Metro Motor Towing provides excellence and sufficiency in all their services. I called in need of help as my car refused to start. The lovely dispatcher Ehsan kindly addressed my needs, spoke in a calm tone and sent a driver to assist me at once. She told me the estimated time of arrival would be 20 mins but the driver came before. He helped identify the problem and fix it long before I could be late for my meeting. These people would really make your day with their consistency, dedication, professionalism and integrity. Prices are also very convenient and worthy of service.

I had a horrifically traumatic experience! A huge tree fell across a ravine in a DC park, hit a 2nd tree both landed on my car trapping me, crushed the windshield, demolishing the front of my car, 6 inches from my head!! AAA put me in contact with Res-Q , Metro Motor Towing. The owner, HIsham Elveyn, was quick to respond, and his driver, Rene, was on the scene within the hour!! Professional and Kind! Rene retrieved my keys, bringing them to me before I was taken to the hospital. Hisham is great and kept me informed in this process. Thank you to his team!!

Having a loved Mercedes towed is never pleasant, however being done by Metro Motors Towing erased all my worries. lot manager Kassem was very pleasant and supportive in ensuring that the car is in safe hands. Sean from billing responsiveness to all Geico needs to settled the charges and coordinating the release and tow to Mercedes is exceptional. Metro Motor Towing what’s and excellent service from these guys I called in need of help my car would not start and talking to dispatcher told me 35 to 45 min wait 20 min later driver pulls to the rescue before eta given honestly guys keep up the good work and continue the great customer service!

