I went there for the first time and they fixed a alternator pulley issue but not the belt sqeeling issue. I asked the mechanic when I went there what the issue was for the sqeeling he said the belt tensioner, I brought it back for the second time for them to do the belt tensioner, they replaced it and nothing changed, I asked for a refund on the issue and they said they cant do anything about it despite not being able to fix the issue, they offered a diagnostic but i dont see a point if they were not able to fix it the first 2 times how could they have been able to the 3rd. They were nice and professional, but not able to properly do the work. 400$ down the drain.

New engine. Purrs like a kitten. Very friendly staff. Helpful and easygoing. You’ll drop off your Honda and leave with a Lamborghini. 11/10

Have been taking my car there for 3 years since we moved to Putnam. These guys are lways very quick, honest, and with a fair price.

I had a fantastic experience with this shop. They were completely honest with their pricing and took the time to walk me through every repair and recommendation so I always knew exactly what was going on. The quick turnaround was a huge relief, and I genuinely feel safer driving my car now. On top of that, everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Went here because my car was making popping noises when driving and my heat smelled like gas almost. They found it was my tie rod making the noise and that my blower motor needed cleaning and a new cabin air filter. They called me and asked if I would also like my exhaust repaired since I’ve been there before and have had this exhaust problem for a while now. I informed them I work the next day so I would need my car. They called me back and were able to get it done for me that day! Best shop I’ve been to and will continue going to them. My car drives like it’s brand new again and finally feels safe for me and my family thanks to the wonderful mechanics here. I thought I’d be paying a fortune to have my exhaust repaired but they did it for me cheap! Amazing place and I definitely recommend having them work on your vehicles

My experience here was great! The guys explained everything to me in a way I could understand as I’m not very car savvy. They were warm, funny, friendly and did amazing work on my car. The price was reasonable and I will definitely be back for all my maintenance needs! I highly recommend them!

Bought a car at BMS which is the same owner as this place. Check engine light was on when I drove car off lot. Brought to their shop killingly auto repair. Had a tail light out and an oil leak which was supposedly inspected before sale 🤔 Took 8 hours to fix the problem. Picked up car and check engine light is on again? Transmission service light is on blinking. Service delinquent for 409 days. Again sold me the car like this. I was told to bring it back in and would have to pay for service. I have only had the car less than 30 days. I was told they don't cover maintenance issues on the 60 day 3000 mile warranty but they sold me the car like this. Took car back to shop to be fixed on my dime. 1st day dropped off car at 8:00 am came back at 430 pm and was told we never got to it. Waisted a hole day for nothing. Rescheduled for another day and was told I would be first in line. Dropped off car 800 am came back at 100 pm and told same shit by the owner who was rude with a tough guy attitude that they never got to it. Shitty service all the way around. Took the car elsewhere and was done within 4 hours

Called in, had a great conversation with the service writer. Got on the schedule. They were straight forward with their pricing and reached out when the bill had to go up a little for some extra needed parts. Problem fixed and I’m a happy customer.

My boyfriends car needed repair. Ee looked on Google and decoded on Killingly Service Center and wasn't disappointed. They got him in, quoted him a price, and actually charged what the quote was. Unheard of anymore. Most mechanics always seem to find other issues. Theu made a customer for life!

Joe at Killingly Service is a MASTER mechanic and an incredible human being. I was stranded with my 2007 Volvo S80 after two other mechanics failed to figure out the problem. Joe came out after hours—while he was out with his family—just to diagnose the issue. That alone says everything about his dedication. He told me, “The shop’s closed Sunday, but I work weekends anyway. Bring it in.” He spent the entire Sunday working on my car. Even when a bad part set us back, Joe kept at it, calling around all over Connecticut to get what we needed. He told me, “I know this car can run,” and he was right. he said, “Let me try one more thing,” and boom—the car started right up. He also caught a small issue and fixed it right away. Joe and his family treated me like one of their own. He is honest, skilled, and passionate about what he does. I will bring all my vehicles to him from now on, and I highly recommend his shop for repairs or even buying a used car. Joe makes sure everything is safe, roadworthy, and done right. Thank you, Joe! You’re one of a kind.

I would highly recommend coming here for any car services you need. The customer service here is amazing and they take very good care of their customers. They’re fast, efficient and very honest people.

I haven't had a very good experience here, I get blown off constantly. I leave voice-mail after voice mail with no return calls. They had my car from February to April 1st and didn't fix any of the 3 problems I had. Here I am in almost June and they just went 3 days not answering my voice-mails again. I'm currently scheduled to hopefully get these problems fixed tomorrow.

It’s literally like having a trusted mechanic in the family with top notch customer service! I can’t say enough positive things about my experiences at Killingly Service Center! They take care of me every time and everyone there goes above and beyond to make me feel great about bringing my family vehicles there. My wife and I have 9 children so when our van needs repairs or maintenance there really is nowhere else we consider. Their #1 priority is making your vehicle safe and reliable. The mechanics are experienced experts that will diagnose the vehicle and help you understand what is going on and point out any future issues to look out for. Very fast results, usually fixed the same day as the appointment. Their prices are well below all the other repair centers I’ve tried in the past but what’s better than that is the work that is done is honest and professional.

They did an excellent job fixing my car. Crystal was amazing! She brought my in and had it fixed the same day! She was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable! The service center is very lucky to have her!

I had my exhaust hanging by one strap when I called them. They were kind enough to one out to my job and pick up my car to work on it. I was expecting to have to make an appointment and wait. They came out that morning! The work was done quickly, and my car is amazingly quiet now. The price was reasonable and the people friendly, polite, and competent. I will definitely be calling them back!

Great experience! My brakes went on a Saturday morning, and after calling the few places that were open and being told to call back on Tuesday I stumbled upon Full Speed Garage. Not only did they fit me in on a Saturday, they did the best they could to get my car done by Monday afternoon (they even tried for sooner) and then when I didn’t have a ride, they picked me up. I’m so happy I found somewhere nearby that is professional, and seems to go above and beyond. I’ll definitely be bringing my cars here from now on!

Absolutely amazing. Never had a car shop I completely trusted but these guys are amazing. Fixed my car several times after buying a lemon from a different dealership, Joe always tries to find the best prices for me that won’t destroy my soul to hear. Always go above and beyond for the customers. Won’t be going anywhere else!

I cannot even begin to say what an excellent experience this was. We had my daughter’s car towed here for a check engine problem. It was not an easy fix but they went above and beyond to make sure the car was fixed and we were satisfied. It has been a long time since we have had a garage we can trust and I am so thankful for Full Speed!!! I recommend them 100%!

I had an incredible experience with Full Speed Garage. They were very professional they had great customer service by far the best Automotive car Intel. Joe, Carlos, Rogelio, and Jaime did an incredible job. I give a 5 star rating because I'm in customer service myself and these guys are very honest I came for one thing and they fix that 1 thing there not like other garage's that you go for a certain aspect and they find more things to the car that what you originally went for. I can't say enough about the amazing guys at this garage. Joe and Carlos are incredible! My car died, luckily right in front of their garage. Without my having to ask them, they came out and pushed my car in to their parking lot, mainly to help get my car out of the road. They quickly diagnosed what the problem was and gave me an estimate. I live a couple miles down the street from the garage, and not only did Carlos drive me home, but Joe came and picked me up to drive me back to my car when it was finished. They had to wait for the part to come in, but when it did, they had my car back to good in only 3 hours! My partner has also had some work done by Full Speed, we are both extremely happy with the amazing service. I would recommend this garage to anyone! Great job, guys!
