Terrible Service – Would Give Zero Stars if I Could
I’m writing this review to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Power Towing. I called them for a tow and was assured they’d arrive in 1.5 hours. Guess what? I waited SIX HOURS, and no one showed up.
I understand that delays can happen, but this was beyond unacceptable. During the 6-hour wait, I called multiple times for updates, and each time I was met with excuses and empty promises. Not once did they proactively communicate about the delay or offer any real solutions.
It’s one thing to be late, but it’s another to completely disregard customer time and leave someone stranded without any real support. If you’re considering using this company, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. There’s no excuse for such a blatant lack of respect for your time.
Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually values their customers.
Avoid This Towing Service at All Costs
I had a terrible experience with this towing service. What should have been a simple half-hour job turned into a 4-hour nightmare that dragged on until midnight. Throughout the entire day, I was given inaccurate information and misleading updates. It was clear they were just stalling for time, which completely messed up my day.
To top it off, the customer service was atrocious. They showed no concern for the inconvenience they were causing, and the whole experience left me extremely dissatisfied.
Save yourself the trouble and find a better service provider. Your vehicle and your time deserve better.
Horrible customer service and disgusting attitude. Whatever male answered the phone was dismissive and argumentative. Going as far as cursing and name calling like a child. Please save yourself the stress and go with a different company.
Really great experience! They called ahead to let me know when they were 10 mins away, then quickly towed my car to the shop. Easy and professional service.
Scammers
1. They kept holding me for 3 hours until they showed up
2. Paid 750$ and gave me 450$ receipt and they refused to give me the right receipt or either give me my money back .
I’d definitely recommend Power Towing. I was in a precarious spot on the I-66 entrance ramp and Moe arrived quickly and hooked up my lowered car and got us out of there and over to the repair shop in no time. Was very careful with the car and I appreciate the expertise and professionalism.
Huge praise for Daniel! After calling our insurance company, he called to let me know he was on his way, arrived quickly, got our vehicle off of the shoulder of a busy exit ramp to a safe location where we could remove items from the vehicle without fear of getting run over. Daniel delivered our car to the repair garage, dropped the keys in the overnight bin and sent pictures of where it was located. He was very kind in a stressful situation. I would use this company in the future.
Showed up in 15 minutes towed car to auto shop did all the paperwork put it in the drop box so I could go home. Sent pictures to let me know when it was completed. Incredible service
Was running late to work when I realize I left my keys inside my truck and it locked it self. Called power towing and Danny showed up and was able to quickly open up my truck. Great service. Thanks.
Fell into a deep pothole and my car said kachow lol. Whole control arm and struts gone. Someone recommended this company, I gave them a call and within a few hours they were able to not only tow my car but also recommend a shop to get my car fixed. Shout out to Daniel for the big help. Really appreciate it bro.
I have to give a 5 star because of my man Daniel. My car caught a flat last week and he was the first one to arrive. He was very profession and very swift. Got my car sent over to a tire shop and got my car fixed all in less than half a day. Danny, thank you brother for all your help!
My car battery died and Daniel showed up to jump my car. We ended up just towing my car since the battery was bad and the jump didn’t work. Great service. He was so professional about everything and gave me different options to try and solve my issue.big plus for speaking Spanish ! Highly recommended!
My car broke down during traffic hour, called and within an hour Daniel showed up and helped me tow my car Best service ever. Would highly recommend. He even made sure I was okay& made sure my car didn’t receive any damage from the towing. Definitely my go to for anything !

I really wish I could give negative stars! Order was placed at 2000 and the estimated time of arrival was 120 minutes. After 120 minutes, I called only to be told it would be about 45 minutes. It now almost 0100 in the morning and no tow truck yet. Truck finally showed up about 0200. I could have pushed the car to the dealership by now and be laying in my bed asleep! DO NOT recommend using this business.
If i could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service would not recommend to anyone. Had to call multiple times to get through to anybody and even had to get insurance involved. Waited for over 2 hours to get my car towed and they made me late to my service appointment. Estimated time changed from 15-25 mins to 40-55 mins when they were apparently close by. Also lied about the tow truck being on the way to me and how the driver will contact me. Do not use their services.
I waited for 3 hours before cancelling my service. I was initially told it would be 120 - 135 minute wait. I called them after 2 1/2 hours and they said they were on the way. After 3 1/2 hours they did not answer the phone. 4 hours of my life wasted due to Power Towing; they never showed up or called back.
I was lucky enough to have found power towing from a quick search online to tow my car. I was so scared when my car broke down on me while I was driving in a area I didn’t know very well. Thankfully Abe from power towing was Able to come very quickly. He was really nice and professional. I would definitely recommend power towing to my friends and family.
