This business is good serious businrss work. Auto work is high tech and old tech, this man has more ways to repair a car and is priced affordably. Tony talks strong and works strong. Strong work people have to clear the way or get hurt by danger work . Love is shown in thd outcome and the follow ups . Time is important and quality work is too. Love all we can and respect the work you cant do for yourself. Cars are modified every year...its tough keeping up....20 years of reliable service..Tony is the best.
I CALLED TO GET 2 PARTS FOR A 1995 AUTOMOBILE.
I ASKED THE SALES MAN DID THEY SELL CAR PARTS AND HE SAID YES. I TOLD HIM WHAT I NEEDED AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THE YEAR OF MY CAR HE SAID "1995 OH WE DON'T HAVE PARTS FOR THAT".
I SAID WELL YOU DON'T SELL CAR PARTS THEN. I SUGGEST THAT THE AD REFLECT THE TARGET AUDIENCE THAT YOU CATERING TO SO FOLKS LIKE ME DON'T HAVE TO WASTE OUR TIME DIALING YOUR 10 DIGITS.
The service here is trash Tony “diamond” the owner has very poor communication skills and is very rude. His expressions are negative and he talks very disrespectful to his customers. Additionally they do not have parts they order them after you pay for them and then wait for a very long time very unprofessional and he went up on his prices after telling me my job was one price then lied and tried to charge me higher. Do not go here.
I called and asked if they had a certain part. The guy hung up on me without another word. Completely ignored my second call. Don't take your money to this jerk.
They are criminals... and Toni the leader... they are a chop shop and will destroy your car... We went there to get a transmission replaced and Toni took the money but never replace transmission when I tried to call him he would not answer and when we went up there he tried to act like we didn’t wasn’t calling. Go to the shops in Bladensburg they are much more trustworthy then these crooks...
None of them are ASE certified and I reporting them to the District.
Very unprofessional, I went there to get my mirror replace, I was informed that it was going to arrive the next day, well I went in the next day after paying a deposit to have it done, No mirror showed up! I never received a call in advance to inform me and when I brought it to the guys attitude he shrugged his shoulders as if he didn't even care like I didn't have things to do, customer service suck, extended wait time in a alley, no parking meaning you have to continuously move your car and to top it off he was so nasty to take off a layer of pants in front of me.
Tony has kept our older cars running well, at a very affordable price. We first found Diamond when we needed major body work, and thought we'd have to total the car. Diamond did a great job for half the price of other garages.
Been there a few times fixed leaks for me but the customer service is bad the owner is rude and if there not positive what's wrong they play a guessing game and you have to pay for it
Went for a used transmission. Had to take my car back 3 times for them to put one in that wasn't worse off than the one I came to them with (my aamco analysis before the first visit and one I did after my 2nd visit saved me). All three visits for repair took days longer than estimated. Prices are good, too good. Pass on them.
