Amazing. Super friendly and helpful and they weren't judgemental about me being clueless about everything.

2nd shift sales clerk was crazy helpful, honest, and no BS pressure. Needed to complete a return for headlight lamps since I got the wrong ones, and was professional and understanding. 10/10 and recommend for promotion.

I went to O'Reilly auto parts to get help with an alternator for one of our company vehicles Victor the manager of the auto parts store was more than helpful and even assisted to take parts off of the existing alternator that had to go onto the new one He has a really great attitude and definitely has a can-do attitude! I would definitely recommend them to other people needing services or parts for their vehicles. Thanks Victor

Victor and his team went out of their way to help me when my car battery needed replacing. Seriously awesome staff with an incredible sense of humor.

I highly recommend this location and business. Customer service was exceptional! I went in early and needed a new battery and Victor was very kind and helpful. He could tell I was having difficulties and offered his help and installed it for me! I couldn’t thank him enough. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful made the entire experience less stressful.

I visited the store today and received Outstanding Customer Service and the manager, Victor assisted me because the volume inside was low, slow and everyone there had a positive attitude!!! I would recommend others doing business there because lately friendliness and a smile seems like digging for gold. There is things happening in the world and a little deed that’s positive again that’s positive like a smile and thank you shouldn’t be like climbing Mount So O’reilly’s Terrific Job and thank you Victor.! The people who work here do not care about their jobs, and are extremely rude. Was in here twice today and instead of helping us buy the part we needed, they were watching YouTube. We came back later to return the part because it was opened and missing pieces and when I asked if they could call Grotons store before we drove all the way there, the associate looked at me as if I called his mother fat or something. Like God forbid you do a single thing in your completely empty store. Actually insane.

I purchased spray paint for my truck online and picked it up at O'Reilly's in New London. The staff was very nice, and my purchase was ready on time. However, after following the instructions to the letter it was clear that the sprayer part was malfunctioning. That ruined the area on the truck that was getting painted. I called O'Reilly's and explained the situation. They told me to bring it in, and I could exchange it. But when I arrived at O'Reilly's to exchange the defective paint I assume it was the manager , said unless I did not use it I could not exchange it!?? Faulty sprayer. Why could I not return that especially after I called and was told I could? Waste of time and good energy.

The staff here is very helpful when you need to find a better solution to your car or boat's needs. I usually know just what I need when I go in here, but just last week I needed to solve a problem with my boat's charging system and they went above and beyond to help. This is a nice change from what you might expect at a parts store.

Absolutely Nicest Sales person Angel. Very reasonably priced Battery for V8 motor. Installation free. Couldn't have been more pleased with The Customer service received. Checked prices online & they beat competitors by a lot. This Salesman has earned my business going forward. Good Man, knowledgeable, no up sales tactics. BEST SERVICE EVER! The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. I visited to replace one of my front lights, and they not only found the piece but also replaced it. PLUS, they helped me opening my door when I accidentally left the key inside. I truly appreciate their support in that moment! Merry Christmas and happy new years GUYS!!!!!

By far the best experience I have ever had at an auto shop. Came in with a bad flat and an angel came to help me plug the tire and change out to the spare. Thanks Angel, highly recommended!

Rolled in during a family trip nearly cut short by a malfunctioning minivan. Angel took one look and personally sorted out the issue. That guy is THE MAN. He literally saved our family vacation. Additional help from a few other employees there told me that this place is packed with knowledgeable staff with a helpful attitude rarely seen in this day and age. Great experience oreillys new london Joseph helped me order and install wipers for my antique car. Since had to be special ordered when I returned it was raining - not fun to install wipers on a rainy day. Good service and helpful staff Thank You

Called around for prices on an oil pan and gasket, I usually go to autozone but that guy was so rude I walked out. Called O’reillys and got amazing customer service! He not only gave me quotes but made suggestions and I think I found a new auto parts store! Amazing customer service and friendly staff!!

Andrew was extremely helpful, explained everything thoroughly in language I could understand, and was VERY polite. Busy time of day and he still managed to give me great service. I will definitely use this store again!

Andrew who is supposed the assistant store manager claimed that we needed to leave the parking lot because our car was "leaking oil" when our car wasn't even leaking, and it was the car in the spot before us. Andrew clearly discriminated against us because of our age and claimed that it was our fault there was fluid in the parking lot when the fluid was clearly there before we got there. There were other people in the parking lot working on their car, but apparently just because we are young, we aren't allowed to? We were harrased and cussed at by Andrew and received the worst customer service of our lives. Never go here. Terrible service.

Great and friendly employees are highly knowledgeable in auto care. Rick went out of his way to assist me in finding the right car battery and equipment when I found myself stranded in New London on a Friday afternoon with no hopes of making it back home. I cannot find the words to thank him enough for all he did for me. If I ever find myself in the New London again and need car parts or tools I'll definitely be stopping in here

These 3 staff members go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need every single time!

I have used all of the local parts stores in the NL area, and always find myself purchasing here. Clean, well stocked store with employees willing to do whatever it takes to get what you need. Service is great, no incredible wait times like Ive had all too frequently at other stores. If not in stock, usually it will be delivered the next day, 2 at the most from my experiences. I work on many vehicles, friends and family come to me for auto repairs and OReilly's always beats the competition in availability and price.

I don’t always review auto parts stores, but when I do it’s because they have great service. Came in town during a trip and was able to order the part I needed, over the phone, in the morning and pick it up in afternoon. The process was smooth and all the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. Most importantly they were patient with me as I needed to purchase additional items for my 4Runner.

Best place in the area for misc automotive needs. I'm already in the industry selling parts, I come here for what my company doesn't carry or what I need right away. I've been going there since right after they opened, much better than the existing places around! Their specials & rebates are front & center, they don't mind helping with sale items to get you the best deal. They also get to know their regulars a bit, I have a great sarcastic rapport with some of them. Some prices are higher than other stores, but I'm typically ok with that because when I leave there I feel confident about them & don't feel like I want to sue for those last sore moments of my life back. Since others are mentioning who they dealt with, I'll say Michael is my favorite. He's helpful, but goofy too. Just awesome to deal with. Great job, guys! I'm happy the company expanded into this area. :-)
