Brought my Dodge Durango in for some minor body work after tapping a deer. Needed a new grill and a small dent in the hood repaired. Just picked it up and they not only did an incredible job but they also had my vehicle washed and waxed but also washed the rims and dressed the tires as well as vacuumed the inside. Would definitely recommend Chris.
Chris was personally recommended to me. I have to admit I was a little leery at first, because there is no big sign out front. I have a Kia EV6 and it has a low bumper that decided to scuffle with a local curb and lost. Parts take some time to get, but Chris ordered them and kept me updated on delivery. We scheduled this past Monday and I picked it up Thursday morning. It looks brand new and came back clean inside and out. He also noticed that I needed new windshield wipers and took care of that for me as well. His price was competitive. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend Chris Automotive.
My recommendation is to avoid this place at all costs - very unprofessional shop and business. Brought a truck in for a bodywork estimate, they took pictures, vin # etc. but will not get back to me with an estimate. Unless you are looking for frame repair, take your vehicle elsewhere - Olenders in Columbia took the job and did excellent work.
Was referred to Chris by my own mechanic shop for body work after they accidentally backed a trailer into my car. He did an excellent job matching the 40 year old paint while repairing the damage. Took my daughter’s car there later that fall after someone backed into her fairly new car taking out the rear driver’s side door. Chris came right out, did an estimate and ordered the needed parts. He was honest and went above and beyond with helping my daughter navigate through her first insurance company dealing. Picked up the car when it was done and not only was the damage beautifully fixed but the entire car was washed and vacuumed! The car looked brand new. I highly recommended Chris!!
