I tried to place an order for delivery abroad. The amount was blocked for 6 days, but my order was never validated. I contacted them by email, but received evasive questions in response, ending with total silence. My funds were re-credited to my bank account. I would like to point out that I can no longer log in to my account, which was from 2019. This site should be forgotten forever.
During the rebuild of my 69 M151A1 I needed a lot of parts and utilized the services of TNJ Murray multiple times. John Murray is a stand-up guy who backs what he sells and will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. I appreciate his dedication to customer service and his business! Give them a call.
Order may 26 got it june 12 order test distributor the shaft is bent so bad it wobbles running in my mutt old one just has bad ignition module guess I strip it and fix my other one gasket set was laying scattered in the box took 5+ email and 3 phone calls after 2 weeks with out receiving anything to get answers where it was answered day they ship it ask 3 more times after that for tracking information never got it. I bought of eBay from them was not a bad deal but I never buy direct again with our some sort of protection basically got rip off good used distributor that good for parts only. Would not recommend ever use them again
Don't order from this guy. Lies lies lies, charged me and never sent the items, kept telling me it is on backorder but refused to give me a refund when I said I didn't need it. Talks a big game, but in the end, will take your money and good luck getting him to call you back.
Do not buy anything from this place. He overcharged me, he billed me twice, and also billed me for items that are backordered. I made several attempts to rectify the situation. He kept telling me he will take care of it, but he never did. I wasted so much of my time trying to get this resolved. I will NEVER recommend him to ANYONE. If you can't run a business in an ethical fashion, you should not be in business.
I do not recommend negotiating with John Murray, because he scams me. I ordered 3 items from their website (01) Boot Kit M151A2, (01) Hub, Clutch Carrier and (01) M151 STARTER ASSY (I never received this part, which is a heavy part) on October 31, 2023 Order# 000019398. He sent me my order partially by USPS USPS 94346112 06204898378760 where he charged me $46.53 as shipping costs by US Mail and what I received were the two small pieces that were sent with their box weighing 1.8 Lbs. The STARTER ASSY weighs much more and it is obvious that it was not included in the shipment. This can be proven with the USPS tracking which says that it weighed 1.8 Lbs. After calling him and insisting that I did not receive it, Mr. Murray finally agreed to send the STARTER ASSY "As a Favor." So he insisted that I have to pay the shipping cost of $50.00 again. I had NO other option but to agree to pay $50.00 AGAIN, which I paid to the PAY PAL account in the name of "Debora Murray" on December 11, 2023. As of today, January 03, 2024, I have not received the STARTER ASSY, not even a Tracking # and he no longer answers my calls and my Emails. Be careful with John Murray and his company, he can fool you like he fooled me.
I work for a freight forward company in Miami FL and one of our costumers ordered an M151 Starter Assembly, Boot Kit and a M151 Clutch Carrier Bearing. We only received two out of the three items back in November and when we reached out to John, he told us he was working on sending the missing item. He charged us shipping in order to send the item HE DID NOT SEND, and it is now January and we have been calling and it goes straight to voicemail. We spoke to Debora and she also said she is working on the order but have not heard anything back. We have been patient and kind for almost 2 months for our order. If you order from this company make sure nothing is missing and if it is, good luck trying to reach them and get your item back.
Stayed here for Firefly for a night camping in our car and parked our car for the day here. Aubrey is super kind! This was only a 200m walk from the festival gate. Best choice by far. They have rvs, tents, and parking spaces
The shipping cost of the order was never mentioned at the time of the purchase until my credit card was charged. The shipping was more than the a actual product!!!! A client should be made aware of the total cost of the purchase.. .very deceiving, specially since the shipping is based on wight which is not part of the item description int he website. Do your research before making a purchase in this website.. may not be worth it.
I have been a long-time customer of TNJ Murray. They helped me with a set of convoy light poles, several marker light brackets, data plates, air filter, reverse light brackets off an A3, and a bunch of other things that doesn't come to mind right away. They are a busy group, so you can't always get through on the phone. Everyone is really polite and professional when you do talk to someone. If you don't see something you need on their website, give them a call. Chances are they have parts trucks out in the yard they can find what you need.
