Scheduled an appointment with them for today at 2:00pm. Not only did they not show, but I attempted to contact them via phone 4-5 times, left a voicemail, and also attempted to contact via their chat.
It's fine if an appointment is going to be later than originally scheduled. I totally understand that other appointments can easily run long. What I don't like is not being informed of this and not being able to get in touch with anyone at all to just figure out if I am still on their agenda for the day.
It's very unprofessional and disrespectful of peoples time to no-call, no-show, followed by being totally ghosted.
Edit: Added a star because they responded and owned up to the mistake. (Vs trying to bad mouth a negative review like far too many businesses tend to do) I appreciate the response.
While the rest of my review still stands, I think they should get credit where due and do not believe this to be their norm based on the response and other reviews.

Finding trustworthy, reliable service that is not overpriced is so often a frustrating challenge. That my experience with Rick Evans was completely the opposite is an understatement. When an electrical malfunction disabled my vehicle, and several local dealerships couldn't fit me in for days or referred me to other dealerships because they didn't have the necessary expertise needed, I found Evans Pitstop Mobile Service online. Reviews were good and seemed authentic, so I decided to take a chance, even as I dreaded the likelihood that bringing the service to my home would jack up the price. As it turned out, the electrical malfunction was difficult to diagnose and tricky to resolve, which never shook Rick's determination in finding the solution, which he did. Given the time he put into the job, my experience with auto service centers, and being retired and living on a fixed income, I was afraid to look at the final bill. Incredibly, it was hundreds less than what I anticipated. Add to that outstanding customer service. Both days, Rick arrived when he said he would arrive. He kept me apprised of his progress, and his demeanor was respectful and cordial throughout. A couple of days later, he actually called to make sure there weren't any further issues with the electrical system. Needless to say, I believe I have found a trustworthy, conscientious, reliable mechanic that doesn't overcharge, and wholeheartedly recommend Evans PitStop to anyone looking for the same.

Rick at Evans Pitt Stop is far an away the best mechanic I have ever hired. I am a 57 year old truck driver and know what I am talking about. He has replaced an ac compressor, brakes, oil change, tire rotation, tire stems and lug nuts. He found cracks in my tire stems from my previous mechanic who over tightened them and cracked them. He was replacing my brakes and found the problem and took care of it for just the parts because he felt bad that my other mechanic did that. He comes to your place and has everything to do whatever you requested. He is my forever Mexhanic now!!!! And he is technologically savvy!! Great guy, friendly but hard working. I will never go to anyone else. He has years and years of experience. One more thing, he beat every price. Hire this guy the next time you need anything.
After contacting Rick about an issue with my vehicle with the air conditioning system, he came out and tested the system and got it recharged and Blowing cold air again. Without going into details, I will tell you that he's a man of his word. Excellent service!

Arrived a little bit prior to the scheduled time, which is a good thing. The work was completed in a professional manner. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. The price was what was quoted and extremely fair. I will use the service in the future.

Needed battery changed in my Dodge Journey, battery is in driver's side fender. Didn't feel like going through the hassle so I messaged them and found the price to be reasonable and he was at my house in under an hour. Didn't take him to long to change it out. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely call them again.
Rick at Evans Pit Stop was amazing! I live in Tn and my Mother lives in De. She had car issues that the dealer could not address for close to 3 weeks! I called Rick, and he acted immediately. Exceptional operator. Rick was quick to respond to call out, carefully examined car for faults, clearly explained next steps and got us back up and running after first tow truck company (which is highly ranked in google search) failed to take the time to listen that jump start would likely not resolve problem. Ended up calling Evans Towing for second opinion because we needed to get problem fixed ASAP. Rick took the time to listen, provided thorough diagnosis and got the job done right. Wish I had contacted Evans Towing in the first instance. Would highly recommend Evans Towing to family and friends.
