I used to like to come to this place because it was a lot better than everything around but lately they got one person working and on top of that they don’t know what the hell they’re doing no matter what you’re looking for. They’re never find it got to hire some more people. I know you guys hiring, but at least hire people that know what they’re doing. Come on.

John went above and beyond to help us tonight! He made sure we left happy customers. We will be sure to return to this location for anything we may need in the future.

Jacob helped me find the correct size and fitting windshield wiper for my Subaru after I got in my car to head into work during a rain storm when I realized the rain storm broke it.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Got me right to what I needed.

I needed an early morning emergency replacement part. Took my chances driving to the Brooklyn store that has right on the doors opens at 7:30 AM this was Friday, locked up tight at 7:45 not a soul around. Frustrating!

The young employee John cashed me out quickly and was very professional

Great place, I get all my stuff here. Ask for the manager if you need any help, he can answer any questions & gives great advice that saves you a bunch of time an money.

I went for wipers today and a young man named Hunter helped me, he was the sweetest, most respectful guy. I appreciated his kindness, knowledge, and he guided me on which wipers I needed and then he went and put them on my car. While he put them on he patiently explained and showed me how to do it. I am so thankful for his help!

John Tatsey, worse customer service ever. Every time i go in there always has an attitude, and snarky comebacks. To whatever i need to say or I need help with. Also gave me the wrong part to my car, and never gave me my receipt? What is going on with this work place guys. need a new employee asap. Lost a good customer!

Hunter helped get a battery in for my 2014 Honda accord great sales person helped my dad and I pick out a reliable battery and then even put it in put a smile on my face how he talked about cars with my dad overall one of my best experiences with an auto store and I will now be going to auto zone for all my needs and I’ll let my friends know this is the place to come your welcomed and treated with great respect.

Jasmine the manager is amazing! She is very helpful, knowledgeable, very kind, professional, and a hard worker! She answers all of my questions and gets me out fast! She is great!

These guys are great. They're always polite, always helpful, and have never made me or my oldest son feel like they didn't want our patronage.

Anthony, the young customer service guy was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, conscientious. It won't be long before he is regional manager. Seriously, he's that good And the experience was 10 star.

I give them two stars because, they usually have the cheapest prices. But the workers I believe get hired with no experience, witch is not something you wanna deal with.

Bert, the store manager helped me with a messed up order from the online store. His customer service is exemplary. He should be commended for his quality service and is an example of how customer service at parts stores should be. Thank you Bert.

Bert was a huge help. He answered all my questions with such kindness and helped change my wipers with no issue. Made my experience great.

Kaye the Manager is exceptional and not appreciated enough by Management. A lot of the workers lack knowledge and Kaye is able to make the business work and do the work of 3 workers, while also being the glue the holds the store and workers together. Corporate does not appreciate her enough, as she should be a regional manager. In the response the manager mentions their "fantastic crew". Unfortunately this response shows that management does not get it. I have waited for 10 minutes to get an answer about oil or transmission fluid for my vehicle. In these cases and others, I googled the information myself as they bumbled and fumbled incompetently. Kaye has helped make the largely incompetent and untrained crew competent in many cases. Without her the crew would be almost all incompetents and because of her about half are borderline competent as she helps make up for countless worker short comings. Good luck to Autozone with management overstating crew and not recognizing or acknowledging the stars that hold it together.

Friendly and helpful staff. Especially the manager Kay. She knows what customer service means and goes above and beyond to help. Best experience I've had in a while. Light years better than the customer service I got at advanced.

Not sure why this trip had to be my worst experience so far. Picked up wipers and some carwash stuff and the guy checking out my items ruined the trip. First asking if I’m only going to get the 4 items I had and rolling his eyes when I said yeah. But the kicker was him scoffing and saying “well I hope those are worth 100 something dollars” about the wipers (which are only $60 but thats not the point). I don’t need an opinion of whether I got a good deal or not after I check out; if you have advice I’m all ears, but that was condescending and would have been easier to just say nothing…

Everyone here was so willing and eager to help me when I had questions about my car. Multiple staff members answered my questions in depth and went above and beyond to help me and give me as much information as possible. I highly recommend :)

Bert and Kay are the best, not only did they help me figure out my whole car after if broke down in their parking lot, they proceeded to diagnose it and hooked me up with a few deals of their own, thank you a million guys I owe y’all one

I received excellent service from Steve at the Brooklyn store (#3482) today. My rear lift support bar on my Jeep's back window needed replacing, and Steve went the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed and where it needed to be. Thank you for taking the time, even when some of the parts on the Jeep were being troublesome!

Went there today after calling other part stores. Store number 3482, & was early greeted by Joe. Exceptional service. Also went to buy multiple products and was directed towards better bang for my buck. Def will make this my go to store for this Rudy buckets future upgrades and repairs.

Just wanted to take a moment to commend your Brooklyn, CT store. Store number 3482. I went there because I suspected I had a failing battery. An associate named Thap assisted me. Ask if he could test my battery and he said sure. Upon testing it, it was determined that I did indeed had a failing battery with a bad cell. Thap retrieved a new one for me and asked if I would like it installed. I had not idea Autozone could do this for me. I asked him how much and I was told complimentary. I was truly excited and Thap proceeded to do the installation. What a great service along with a very valuable employee you have. There are 2 other auto part stores in my home town, but I will always choose your store based on my wonderful experience. Thank you Thap and Autozone.

All I bought was a Quart of oil for my husbands truck. I asked if they could put it in because I can't reach the fill spout without a step stool. The person at the counter was more than willing and did so. He even wiped any that spilled.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. I'm not in there on a regular basis, but one associate in particular, Jose, remembers the make and model of my Jeep every time I go in. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel very welcome and relaxed, no matter how "small" your question may seem. I recommend this Auto Zone to ALL my friends!!

I had to get brake parts for my truck and they had everything I needed. The two guys I worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful in their advice. I knew they were closing soon but called ahead to let them know I needed to come after closing for more parts and they stayed open the extra 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place!