Do not call this towing company. I live on Cap Hill and my car broke down near Bethesda at 7pm on a weeknight. I had my roadside assistance tow me to Ourisman Honda in Bethesda. The next day I decided to have my car towed to the mechanic I use in my neighborhood for repairs. I called Metro Motor Towing in the early afternoon and spoke to Mike (a supervisor) to arrange the tow (they quoted me $195 for a 12 mile tow). I told him he could go get my car after rush hour if that was easier because Ourisman was open until 8pm. I called to confirm with Ourisman and called Mike back AGAIN to confirm the tow. I asked for someone to call me and confirm the drop-off. At 10pm I had not received a call so I called Metro Motor Towing and spoke to the night supervisor, who called Mike, and then got back on the line with me to apologize and say they did not pick up my car. He could not explain WHY my car had not been picked up WHEN THEY HAD A SIX HOUR WINDOW TO GO GET IT; or WHY I needed to give him the information for my tow AGAIN (everything-- my name, the pickup address, the drop-off). But I gave it to him and he said my car would be first to be picked up today, and that the driver would call me to confirm the pick-up once he had my car. AND he said he would pass along my complaint to the Owner, Shaun, and have him call me. This morning my garage called me at 8:45am to tell me my car STILL was not there. I called Metro Motors Towing and asked to speak to Shaun. The person said "he's not here," and hung up on me. I called back again and asked for Mike. I asked him why my car wasn't picked up last night OR this morning. He ignored my question and told me his driver was at Ourisman at that moment "waiting," because they do not open at 7am as I had stated. FALSE! I called Ourisman and was told that someone picked up my car between 7:30 and 8:00am that morning! I called Mike back and told him his driver was not waiting, and that he should have my car. So he conferenced in the driver on the call and only asked how long it would be until he got to my garage with my car. The driver said 20 minutes. I called 40 minutes later to confirm my car had been delivered. No one from Metro Motors confirmed, even after they knew they had screwed up and I was waiting and wondering. When my car was fixed, I went this afternoon to pick it up. There were papers from my glove box strew in the front seat like someone had rifled through it, but the paperwork and receipt from the dealership was not in the carseat as the dealership told me it would be. I called the dealership and was told the tow driver had to have been given this paperwork when the car and key were released to them by Ourisman Honda. The tow driver did not leave it for me. I don't know what sort of business this is but it seems like they write information on sticky notes and text each other about tow jobs. They seem to keep no legitimate schedule or record of where to go, who has vehicles, etc. They are NOT reliable to order a tow. The owner, Shaun, has not called me. I do not trust this business AT ALL. Based on my experience they deserve ZERO stars. TERRIBLE SERVICE.at a time that is already stressful and expensive. Will not use again.
Arrived in DC for the weekend for our nieces volleyball tournament, much to our chagrin our vehicle became disabled in the parking garage of our hotel. It was stuck in an extremely difficult position. Juan carefully/painstakingly was able to remove the vehicle without damaging my vehicle surrounding vehicles and the garage. Polite and caring young man as well as extremely professional.
Popped my tire at 4AM and Metro Motors was quick to help. Dispatch was seamless and the driver arrived within 15 minutes. He was super helpful and nice, we got my car towed quickly in the cold and to the tire shop making a big inconvenience easy to handle.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. The man that answers the phone is the rudest person ever. He has an attitude for no reason, will not give his name, and will not show his face when you arrive. He hung up on us twice when we asked him for his name. He needs very serious training in customer service. As an example, when we tried to give him information about our car, he cut us off saying “can I finish my sentence?” Mind you, we never interrupted him. When we called the next day to ask where they’re located and how long they’re open, he rudely said “I already told you we’re open and you can come get your car.” Mind you, we had originally called on Saturday night, and called again on Sunday morning to get the name and address of the company. He also lied that our car was towed because MPD wrote a ticket for parking in a private neighborhood. We are homeowners in this private neighborhood and have the legal right to park in here. Also, there’s no ticket on file in the DC system. Additionally, MPD doesn’t write parking tickets, parking enforcement does. They also don’t write tickets on private property. This man is a liar.
Smash and grab on the coldest night of the year. Luckily, Metro Motor was there! After calling the police, I called for a tow at 7:38pm. They arrived at 7:56pm and hauled it away to their collision repair center. That’s only 18 minutes! They couldn’t have been nicer, plus navigated a narrow, dead-end alleyway with ease. Would recommend them to anyone, 110%!
If there was a possibility of giving 10 stars, I would. I was at a job and lost the key to my car. I searched the entire car several times. So, when I didn't find it, I called AAA who dispatched Metro Motor Towing. When he was on his way, the driver called and asked what the problem was. After I explained to him, he said he was 30 minutes out and apologized he wasn't closer. He said he would get there as fast as he could as it was very cold.
When the driver arrived, he actually looked in my car and on the street for my key. He helped me retrace my steps. While he was looking, I happened to look down and saw the key. I had looked at this spot before, but for some reason did not see it. I was beyond relieved and actually teared up.
The driver was such a gentleman! If it weren't for his persistence, my car would have been towed to the dealership, and I would have been out several hundred dollars. I will be forever grateful for him! Thank you for such great service!
METRO Motors picked up our Lexus (via AAA) last night. He arrived earlier than quoted and was knowledgeable about the issue and assured us he was familiar with the auto shop he was delivering and properly registered our vehicle for service at the auto shop after hours process. Thank you for being a good part of a stressful situation.
This was probably the worst experience of towing I have ever experienced. I would say the very worst but the tow driver got one things right. I could tell by the way he handled my car he was very experienced. However his attitude was awful His tone was condescending. I asked him not to be so rude and condescending He did not think he was none of that and things got verbally confrontational . My cat was broken down in a bad spot so I digressed, apologized for my behavior because by this time I was afraid I would be left stranded after waiting for A tow for over three hours. He never apologized or accepted my apology. However my car was delivered to my house safely. Anyone can be skilled. Character / consumer service is worth its weight in gold. I would never use this tow company again based solely on customer service. Hopefully this tow driver will not cause this company to lose more customers. Customers equal money. More Money equal jobs and profits.
I had a terrible experience with another company that left me waiting for hours! I called Metro Motors as a last resort before throwing in the towel. I called and dispatch said someone would be on the way. A truck arrived in 15 minutes! The process was extremely smooth and the tow took little to no time at all. I was and still am extremely
grateful for the quality service!
After dealing with countless rude towers who arrived to the site unprepared continuously for the PAST 19 hrs- Metro Motors, specifically Moises, has been a breath of fresh air. Loaded my car without any scratches. Was pleasant, prompt, able to find my car and reassured me everything would be okay. Highly recommended, I took quality service for granted…never again after these 19 hours. These guys, especially Moises, are the standard for excellence in towing.
Hisham with metro motor towing did a great job towing my lowered Porsche Cayman with a damaged flat tire (even lower) I normally insist on flat bed service but he assured me that he could dolly it using a conventional tow truck (flat bed service was 4+hour wait on this night)
He arrived in a top of the line brand new truck which reassured me that this was no fly-by-night company The truck was spotless and well equipped to deal with low slung cayman! Hisham took his time and delivered the car and myself home without a scratch where I could deal with the tire and wheel issue. Great guy and he cares about his customers and their cars!!

After 2 failed AAA attempts to get our car towed from the 2nd level of the Colonial Garage, Metro Motors came to our rescue. Mohammed did everything he could to get our car started but couldn’t clear the garage with his truck so Alex came and made it happen. He actually made it look easy after 8 hours of failed attempts and calling on anyone that could help.
Thanks to Alex and Metro Towing we will make our flights tomorrow and can put this behind us. He even sent a picture, to put our minds at ease, showing us that our car was were it needed to be, safe and sound. We recommend Metro Towing 100%.
