Eastern Shore Auto Repair went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a mechanic shop. I recently dropped off my work van for an intake fault that was beyond my mechanical skill, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding.
Charity the service manager was incredible. She’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through what was likely going on, what they would check, and how they planned to approach the repair. Communication was clear, honest, and detailed throughout the entire process.
I received an in depth report documenting everything they found, what was repaired, and what may need attention down the road. What really stood out was that they weren’t pushy at all, they started with a simple intake boot repair before moving toward a more costly solution. Unfortunately, the van did end up needing a more involved repair (catalytic converter replacement), but to my surprise, they completed it in a single day and had me back on the road quickly. Charity kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I fully understood the repairs being done.
Eastern Shore Auto Repair is not an “in and out” turnover shop. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about what they do and takes pride in making sure vehicles leave their lot safe, properly repaired, and ready for another 100,000 miles. They’ve earned my business for any future repair needs.

We were referred to ES Motors (Service Department) earlier this summer to work on our Volvo XC90 and we couldn’t be more pleased with their performance. Between Charity helping us out to schedule and their techs’ performance we will continue to bring our vehicles there and to tell others about them.

Our Jeep wouldn't start after we stopped by ES Motors on a Sunday to look at some used cars on their lot. We dropped our keys and a note in Eastern Shore Auto Repair's afterhours drop box. They took it in first thing the next morning and had it fixed later that day. We're very pleased with their service and communication. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest and topnotch mechanic.
We are new to the area and I noticed one of my tires wasn’t holding air so I called Eastern Shore automotive and they were able to fit me in in a few hours and have my tire plugged within 20 minutes! Charity in the front office is fantastic and so are the guys in the shop I am so grateful and will definitely be bringing my car back here for anything and everything!
Charity was fast at locating and obtaining the part I needed for my car. Once there, my car was repaired in no time and now I can drive my car in confidence that I will not be broken down on the side of the highway
I’ve taken my vehicles here for service several times. They have been fantastic. I’m usually very skeptical of small dealerships. These guys have been superb. They have not let me down and so far this is the only place I will use for any repairs.
