In Dec 2023 I bought a car from birite, it broke down 3x by April of 2023 for a total of 1500.00 then in may it broke down and the motor blew up ! The cost was over $9000.00 , birite made me pay for a new car though them in order to get out of the contract of the 2023 Dec car. Plus they added the remained of about 3000.00 owed to the new used car. I had the new used car about 2 months and the car lost steering , I went to a licensed mechanic and the cost was going to be thousands to fix the car just so it could drive. I’m a single mom who lost one house because I couldn’t work a lot during the first car break down, then now i am only making about 150 a month because I have no car again. I called birite to ask them to help me and they said the owner is on vacation, I’ve been waiting for her to call me since April 2023, they told me they can hold the car fix it and I can make payments ?? How can a single mom with no car pay what is now 18,000.00 for two cars and I have neither car and no way to support my child or myself. I’m loosing everything because they sold me cars that don’t work and they don’t care and are very nasty.

I just got a Chevy Cruze low miles and cheap payments extremely nice and friendly inside and they will hold a conversation with you so you don't get bored they also have a cat that I absolutely adore that comes and visits that used to be a stray I wish there was more businesses like them
We have dealt with bi rite for years now and never had any issues what so ever , never not a friendly person and they work with you I honestly would not go anywhere else but bi - rite if they do not have it I’m positive they can find a vehicle for you. Come see them
Warning read review. Do not buy car after going up one day. Was told one price explained we were dual residency in another state but primarily lived in Maryland. Had all the money called the day before coming up with the money to get a hold of Megan. The owner's daughter left phone number called three times. Never received a phone call back. Woke up 7:30 the next morning to be there. When they open they took photocopy of license. Let test drive happen then come back and said sorry. Now the owner don't want to rent to you if you are a resident of Florida and will have it tagged in Florida. Went through this 2 days ago when the salesman went back to talk to the owner and the owner had no problem with it then all of a sudden. Now I walk in with my husband and myself being a male and the story changes. Have to wonder about a place like this. If you don't call somebody back and you change your stories up. I seem to think you're probably shady don't do business with this company.
I love this place got a car here a couple months ago there really helpful and really understanding definitely pleased with the service and all the staff I would refer anyone to bi rite auto sales there one off the best my opinion
Brought a car from this company in August. The car drives ok. My problem is im still riding around with tenp tags...They havent gottten my tag yet and i about to get another temp. I went to Dmv and reported this.....Make sute tnst ypu can tsg your car within reason....Car almost paid for no regular tag
These people are crooks please don’t spend your money here you will be stuck with a debt and no vehicle to show for it... not the original owners they were honest ... if I could give a negative star I would

They have good cars. The mechanic has been there for years and truly loves his job and you can see it by how the cars run. They have a great sales guy Cole. He wasnt high pressure but he helped us find exactly what we wanted.
Terrible place. Sold me a lemon. Had to go to a different dealership buy another car and drop their junk back off in their lot. Go elsewhere people. Go elsewhere. The other place wouldn't even take their junk as a trade in. They even told me to take it back to where I bought it.

Went looking for a truck with a price range suited for my family on Tuesday. Marcos did a great job of finding a truck an staying in contact while working on getting it to my price range. On Wednesday I rolled away in a new/used truck. Bi-Rite crew made buying the truck quick and easy. The sales woman was nice. She gave us time to look. They do have a lot of cars but the price seems to be on the expensive side for a buy here pay here dealership...

I have no problem with this place but every once in a while my check engine light comes on other then that a easy 65 dollars a week and if you call and let them know you can't come in that day to make a payment they work with you
