Took my truck there for a few minor scratches ,”had a insurance claim filed”
They told me it was done and I came in to pick it up , whole bumper was covered in fish eyes . I showed them and they claimed it was dirt in the paint and they were gonna wet sand and buff it out .”they were very deep in the paint” they told me it was done again after that and they had wet sanded it so hard there was lines in the paint and then I pointed it out which they said they would fix again , they called back and claimed they buffed it out again.. went to pick it up lines all in the paint and they told me that there was nothing else they could do. Talked to my insurance company and they said I can have someone else look at it and give them a estimate to what they say about i took it somewhere for another estimate and they looked at it and said Hertrich’s wet sanded all the way through the paint and cleared it over top , not to include multiple bumper clips they broke and didn’t tell me .., pretty much got told me truck was done 3 times and it looks worse then it did when I dropped it off .
My vehicle was returned to me with dead bees, flies & decaying leaves inside. My protective film for my touchscreen was removed w/o my permission & wasn’t put back or even returned to me. My A/C was left on even though I don’t ever use A/C. The rim & tire weren’t repaired or replaced. The rim has tire rubber from the other car burnt into it. Incomplete repairs & car’s left outside open in the elements.
Did an amazing job on my 2022 Honda Accord repairs. Would have never known I was in an accident. Very pleasant atmosphere & very quick responses when reaching out.
These guys were fantastic. Very personable, explained everything and made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. They had my car done 3 days earlier than expected. 10/10 imo
The repair was done beautifully, the car was returned as if the entire car had been detailed in addition to the repair. The work was done in a timely manner and the service representatives were kind and helpful.
Great place to get your vehicle fixed after an accident. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they have great service and try to get your vehicle back to you as quick as possible. Have had to take 2 vehicles here and they are very good at what they do. Will definitely use them again if I need too
On 11/21/23, we had damage occur to our truck. On 11/22/23 we started the process with our insurance company. 11/28/23 we were able to get in for an estimate and set up an appointment to drop our truck off for repairs on 12/13/23. We were given a date of completion for 12/22/23. On 12/20/23 we recieved a call that there was more damage than expected and it wouldn't be ready until 12/29/23. On that date, we called in the morning as we hadn't heard anything and were told they were still working on it and would call between 12 and 1pm. We called back just after 1pm after not hearing anything and were told the front desk person was on lunch. They finally called back and said our truck would not be ready until 1/2/23. We still had to call again on 1/2/23 and were told we would hear back around 330. At which point they told us our vehicle would be ready at 4:45pm. We arrived on time, were told the vehicle still wasn't ready and after signing and paying our deposit stood around until after 5pm. We were also told that they would go over everything with us. Instead it was a "here's your key and vehicle. Paint and repairs are covered for the lifetime" and no final explanation of anything completed other than the book of papers handed us at checkout.
As customers, it is not our responsibility to reach out and find out when the work will be completed nor should it take a whole week after our appointment to drop off for them to finally get to the vehicle and realize...oh, there's more damage than expected. We should've recieved a call the day of drop off as there was ample time to order in the needed parts based on the initial assessment and get right to work.
If you can't get to a vehicle on the day it's brought in then schedule it to start work on a day that you can.
The work looks fine but the customer service and communication is definitely lacking .
Estimate, approval, scheduling and repairs were done quickly and professionally. Hope I don't need collision repairs again but if I do I'm going back to Hertrich Collision without hesitation.
Had a deer decide to ram our car one night. Hit perfectly on the driver side rear door handle lol. Randy had his guys replace the door and paint to match and gotta say, they did a good job. 2014 so the paint has been faded, but I can’t tell where they started and stopped. Definitely recommend!
Had a small deer collision on the front end of a 2015 Mustang Ecoboost. Randy (estimator) was super helpful and Kylah at the front desk was also very helpful on providing updates. Work is spotless and would highly recommend to anyone in need of cosmetic repairs!
Never take your car here! You'll only end up with more problems than it had when you brought it there. Took my car in for body work, they took more than double the time they were supposed to take to fix it. Gave it back looking shiny and new with a BLOWN engine. I had to pay $8000 for their service shop to put a new engine in just for the transmission on the car to go up not even two months later. Once they put the new engine in, the car idled down and tried to shut off everytime I put gas in it. On top of that the fat lady in the service center office will steal your cash as she's counting it behind the desk! Hertrich is nothing but a scam.
My car was like new after the painting and body repair, that's why the 5 star rating. There was no mismatch and everything was beautiful. Only the cover light at the back has a little hole and I don't know how did that happen.
Customer service is excellent. Very courteous and friendly. Each step of the repair process was outlined in detail to the end. Would highly recommend this service to anyone.
I had my car taken there for repair of a broken windshield, bent hood, broken mirror and framework around windshield. I was told it may take up to 12 weeks, but it was done within 1 week! All the work was done extremely well, no complaints. I was also told hiw to care for it regarding cleaning it since it had new paint.
Excellent service and CLEAN and respectful. I was very satisfied and I hadn't had a fender bender in 45 years. Chad and all and all of collision shop made it a very good experience for ME. Patricia Bowers

If I could give zero stars I would, the workmanship is terrible got in a minor accident not my fault as someone backed into me. Got the call it was ready for pickup arrived just before closing and noticed they burnt the hood buffing the area,scratches on bumper still from accident buffing compound on plastic pointed areas out put it back in to get fixed got call once again it was ready go in this week on Tuesday and once again bumper has dent, looks as though painted in a sandstorm and cleared over. Pointed this out to manager and stated it be ready again got call ready on Friday arrived just before closing to see that it still hasn’t been fixed other than a coat of wax to try butter me up but this isn’t what I expected once again. No offer of a loaner car due to there negligence on the job and left without a vehicle still. So the truck is staying again without any closure and won’t have anyone back on it till Monday of the following week. Stay away from here at all costs you just may get a better job done from a backyard mechanic than here
I went to Hertrich Collision Center 4 A paint estimate 4 my suv they were very detailed with info about the process I've had work done by them b4 THEY R AWESOME
Took my 2004 Ranger in for a simple bumper and bracket replacement after a minor collision. No paint, glass, or body work was necessary. Once I got home, I noticed a few minor things that I corrected. Then I noticed 2 large scratches on the front fenders above the bumper that weren't there before from installing the bumper. One scratch actually had blue Sharpie on it to try and conceal it. And the bumper was not lined up with the with the nose of the truck. I took it back and they acknowledged their unsatifactory work. They repainted the scratched areas, aligned the bumper properly, and cleaned up a few more issues. Now it looks like it should, not brand new, but like it did before the accident. Which is all I wanted.
I had work done to my vehicle it turned out amazing and they cleaned my vehicle so well at first I didn't even realize it was mine....and the customer service was excellent!!!!!
We have had both of our vehicles in the shop in the past three weeks due to two separate incidents. Hertrich's was able to get our estimates done and our vehicles repaired right away. They were honest and very thorough. The work was top notch!
Hail damage repair, waited several weeks to have truck scheduled (USAA)approved and two weeks to get it done. First it will be done Thur. then Fri. then Mon. Called them Monday late afternoon and picked the truck up at closing- truck was filthy inside and out. Paint dust on floor mats and dashboard. Exterior was so dirty it wasn’t even clean enough to really inspect their workmanship. The truck was much cleaner when it arrived at Hertrich collision. Greg was nice and always had an excuse.
