I ordered a truck cap on June 7. When ordered I was told the order would take 8 weeks. The truck cap was finally delivered last week (15 weeks). Apparently, the truck cap order was canceled and not a single representative of top city could confirm the reasoning behind that. They do not have a real website. The whole operation seemed very unsettling as my purchase order was written with a pen and paper. from my experience, this company is disorganized and the next customer should probably look elsewhere for a truck cap. I do not recommend working with this company. Apparently the guy who runs the website died, however, there are services like Go Daddy that allow you to make a website without a physical human being managing it. They answer the phone about 60% of the time the other times they are unavailable and do not call back until escalation is made via email. I’ve had a horrible experience with this company and would not recommend to anybody.
Purchased the 100XR LEER Cap for my LB Tacoma crew cab. From the ordering to install, exactly 3 weeks. Price was very competitive with other quotes (lowest price). Install only took 1 hour, easy wait with a Dunkin Donuts almost nextdoor. Staff was friendly during the ordering process and the tech showed me the operation and features of the cap's drop in front window, windoors, light and locks. The LEER cap itself seems well built, color match was perfect. Good experience overall, I would recommend this vendor for truck accessories.

Booked a U-Haul truck online a few days in advance of moving cross-country, and pre-paid for the truck. Came in to Top City on the pick-up date, and the two guys at the counter said "The U-Haul system is down, nothing we can do, sorry". When asked what my options were, they said "I dunno, maybe try calling the UHaul customer service line". The U-Haul systems being down was not their fault, but it's inexcusable that they made NO effort whatsoever to try and find any workarounds; at the first sign of adversity they completely folded and gave up. The two esteemed gentlemen who were behind the counter also seemed to have an extremely low level of computer/technology literacy, which seemed to make matters even worse. I ended up having to go to another rental facility in a different part of town to fulfill my rental.
The guys are absolutely fantastic here at Top-City. Very professional from the moment I walked in the door. All of my questions was answered, Brochures was given to me, and there was a display available so I knew exactly what I was going to get. The time frame I was given was great as they was right on time and not a day late. I absolutely love the way my shed was custom made just for me. The guys was so professional on delivery day
taking their time on my property and made install look so easy. Was very professional cleaning up all the debris. I promise I’m a real person and was not compensated for my honest opinion.
Give them a call if you’re going to buy a shed. Prices are great and you will not regret it..

These guys did a great job on replacing the latch on my cap and putting rain guards on my windows would definitely use them again and would recommend them.
This is the worst place of business ever and completely unprofessional. NEVER use this place for uhaul. They are liars and rip people off and waste peoples time and money.
Be careful getting a Uhaul from here. After returning my Uhaul I received a bill for 2 days when I had it less than 4 hours. My contract had 4 hours, but they insisted I had a multi day rental contract.
Last minute decision to use a truck to do some moving, after deployment and they came through. Very courteous and have a large assortment of truck goodies.

