Aki's towing gave me a price IN WRITING after I asked for it. I agreed. My vehicle was towed on a dolly as we agreed. I recommend this towing business. Btw: other local towing businesses REFUSED to give me a price in writing; be suspicious of a towing business that refuses because you might very well be charged " additional costs/fees" and they hold your vehicle hostage until you pay, this happened to me before. I RECOMMEND AKI's TOWING !!

Money hungry! Quoted me a price over the phone but when I went 2 pick up my vehicle which was only 10 mins later was quoted a more expensive price!!! Not recommended!!!
After my cars fuel pump went out, I was stranded in Dover, which is about an hour and a half away from home. I called 2 different towing agencies, who not only quoted me over $250 (distance to be towed was under 2 mi), but also said it was going to take over an hour and a half to get there.
I called Aki allied, which is an individually owned small business. His quote was more than half the price of the other companies, and he was there in about 20 minutes. Very professional, very respectful, and also very knowledgeable, giving me information about the area that I didn't know much about.
He even went over and beyond and hooked me up to help push my own business by introducing me to a new customer. I hope I don't get stranded again, but if I do, and I'm in his area, you know for a fact I'll be using him or referring him every single time.
Highly recommend! We live in Laurel, DE and had to have our car towed from Dover, DE. We had no idea who to call. Based on the ratings, we called Aki’s Allied. He said he would meet us in 15 minutes, but was there in 10! Gave us a fair price to have our car towed to Laurel. Awesome service, super quick delivery, polite, and efficient!! Would definitely call again if needed.
No one expects to be broke down and it’s usually at the most inconvenient times. Luckily Aki was there within 30 minutes and was by far the cheapest place around! They even let me ride to shop because I was over 30 minutes from home. Would highly recommend them for any of your towing needs!!

My insurance roadside service was going to take 1.5 to 2.5 hrs to show up to tow my car (a tow wasn't needed). I called Aki, who was able to arrive in 20 minutes and jump started my car in a matter of minutes. Very professional, very personable and 1000% highly recommended!!
I had an amazing experience with this place. So flexible with our situation and even helped us AFTER hours, when he could have chose not too. Communication was fantastic and the service time was not long at all. They really helped me and my boyfriend out, so 10/10 would recomend.

I called Aki and he was able to help me out! He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I was afraid that I was going to be stuck on the side of the road but Aki saved me. He was fast too. It only took about 20 minutes for him to arrive (which he did tell me when I called) and in about 2 minutes after he arrived we were on the way to the mechanic. Awesome service I highly recommend!!
Was in a jam and they responded instantly and told him the situation and wait time was great. Not long at all for a tow company considering everyone wants to call and have tow companies show up in 5 mins. Very professional and easy to talk to. Took my truck(2016 f150 crew cab 6ft bed). To the mechanic and called me when he arrived. A+++ service highly recommend!
Dayton definitely goes the extra mile to help his customers. Very fair prices too, I’ve dealt with a lot of tow companies and usually customer service is not a priority. Totally different if you go here, Highly recommended!!!

They towed my car with no problem at a very reasonable price, and they informed me how to go about it with my insurance. Wonderful company and would happily call again if ever in need!

Man let me tell you… this guy made it happen for me. I had 3 different tow companies Mid-Atlantic, Wicked Wrenches, and the third I don’t know unable to tow my BMW. This was throughout the day. I called him he had it at the BMW dealer within 45 minutes. He was very professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Very pleased with the service and I highly recommend him.
This towing service has honestly been the best I’ve dealt with around the Dover/Camden area. He was much faster than usual tows are and very professional. He delivers proficiently and he seems to be a friendly person. I really appreciate the fact that my pockets aren’t completely empty after asking for service. I’m definitely bookmarking this company for whenever I need a tow!
