Thought I'd try to go back to reg autoparts stores but I'll stick to online. Called to just speak to Mike the manager as told yesterday and received a childish barade about why I wanted to speak with him and about what and then after I asked if he was Mike got silence and an attitude like I was supposed to know who he was . Instead of just saying he was Mike and asking how he could help. Eventhough the computer was wrong and was sold the wrong part after told it was an oem match. Was sold a flywheel to my surprise after install was a few teeth short and not even available on my car as oem. So now unfortunately I'm stuck with a 130 Dollar unusable paperweight. Last time I step foot in a NAPA👍Thank you amazon for selling me the same manufacturer for half the price 🤣 Lesson learned
Great group of guys at this location. I’ve been coming here for years and I always leave with the correct part at a great price. Brooklyn Napa makes fixing your car that much easier.
Knowledgeable friendly staff and very fair pricing. On items like brake pads I can get a mid grade OE style part at NAPA for the same price other stores in town are selling economy junk parts.
I have never been disappointed when dealing with these fine purveyors of car parts. I may be biased, as I once worked with them, but I've been dealing with this NAPA since before I could see over the counter. The collective years of knowledge behind that counter is a resource I often use when I can't find an answer anywhere else and I have yet to be left without a resolution. Whether you know what you need, are trying to build a Frankenstein mashup between a Dodge Neon and a Hyabusa, or have no idea why your car won't start, this team won't leave you with nothing. Ask for Don or Mike.
Closed early...Door was already locked and lights were out before 6 pm. I customer might need an emergency part at 5:58 pm, so you following your posted hours is important.
Had wipers replaced rainy day mine ripped called ready when I got there gentleman was more than happy to help me put them on great place great service always had great service there great job guys

Went in to ask a simple question and the reply from the guy behind the counter was distinctly snooty and punkish. Perhaps all the other employees are decent and professional, but this experience put me off this place FOREVER. There are two other auto supply store very nearby, so that's where I'm going from now on. Good work dude.
The older man behind the counter was not very helpful or happy. His services to me was rude and uncalled for. That was the third time he's done that to me. Never going back! !
It's nice to walk in and get service from people that know the business. They can help you with anything automotive, and will get you up and running again. No question or problem too small or trivial. Professional in every sense of the word.
