Chris and his team strive to please. On the rare occasion they do not have an item we need they really try to find it for us. The staff are well trained and always seem to work together to assist their customers. Rarely have to wait to be served.

Was having an issue with my car battery, so stopped by here to pick up a new one. Customer service was great, and while they were unable to change the battery for me, they did have loaner tools so I could swap it out myself. They were very helpful and I was happy to shop here. Definitely will come back if I need anything else.

Great staff, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I do most of the work on our cars and it's been quite a while since I've gone anywhere else. Beyond the good people, and good selection of tools and such in the store, I've been very happy with the quality of the parts in general. I've found them to be better than what's purchased at some of the other chains.

Great place to get parts especially for an old 77 Chevy pickup. If they don't have it in stock it's usually there the next morning. Ron has been waiting on me for over 33 years and is the person I go to.
Always have quick amazing service. The machine shop guys are great in the back as well. Had my flywheel resurfaced and injectors cleaned all in one hour.
I can't say enough about the Napa in Dover, been going there since I was old enough to drive. Absolutely the best place to buy parts and enjoy yourself doing it. The workers are always friendly and very helpful. If u need it chances are they have it. Great place.
