These people stole & damaged my vehicle. My car was registered on there tow lot the same day it was missing. Didn’t get notified until few months later of my vehicle where a-bouts. I try to get it they tried to charge me ridiculous money when it was ultimately their fault. I then receive a speeding ticket in the mail, adding evidence of the tow personal driving my vehicle while in there care at the tow lot. Because the time of the ticket I didn’t have my vehicle because obviously it was stolen. Lawsuit on it waaaay

Driver of Truck 12 should not be allowed on the road. This idiot made a left turn directly in front of me from Fair Ridge Dr. onto Monument Dr. in Fairfax tonight, then proceeded to hit his brakes. Had the nerve to blow his horn in response to mine, but quickly changed his tune when I stopped and confronted him. If you're going to continue to employ people like this, keep them out of NoVA.
I was in a accident and the officer on scene stated he called a tow truck. The accident was on Friday. When I went Monday to retrieve the items out my car EVERYTHING was gone. These jerks even stole my deer park case of water! The sun visors that go in the window, 3 bags of brand new clothes, 2 brand new sneakers, of course all the singles/change in my console, plus several other items. To add insult to injury, they said they're not responsible for items missing per the contract. Well I didn't sign a contract!!! This was set up by 6th District!!! Eddie who said he was the manager, stated he didn't have the ability to review the surveillance cameras but their main office in VA does and he would review and call me. Of course that never happened!!! I pray Karma does it's thing ten fold!!!

Ran by bunch of unprofessional young teenagers, the same employees and owners be stealing belongings from vehicles I would avoid this place at all cost for towing needs. Had bunch of personal belongings stole and they claim that no one go in vehicles because of covid. Bunch of theifs
Was in an accident, they were the company they arrived on the scene to tow my car. When I finally went to get the items out of my car....everything was gone. Dispatch is extremely rude as well. I wish this place never got hands on my vehicle. I would recommend no one use this tow lot, it’s for your own good.
I was involved in a car accident and this company was called by the responding officer to tow my vehicle. I went there after 2weeks to collect my personal belongings and these people were so unprofessional. I had called them earlier I will be coming to collect my stuff and my tags. Gets there and pleads for my tags to be removed and they tell me they do not have the tools. A towing company with no tools to remove vehicle tags? I wished this company never towed my vehicle
The dispatcher was very rude when I called to follow-up on when the battery service technician would arrive. I had waited an hour after the ETA had been given and he had the nerve to accuse me of impatience. The tech finally arrived after about 2.5 hours. Low marks for lack of professionalism, and for being very late.
