  I believe RAY Who picked up my vehicle damaged my vehicle To tow it ..The gear button is broken which happened bc they didn’t have key and couldnt put it in neutral ,damaging my steering system etc bc that orange light is illuminated.Yet i was charged 1140$ for storage fees when my car BEEN sitting since june 10 and im just picking it up july 31 after driving hour and half from Baltimore would give 0 stars if i could . Bad business. oh and also they like to hold your vehicle without Informing you your car is on their lot im not the first who complained MPD informed..they are schemers be careful

  What a fantastic journey from my first inquiry for a quote to requesting towing service. Alfonzo exceeded expectations by arriving early and maintaining professionalism throughout our interaction. He graciously addressed all my inquiries without ever making me feel like a bother. Supporting business owners who resemble me is a priority when spending money, and All Star truly delivered. While some businesses fall short, All Star excelled, especially with their rates. Kudos to this company for absolutely nailing it today!

  They did what several other towing companies could not do. Georgetown Towing, Always Towing & Recovery Inc, Central Towing Inc are the other three towing companies that came and couldn’t figure it out (getting my dead car out of a garage with 6 feet ceiling clearance). I also called several other towing companies (who said forget it over the phone) I was thrilled to see this company show up and they worked hard to get the job done quickly and professionally. THANK YOU.

  I never thought id be typing a review like this but these people are horrible. I bought a car from them. The guy knew he was selling me a bomb. When on the freeway, It blew up on me one mile from home. I had to BEG to get a tow to my house because they wanted to charge me more. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The tall white goofy man is friendly but its a ruse to get your money!

  vehicle was not in accident when asked why we were bing charge the max for accident vehicle agent stated to talk to manager but manager not available. Would love manager to contact me at refund the $50. If you ever used this company make sure they charge you correctly bc they will gladly charge the max even if not correct! Vehicle was also damage and when asked for insurance information all agents yelling profanities and refused to provide insurance information and tried to intimate by telling us to call police. Police were called due to fear for safety since workers were yelling obscenities and were not giving us the keys even after paying the fraudulent amount charged! Police were able to safely escort us out of weed smelling facility and advised to take company to small claims and to report business to BBB. Be aware! Stay away if possible!!!

  All Star towing picked up the phone was so nice to me. Most tow companies have a chip on their shoulder when they pick up - but I could tell that they knew I was stressed and in need of help. The price was your standard $100-$150 depending on where you’re going and what car you have. But they were extremely quick. I just really appreciated how nice they were to me, in a situation where I’m already stressed and feeling fragile. Jay was my tower and he deserves a raise. He navigated to my tricky area and was patient with me. He kept reassuring me as I was really emotional about the damage. He was understanding and such a great guy. Thank you All Star for spreading kindness and helping people when they are in need!

  I called All Star Towing via AAA and they did an excellent job. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful in terms of getting the tow truck backed into a narrow alley to get to the disabled vehicle and creative in getting it up onto the flatbed. He was communicative in dropping it off at my designated shop after hours. I would 100% use this service again.

  I’m leaving this review on behalf of Oscar - driver #41; he is a god send! My car unfortunately wouldn’t start yesterday and I had to call AAA. They ended up dispatching All star towing to help me out. Oscar was truly professional, courteous and efficient at his job. He hooked my car up to the tow in the face of a very angry business owner who was screaming at him about disrupting his parking lot. Oscar got the car hitched in under 10 minutes (I timed him), maintaining his professional demeanor. Oscar got the car to the spot I needed it towed to and helped me push it into the spot. I wish there was more I could have offered Oscar, but he refused any further compensation. I will forever remember his kindness and efficiency and refer them when people ask!!

  The absolute worse. They didn't book my pick up nor show up when expected. They sent an inexperienced driver and and he didn't want to tow my vehicle. He got really nasty and confrontational and so I excused my self and asked him to leave . Call the guys at Greg's towing instead

  My Van broke down at Wawa about 5 min drive from my house and I had my 2 children with me(one is only 10 months old) so i couldn't walk home. I waited over an hour for them to arrive (that's isn't my issue). I asked the man that picked up my vehicle to please call me when he had dropped it off at my mechanic's. Well hours pass and I heard nothing. While sleeping, the tow truck driver called my phone at 4am!! To let me know he had dropped it off at 730pm. Mind you it was 830pm when they had picked my vehicle up so there was NO WAY possible that he had dropped it then and for him to lie because he didn't know was upsetting. Not including the fact that he called me at 4am, like I mentioned before I have children so him calling disturbed them and me sleeping... I wouldn't recommend them in the future. Just untrustworthy and unprofessional.

  There clutch in the time of need....had an accident a d needed an immediate tow with very little funds available. From the dispatching all the way down to interpersonal interactions; all of All Star Towing employees were prompt and professionally guised. A tow company to keep and trust... my go to from here on out...Definitely 5star worthy and highly recommendable services with All Star Towing.

  Horrible service! My guess is AAA uses them because they are cheap. We were stranded on the side of the road at night in DC for 2-1/2 hours waiting for them when they were supposed to be there in 65 minutes. We finally canceled and got our own truck which took 30 minutes.

  Please please never use this company in life. I am amazed that this is a AAA recommended shop. AAA had them tow my car to my regular repair shop who was expecting my car and my car never made it there. They lost my whole car!!! Jaguar XJL fully loaded. They have no idea where my car is and I feel like they stole my car b/c it was a nice car.

  Do not use this towing service!! If having a car towed by DC parking enforcement, ask for alternative company. Waited 2 hours for a tow truck that never showed only to be told "I'm doing the best I can". Do better !!!

  Every bad stereotype you've heard about towing companies applies to All Star Towing. They cracked my oil pan when unloading my car because they didn't follow proper procedures. Accidents happen and can be forgiven, but they denied what was obviously their fault. The damage was an easy and cheap fix, but instead of owning up to it and submitting it to their insurance company, they fought me tooth and nail telling me to prove it. I even offered to split the cost just to settle it, and they still refused. They basically said, unless I had video proving it, they would not own up to anything. I spent months going back and forth because they were 100% responsible. I really didn't care about the $500 repair cost, I cared that they wouldn't own up to their mistake. I spoke with my insurance company and with several friends that own automotive shops, and they all said All Star has a terrible reputation. Stay away. It's not worth dealing with dishonest people.
