We purchased a vehicle from Ritchie Bros. The vehicle was misrepresented by the seller to RB in a way that wasn't easily detectable. When I presented the issue, RB's team assisted and took the vehicle back. I appreciate the professionalism and fast return of my funds.....
I recently had a minor issue with a purchase through Ritchie Bros., and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally it was handled. The Operations Manager personally followed up and resolved everything promptly — even though my order was relatively small compared to the scale of their business. That kind of attention to detail and customer service really stood out.
What a terrible company. This place is nothing but a scam with a ton of added fees at the end of your auction. I bought two KJ garages that were supposed to be brand new. Opened the box to assemble and half way through assembly I’m missing panels. RB offers no help what so ever then try’s to pawn it off on the company out in china that’s also no help. I would never recommend purchasing anything from this place. STAY FAR AWAY. JUNK!!
Wish I could give 0 stars. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an auction house. They literally just throw your items in the trailer like they are trash. Not a care in the world if it takes you an extra 2 hours to tie down just because they throw your stuff on there with no second thought. Was insane, plus I had an appointment and was still forced to wait until "they were ready" when I was the only person picking up at the time. Only nice person was the lady at the desk. Everyone else acted like they don't even want to be there.

❌🚫🚨Very rude 😞 unprofessional people, i came to deliver Walmart trailer, the started screaming at me when i first got in, then the yard guy came with a bad attitude, then they request to drop the trailer by the gate, an old guy came from nowhere screaming at me why did i drop by the gate, worst facility i ever been to, i wish the manager of the facility see my comment and deal with small minded guys in front office to the guys in the yard, unbelievable. Hey semi truck drivers be aware of delivering to this place
Buyer beware. Bought a hammer which I thought was brand new, listed as brand new. Got it home, assembled it and it didn’t work. Turned out that the inside was all rusted out. The person behind the counter was nice to take your money but the yard people are rude and unfriendly all the time. The guy that loads your item always degrades your vehicle like you’re supposed to come in there with a brand new f550 to pick up vacuums or any small items.
So fare the lady's in side are plight and lady's out at gate are plight.
Park in staging area at 8:10 walk up go in the office get your buys paper walk then to gate .
The rudest people that I have ever had to deal with in my life. They will pry into every aspect of your life to extract as much resaleable information as possible with no security policy, no digital security, and no data safety or integrity. A perfect example of arrogance, complacency, and disregard for the American people.
We have been doing business with Ritchie Bros for many years. Primarily in the North Franklin location. Mark, Diane, Brenda, Rebecca and Fallon have all helped us many times over. Honestly, The entire staff is helpful. When we go down to pick up our trucks and equipment it feels like we are truly visiting friends. You couldn't ask for better loading assistance out in the yard. Quinn and Dave are not only great guys but are also very skilled at what they do.

Beware with these scammers. Very bad customer support. Purchased a truck that had ironclad assurance. Come to find out the truck had issues that weren’t mentioned in the report . Dispute team is no help
Wouldnt load, Wouldnt let my driver see if the car starts or not for self loading. Proceeded hand out the driver a sheet with with shady Northeast towing phone number. Wouldnt explain why.
very disappointed thus far. won a bid via govplanet on a truck in early January. had to wire the funds right away, only to have to wait until 4/1/21 for a EUC approval.
Now that I have an EUC approval I chose VeriTread to help me get it to my shop. I chose the most attractive quote and the vendor has taken its time and now i am paying 25 dollars per day until they can figure something out. Ive been in limbo wondering what to do.
The products look really cool however you must consider the post sale work that is involved.... BEWare.
If you plan on using Ritchie Bros to finance your purchase use caution. They will run your credit multiple times and send your application to a dozen lenders for a approval. They will then rerun your credit again. They work with some shady lenders. Again use caution
T-Law from the Dj booth in Newent Connecticut says, I've purchased equipment there an assortment of tools That and I have no complaints at all. I have been going to that auction for many of Years.
