Thank you to all of the crew at Sullivan Tire. Big shout out to Alex who really went above and beyond! Thank you Joe for teaching your crew well LMAO Y'all are hilarious and have a great vibe in the shop, even though it was extremely cold! They addressed all of our tire needs and fixed a light on our trailer, they got us right in when we got there and had us back on the road very quickly! You guys did amazing and we will definitely be back when we need anything else!
Came in on Monday 11/24 @3pm while all the other shops and truck stops around the area are busy. Had a flat tire and they took care of me very well and all of the employee are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place to truckers.
They treat you like family here! I drove to Sullivan Tire last Friday afternoon with a near flat tire. I arrived 25 minutes before they closed and was greeted with smiles and reassurance. They took my car right into their garage and were able to quickly find a nail and patch my tire. When they went to take my car out of their garage, it would not start. My battery had died! Joe, the manager, took such great care and was able to have a battery delivered from NAPA. He replaced the battery for me and had me on my way 1 hour and 15 minutes AFTER their close time AND on Valentine's Day with his family waiting for him at home! He did not want to see me inconvenienced for the weekend. I was blown away by his kindness! Thanks again, Joe!

I had a costumer that need a 215/75/17.5R heavy duty tire and i call sullivan and they have the tire in stock and they help me rigth away to have the costumer back on the road....

Quick service, friendly staff in ellington and South windsor. Prices all seem fair. I have bought tires for gator up to big loader tires and every truck size tire in between. They don't advertise discount tires, they are just honest pricing and top notch service

Called them up early saying I had a broken rim. Told me to come in, less then 45min later I was back on the road with a new rim and not feeling like my wallet got punched. Good work, good prices.

Needed a tire and called TA, 6 hour wait. Found this place. Easy to get into, within 5 minutes of pulling in already had the tire off and replacing it. Fast and friendly. Highly recommended.
Found this shop online on our way back from Massachusetts. Gave them a call to see if they had our size trailer tire an sure enough they did. Seconds after pulling in they were straight to changing out the tire and gave us a great deal, if we lived around here this is the place we would get all our tires from. Simply the best!
Sullivan's is very easy to get to with a loaded trailer, extra big lot an large sign on left side of road so you can't get lost. Come here they'll treat you good an get ya moving making that money.

Excellent service. They helped us out in a jam on the side of the road. Service was excellent, price was very good especially as emergency road side assistance and there where no catches or hidden fees. The gentleman who came out was very professional and got the job done quickly. Thank you
They're located in Ellington and even though it's a commercial branch, they still serve the public in a retail capacity... Most people don't know that!!!