We were scheduled to move 6/30/2022
We rented a 26 foot truck a week before our move. I had a bad feeling and called U-Haul twice before the day of the move. We showed up on site at 7am to pick up the truck. The app told us we had to wait until the store opened even though I chose 24 hour service. I called customer service to see what was going on. I was on the phone for 40 minutes just to be told they didn’t have the truck we ordered, and not only that didn’t have ANY truck available for us in a 30 mile radius. They had to cancel our truck because the customers that had rented the truck before us hadn’t returned it. Which they knew days prior, and never told us. Even though I called twice before moving day! I’m honestly disgusted with U-Haul, and would never recommend or use them in the future. Thank you Penske for picking up where U-Haul severely dropped the ball!
Bought some rain guards for my car on Amazon.com looked up right model but they didnt fit couldn't return them. So called dealership they gave me Top City #. I went there they ordered through Weather Tech but the rear window guards were to long so they cut them down to fit. Plus put on my door trim for just 20.00 dollar's. Nice staff. Good place to get add on for vechiles and they install.
I had a great experience with this business. Sam, the owner knowledgeable, helpful in my ordering of my cap and told me up front that because of my trucks design a little water may leak into the truck bed. They called when the cap came in and made an appointment to have it installed. It was installed today and the technician brought the truck around with the cap on. It looked great and he took me out to explain some of the features and if I have any issues please bring it back and he will take care of it.
Needed new cap light so I went to them, as I got cap there. Price quoted: $59 but got a discount of $54. Put light in and, out of curiosity, found same light for $24, with free shipping on internet. I contacted Top City and expressed my feeling that the price was exorbitant. Owner contacted me and, after discussion, agreed to send a check. I am waiting on the check at this time.
I love Top City, especially the Dover branch! They always go above and beyond for my Tacoma. I bought Weather-Tech floormats, and the passenger floor mat slid around. I went in for an exchange. Gilbert put velcro on the bottom, instead, so they would stay in place. He did this without charging me! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!
There was an older gentleman working at the front desk he was very kind empathetic and polite there was another lady there by the name of Kat I appreciated her as well. They were all very honest and forthright about what to expect for an installation that I was waiting for my car and although they weren't able to complete the installation my car still remained intact and I appreciate them for their honesty, kindness and integrity for realizing they werent able to complete the task and being super careful with my car. I respect that. Thank you for that. You all have a blessed day.

Great place to get what you wnt or need, Its been quite a while since I was there and Sam remembered me, isn't that great. Took real good care of me and bunk got my tow dolly hooked up while I did the paperwork. Next day turned it in & the lady was very nice finishing up my refund & bunk unhooked dolly. I strongly recommend Top City to anyone that can use their services. The prices are Right too.

They also offer sheds, these maybe custom, I am unsure about this. Call and inquiry for more information.
Purchased cap for truck. Everyone was very helpful and courteous, from Sam the owner to the young man who installed the cap. The woman behind the counter took the time to walk me around the lot showing me the different cap designs.
BEWARE!!!!!! WORST SERVICE & WORKMANSHIP EVER!!! They drug a muddy bed liner over the bed rail of my brand new truck (scratching it the whole length of the bed) and then installed it with an enormous amount of mud caked under it. They just told me that it was alright because I was going to put a cap on it anyway. They ordered the wrong cap and wanted me to buy it anyway if they "did me a favor" and discounted it for the amount of the missing options that I had ordered. I wanted what I ordered, and that seemed to irk them. When they finally got the right one in it had a hole about the size of a pencil eraser in the exterior of the fiberglass finish, leaving the fibers exposed. They assured me that it wouldn't hurt anything and that I should have bought the next higher model if I wanted the best finish. (Over time it has gotten much bigger and cracked all around it.) After denting the cab of my brand new truck, they sawed into the bed when cutting the trim for the cap door. They told me that I should buy some touch up paint and periodically paint the bare metal from the saw cut they made so it wouldn't rust. Oh, and they assured me the dent in my truck cab wasn't very noticeable with the cap on. They put the cap on so far forward at first that you could see light between the cap and the truck bed, making it impossible to shut the door properly and causing so much pressure there that it chafed the paint off my tailgate in less than a week. They told me it would shut easier in time, but even they couldn't get one side to latch shut. So they repositioned it to the handles on the cap door would at least turn, but it still doesn't latch shut on one side. It has leaked all the way around since I got it, so bad that water pools in the front of the bed liner. Their answer was, "No cap is going to be perfectly leak free all the time." After going back for them to keep making attempts to do a simple job even close to right, and after spending a total of almost 20 hours in their waiting area from numerous trips, I just gave up. Leer was no help and said I just have to take my complaint to the dealer that installed it. I've had other caps and bed liners and never had any problems like this. I will never ever do any business with them again. I'll go out of state and pay sales tax before my truck ever even pulls into their parking lot again.
I rented a uhaul from top city . They charged me after i got the u-haul then charged me again another 100$ and refused to refund me . Im currently disputing with my bank. But never do business with these THIEVES!
