by Jamal again to tow my vehicle to their main shop for safekeeping and to be repaired further. Just getting off work from a long day, starving, desperately needing to use the bathroom, temperature is hot, feet are burning, and my head is pounding. Then, I out of nowhere I hit a huge Pothole. My tire is smoking, car is swerving, and I'm in panic mode. The day just couldn't get any worse. The next thing I know a super nice guy named Preston from Gainesville Towing Service is calling me to say that he is on his way, and everything will be alright. He was there in no time, and really helped me out. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, and really appreciated him being so knowledgeable about my car and teaching me. Unfortunately after filling up my gas tank, my minivan wouldn’t shift out of park, so I needed a tow truck. I requested one from AAA and in about 30-45 mins, Jamal showed up and towed it to the Honda dealership. It was about 10pm at night, and he called me that he was on his way, and was able to get me where I needed to go. Pretty darn quick, helpful, and professional. Thanks Jamal!
