Gil was absolutely a wonderful help, I was stranded on the side of the highway for almost 24 hours, coming from High Spring back to Tampa, my truck caught a flat tire and my tire lugs were placed on there to tight with the help of there company. Jamal also towed my daughters car tonight, which has a parking brake engaged whenever it's in park. Her former boyfriend threw her key fob out of the vehicle. Had my car towed today. Jamal V. was quick to call and arrive. This wasn’t the first time he’s towed my car. Each time he has been very friendly and good at his job. No complaints whatsoever and much better experience than I’ve generally had in the past with other tows.
Unfortunately after filling up my gas tank, my minivan wouldn’t shift out of park, so I needed a tow truck. I requested one from AAA and in about 30-45 mins, Jamal showed up and towed it to the Honda dealership. It was about 10pm at night, and he called me that he was on his way, and was able to get me where I needed to go. Pretty darn quick, helpful, and professional. Thanks Jamal!
