AAA connected me with this company after my car got stuck in the snow. They showed up within an hour while I was still waiting for an ETA from Mercedes Roadside Assistance, and successfully towed me out of the snow, and even helped push my car into my garage entrance. Everyone from the dispatcher to the two guys who showed up were super kind and courteous and really helped me in a bad situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs tow service in DC.
Will saved my skin-- twice. And didn't make me feel too embarrassed when I faceplanted in the snow. The extra effort he put in was appreciated. Thank you.
I cannot urge anyone more strongly to avoid this company! While popular in the DMV, their customer service is incredibly poor and they lack professionalism and accountability. Earlier this year AAA dispatched their services after my car was parked and damaged in a hit and run. After Metro Motor arrived, I gave them my preferred auto body shop address to take my vehicle as I could not travel with them there. Not only did Metro Motor then take my car to the incorrect address, but they left the keys in the car. As a later result of this, my car was stolen. They offered zero help and assistance in locating my vehicle or accountability in their employee’s negligence. When my car was later found, it was totaled. Be advised to avoid them at all costs!
This company METRO MOTOR canceled my tow 4 times without communicating — via AAA — when they could have let another service fulfill my towing needs… awful customer service and communication. Tow driver says they called when they in fact never communicated with the tow company, AAA, nor the driver.
My car had been stolen, and this towing company falsely claimed it had serious mechanical issues and could not be driven, which led them to overcharge me. After inspection by my mechanic, the car was found to be in perfect working condition with no oil leak or mechanical problems.
They also failed to provide an itemized invoice, and when I called to request one, the staff was extremely rude and told me I had no choice but to pay or leave my car in storage so they could continue charging more fees.
This company was misleading, unprofessional, and took advantage of the situation.
Jorge could not have been more sweet or helpful getting my car towed to a shop. He answered all my questions and was incredibly friendly and proactive helping me figure out what could be wrong. I was assigned this company through AAA but would 100% seek them out deliberately if I ever run into another issue. Thank you!
Great service! They responded in less than 20 minutes! I’m always on the road and I’ve had a lot of instances where I needed towing in my life. But these guys were the best overall
I was parked at the Milton apartments delivering kfc to a resident parked at the dog park outside of Costco when I ran into the lobby and back Metro motor towing took my car in the 5 minutes it took to drop off the residents food. I called 911 to report the car stolen and they had no records of a tow request. A resident in the lobby took a photo of the suspicious tow. After I asked the concierge if they had requested the tow they said no. I later learned that Costco down the street tows. I got a Lyft ride to Metro motor towing on colvin St Alex va. When I got there to collect my wallet my credit card and my SS card my license etc ..my jacket my glove s on a cold rainy day 2 guys got out and one guy opened the fence so I could get my personal belongings.i asked the skinny guy how much it would cost to get my car out and he said 160. The big fat guy said and started bumping me with his elbowto look at his cell phone and look at where I was parked and the city would of charged me more. I told them I didn't have 160 bucks.i would come back the next day. The skinny guy was asking how much I had... I told him it was none of his business how much money I had ... period. My Lyft driver witnessed the whole thing.

My husband and I were on our way to meet our son when a coolant hose blew and left us sitting in front of the Marine barracks in DC. We called AAA and they sent out Metro Motor towing. A fellow named Johnny was there in only 30 minutes. He called us and was very competent loading the car. He delivered us and our car home and was an excellent and safe driver.

I had a horrifically traumatic experience! A huge tree fell across a ravine in a DC park, hit a 2nd tree both landed on my car trapping me, crushed the windshield, demolishing the front of my car, 6 inches from my head!! AAA put me in contact with Res-Q , Metro Motor Towing. The owner, HIsham Elveyn, was quick to respond, and his driver, Rene, was on the scene within the hour!! Professional and Kind! Having a loved Mercedes towed is never pleasant, however being done by Metro Motors Towing erased all my worries. lot manager Kassem was very pleasant and supportive in ensuring that the car is in safe hands. Sean from billing responsiveness to all Geico needs to settled the charges and coordinating the release and tow to Mercedes is exceptional. Arrived in DC for the weekend for our nieces volleyball tournament, much to our chagrin our vehicle became disabled in the parking garage of our hotel. It was stuck in an extremely difficult position. Juan carefully/painstakingly was able to remove the vehicle without damaging my vehicle surrounding vehicles and the garage. Polite and caring young man as well as extremely professional.
Smash and grab on the coldest night of the year. Luckily, Metro Motor was there! After calling the police, I called for a tow at 7:38pm. They arrived at 7:56pm and hauled it away to their collision repair center. That’s only 18 minutes! They couldn’t have been nicer, plus navigated a narrow, dead-end alleyway with ease. Would recommend them to anyone, 110%!
Hisham with metro motor towing did a great job towing my lowered Porsche Cayman with a damaged flat tire (even lower) I normally insist on flat bed service but he assured me that he could dolly it using a conventional tow truck (flat bed service was 4+hour wait on this night) He arrived in a top of the line brand new truck which reassured me that this was no fly-by-night company The truck was spotless and well equipped to deal with low slung cayman! Hisham took his time and delivered the car and myself home without a scratch where I could deal with the tire and wheel issue. Great guy and he cares about his customers and their cars!!
