I’m a college student that broke down two blocks away from my shop and had to continuously jump my car just to get it less than a mile. Luckily, I broke down right across from this tow shop and my guy Dayton was so kind to just come out and jump my car and follow me to the mechanic. Great Guy and great costumer service
Called Aki's after needing a tow in town to a mechanic shop. Got Dayton on the phone, and he took care of the rest. Honest, quick and safe. I hope I don't have to call them again, but I saved their contact in my phone just in case. Top Notch all the way around!
Got stuck at the end of my driveway on my way home from work while I was trying to get unstuck Dylan was passing by and asked if we needed help and sure enough he got my car moved what a guy!!
We had a blowout on the tire of our Tesla Model X and found Aki’s Allied service through Google. I texted them and got an immediate response. In less than an hour, our car was safely dropped off to get the tire changed. Super quick service and extremely polite throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Aki’s Allied!

Aki's towing gave me a price IN WRITING after I asked for it. I agreed. My vehicle was towed on a dolly as we agreed. I recommend this towing business. Btw: other local towing businesses REFUSED to give me a price in writing; be suspicious of a towing business that refuses because you might very well be charged " additional costs/fees" and they hold your vehicle hostage until you pay, this happened to me before. I RECOMMEND AKI's TOWING !!

Just the kind of customer service that I Love, kind, and respectful. told the gentleman what I needed He quoted me a price. We agreed on a time to meet at my vehicle. He was on time and I was charged a price I was quoted.
After my cars fuel pump went out, I was stranded in Dover, which is about an hour and a half away from home. I called 2 different towing agencies, who not only quoted me over $250 (distance to be towed was under 2 mi), but also said it was going to take over an hour and a half to get there.
I called Aki allied, which is an individually owned small business. His quote was more than half the price of the other companies, and he was there in about 20 minutes. Very professional, very respectful, and also very knowledgeable, giving me information about the area that I didn't know much about.
He even went over and beyond and hooked me up to help push my own business by introducing me to a new customer. I hope I don't get stranded again, but if I do, and I'm in his area, you know for a fact I'll be using him or referring him every single time.
Highly recommend! We live in Laurel, DE and had to have our car towed from Dover, DE. We had no idea who to call. Based on the ratings, we called Aki’s Allied. He said he would meet us in 15 minutes, but was there in 10! Gave us a fair price to have our car towed to Laurel. Awesome service, super quick delivery, polite, and efficient!! Would definitely call again if needed.
No one expects to be broke down and it’s usually at the most inconvenient times. Luckily Aki was there within 30 minutes and was by far the cheapest place around! They even let me ride to shop because I was over 30 minutes from home. Would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs!!

My insurance roadside service was going to take 1.5 to 2.5 hrs to show up to tow my car (a tow wasn't needed). I called Aki, who was able to arrive in 20 minutes and jump started my car in a matter of minutes. Very professional, very personable and 1000% highly recommended!!
I had an amazing experience with this place. So flexible with our situation and even helped us AFTER hours, when he could have chose not too. Communication was fantastic and the service time was not long at all. They really helped me and my boyfriend out, so 10/10 would recomend.

They towed my car with no problem at a very reasonable price, and they informed me how to go about it with my insurance. Wonderful company and would happily call again if ever in need!
On my way to Middletown Nd I get a flat tire I call my Aki’s Allied LLC… cuz he’s a beast nd despite him just dropping a car in Dover, having to stop at home nd get fuel; he still gets to me in Middletown in 40 minutes!! Don’t play wit em!! He’s really like that!!

Dayton definitely is experienced and cares not only about what he does but who he does it for, his customers. Man let me tell you… this guy made it happen for me. I had 3 different tow companies Mid-Atlantic, Wicked Wrenches, and the third I don’t know unable to tow my BMW. This was throughout the day. I called him he had it at the BMW dealer within 45 minutes. He was very professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Very pleased with the service and I highly recommend him.
This towing service has honestly been the best I’ve dealt with around the Dover/Camden area. He was much faster than usual tows are and very professional. He delivers proficiently and he seems to be a friendly person. I really appreciate the fact that my pockets aren’t completely empty after asking for service.
