I can’t speak highly enough of the positive experience I had with RA & P Towing today. After a somewhat stressful morning spent trying to figure out how to get my disabled vehicle to a dealership while still trying to make a flight out of PHL on time, RA & P Towing provided me with a professional, fast, friendly, and superb customer service experience. After a short phone call, they were there for me so quickly. They worked with me completely over the phone to get my vehicle where I needed it to be and as an added bonus even sent me a confirmation text with a picture that my car had been safely delivered. I can’t thank them enough!
This company was extremely helpful in a time where I was very stressed after hitting a deer. They answered the phone when I called immediately and said ‘we’ll be there in 15 minutes’ when other towing places said it would take 6-24 hours. They let me know when they were on the way and were very fast and efficient, and even made sure I had a ride so I wasn’t on the side of the road alone. Wonderful towing company that can handle all sorts of different types of tows. Their truck is clean and professional. Bonus is that the family is bilingual so Spanish and English. Will use them again as they treated my truck as if it was theirs.
