Bought a car 3 months ago with a service contract... Almost 7k cash for an 12 year old car.. a bit pricey but i figured hey the have there own repair shop hopefully itll be a dependable car. 3 weeks before the service contract expired the car started having issues starting. Then the check engine light came on. Brought it to the shop they ran diagnostics on it. Said everything was ok reset the code and said if it happens again to come back... The next week car kept having trouble starting and need to get multiple jump starts and check engine light came back on again... Went back again. They ran diagnostics again... 3 hours later They said it appears to be something is draining the battery and i needed to make an appoinment to do further diagnostics made the appointment... Dropped the car off tuesday morning... Tuesday afternoon told me it was a bad battery and they ordered a new one would be delivered that day. How and why wasnt this figured out the first 2 visits and 6 hours i waited the previous 2 mondays.. This whole time i figured it would be covered under the service contract.... They explained that it would be $215.00 for diagnostics, shop supply fees and a deductible... Also stated my car was 900 miles over a needed oil change and my wipers were shot and needed new ones.. i got the oil change passed on the wipers .. in the back of my mind im thinking wait.... Shouldnt a reputable auto dealer with higher then average prices with a shop on site change the oil and check things like wipers before u sell a car?? Needless to say with the oil change it was just under 300 total. Complete rip off if you ask me. Its sad cause i hate to leave a bad review. And was originally happy with my purchase before this fiasco.
Highly recommend ES Motors! Linda was professional, friendly and proficient! She uplifted the experience! My husband has previously purchased a vehicle from ES Motors which has been reliable. They are honest, fair and can work with bad credit. If you're in the market for a new to you vehicle put ES Motors on your list!

I’m sad to say, but proceed with caution here. I bought a Chevy Captiva here back in April and the car didn’t even make it half a year! It was riddled with problems from the day I bought the car, bad O2 sensors, constant oil leaks, bad tire pressure sensors, tire leaks, bad battery, bad catalytic converter, bad transmission lines; and the nail in the coffin, a broken crank shaft. All of these issues came up right after the other, and were not reported to me upon buying the car. I was convinced I was being sold a reliable car only to have to spend over $5000 in repairs over the last 7 months. The car is now scraped and worth $300…
I’m sure this could be a unique situation, but considering the pain I have went through over the last 7 months I didn’t want to not say this!
Took my sisters older mercedes in there for service, Charity the lady at the service desk was very professional, very nice and a pleasure to deal with [ a lot of new car dealers service dept should be taking lessons from her ], the vehicle was fixed at a very fair price and will definitely use ES Motors for any other service work needed
Opinion keeps changing. Initially happy, but in 1 week of owning vehicle, have taken it into the repair shop the third time. Am again without transportation & they have had it more than I have since purchasing it. .....
Good quality, clean, well-documented used cars with friendly service. Vehicles thoroughly checked by their own collision garage. After an accident & my car being totaled, ES Motors made finding a replacement quick & easy.
Update to Review: From the first day of owning the car, I have been having issues. I drove it to work & the car alarm kept going off. I thought it was just me, so second day I attempted locking it again. Within 30 seconds, the alarm was going off. I ended up leaving the vehicle unlocked all day - fine at work, but not ideal in everyday life. As I drove home that night, the alert that the hood was open started sounding. I pulled over, opened & shut it firmly. The alert kept sounding occasionally, at first. Then it was going off every 30 seconds. I pulled over twice, but no change. I called the garage & dropped it off after work. I called the next afternoon & was told the alarm hadn't gone off at all. Don't know if it was taken out & driven at all, but picked it up & drove home. Several deer ran out in front of me & I immediately went for the horn. Nothing. I pressed & pressed, but no sound. It had previously worked, I know, because I see between 5 - 25 deer around my house & in my drive, so I use it every day. I am hoping this will be resolved, but am concerned it is the beginning of endless issues.
I recently was interested in a vehicle they had on their website. Although I eventually did not buy the car I was very pleased with the effort that was given to me. I'm very confident I will be purchasing a car from them in the future.
Went today to buy a car - NEEDED to purchase a vehicle today. Usually I like to leave good reviews, but unfortunately I don’t have anything good to say.. We showed up and looked, no help in sight for a while. (About an hour) No one came to greet us, we were the only customers there.. Once I obtained help from David, we fell in love with a vehicle. Poor credit but had a co-signer with great credit. David didn’t want to work with us at ALL, it was clear. He disappeared and every time we needed him we had to go back inside to fetch him. And somehow a $13k car turned into a $30k vehicle? For a 2014-16?? He obviously didn’t want to sell us a car, it was clear. We felt like he made the financing as high as possible with no wiggle room. So we LEFT and went to another place and purchased a 2019 through literally the SAME EXACT LENDER that he was using, (Riddle me this!) a cheaper down payment, a newer vehicle with less miles, and BETTER SALESMAN THAT GREETED US IN THE PARKING LOT and didn’t have the personality of a wet blanket!! You allowed a sale to walk out of your office, and I’m glad because this guy was trying to rip us off. I got a beautiful car at a great price somewhere ELSE thanks to you! My $18k car on the lot didn’t more than double in price at the other place with the same creditor! Way to go, Dave! Go get another job if you don’t want to sell cars because you made it perfectly clear today that you don’t.
Absolutely 100 % satisfied and pleased with their Service and customer service. David was great with all questions and feedback about the car. Linda was especially helpful and very pleasant to finish the deal.

Great experience, so far have only looked a few particular vehicles but they were in great shape physically and mechanically. David was nice to print out reports on both vehicles while we test drove. Only 4 stars cause I haven't bought a vehicle yet, after that experience I'll update this review.

Avoid This Dealership – Dishonest and Poor Service
I bought a car from this lot, and less than 24 hours later, it completely died. When I reached out to them for help, they gave me the runaround, showing a total lack of communication and customer service. Only after I asked for some form of compensation did they tell me it was a “wholesale car,” something they conveniently failed to mention before the sale.
This dealership clearly prioritizes making a quick buck over honesty and customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a reliable vehicle and a dealership that stands behind what they sell, I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I purchased a 2005 Dodge Magnum 2 years ago. I drove it all the way back to NY. It did need $2000 of repairs but it was expected for a older car. I haven't had to do any repairs since. Best car purchase I made. I got it for a nice price! It's a beautiful vehicle that runs extremely well. It's strong running and feels like it has a lot of years left in it.
