I recently had to get a battery for a 2003 Audi and had trouble finding one as it was a specialty battery. I should have called Napa first, as Eric, the person helping me, was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful! He went above and beyond for my wife, helping her solve the battery issue. As a local retailer (Ace Hardware) I appreciate the service we received from another local, family owned business! Thank you Eric!

Helpful and willing. They had the whole unit which they were more than willing to put aside and hold. Price was slightly more. Turns out we got around it by repairing our issue. Called and thanked them for time and willingness to help.
Let me start off by saying these guys went above and beyond to help me out. I'm an out of start truck driver who had broken down just a few miles from them. I had called the store up and they had the part I needed to get me going but I was lacking the tools to fix it myself. They told me to come in and I could use whatever I needed to get fixed up. I get to the store and the parts are already pulled. The owner takes me in the back and gives me a quick tour of his business and the extensive inventory he had. I cant imagine calling them up and them not having what is needed. I grab up the tools I needed and proceeded to fix my tractor. If youre looking for parts and great service these guys are it!!! Hopefully I will never need them again but if I do I know they'll be there to help!!! Thank you so much to Tom and Erick...
Anybody who knows knows all parts are not created equal. Napa parts are better than fuzzy dice stores. Not only do they have the parts for my trucks and cars but my tractors, mowers, skidsteer and numerous other pieces of equipment. Go try to get those parts down at the fuzzy dice stores in New London. You can't. Like gram always said buy the best and you won't be disappointed.
Terrible experience. Ordered and paid for the part online and went to the store well after I received the pickup email. The store could not have been more confused by their own computer system and told me I had to call corporate because they couldn't figure it out. When asked for the number, they couldn't even provide it.
Would not take part back because we didn't buy from his store. Other store had power failure and could not service us. Unhappy experience would not go back.
Very helpful! They were able to give me a lot more information about the problem I had with my car than the prior place I had tried. I really appreciated their help and will certainly be returning in the future
I have been a Napa Waterford guy since I was a kid! My dad as well as most good wrenches know good parts and better parts people are the key to keeping your vehicles/machinery in tip top shape! I like Napa so much I made a career there! Your locally owned and operated parts store!
It's all right...which in this day and age is not a good thing. There are other options for auto parts and they did not go out of their way to take care of me.
Great customer service! Call first, if you go in that's fine also the customer service is fantastic if they don't have it they'll find it the order it ship it to the closest NAPA store near you or deliver
