I hade employee willow help me change out my windshield wipers and battery. Her service and help was excellent as she was able to help me find the proper battery and wipers for my Ford Ranger. As well as show and help my change the battery and windshield wipers quickly and efficiently.

Everyone at this store tonight was very helpful and kind. It's a bit overwhelming to deal with car issues on my own and all the gentlemen in the store were very helpful. Keith initially took my call and spent time explaining the difference between two comparable auto batteries. I ended up choosing this store over others because of the great customer service on the phone. Once in the store I really appreciated Dave who took time to explain not only what was going on with my car but offered helpful tips in the future and explained benefits of being an AutoZone member. Overall a pleasant experience around a bummer car issue and I would highly recommend.

My key fob’s low battery signal flashed on my dashboard, and I never had this happen before. So I called Auto Zone in New London. The gentleman behind the register showed me what battery to buy, and then he kindly replaced both batteries (in my spare fob too)! Excellent service and friendly, helpful staff.

Avimael was incredible. He sold and installed a new battery in my Honda. He was extremely pleasant and competent. He was also very helpful in meeting other mechanical needs. I highly recommend him!!! He is certainly a credit to the Auto Zone staff. He is also bilingual!!! He was also extremely knowledgeable of all his products!!!

I went to get a new battery because my old one had died. I knew I had just bought a battery so I knew it was still under warranty. I went in the store and the first thing I did was try to explain my situation. I had said my car started when it was connected to jumper cables and then shut off when not connected. The guy at the stand I believe his name was Cole, asked “so you want me to replace your battery” I said I don’t know if it’s the battery or something else and i also asked for them to test my battery and alternator at the beginning when i first got to the store. He came out with me, did the test and said the battery was bad and we went back in to get a new one. while all this is happening he is speaking to me like i am dumb and not understanding him. We go inside and i asked for the one on warranty and he goes “so which one do you want? the platinum or gold?” and I said “whatever one is on warranty”. He said okay and Charged me for the platinum one because apparently that is the one that was on warranty, it was not. I paid 250 dollars for a battery that was not the one in my car. The guy asked me why this happened and I said “i don’t know this should’ve been the battery on warranty” he then proceeded to say “well i don’t know” and took a VAPE out of his pocket and HIT IT while i was standing there waiting for him to do something about the problem. We had to get the manger David, he was SUPER helpful and apologetic. He fixed the problem and gave me a refund on the battery i had paid for and gave me the correct warranty battery and personally changed it. We were here for 2 hours when he said we should have only been here for 40 minutes. I am super appreciative of David coming in and being so supportive and kind and fixing the issue right away. We informed David about his employee and apologized that we had to deal with that multiple times which i appreciate as well.

I know nothing about cars and it’s obvious every time I walk in, the look of bewilderment is plastered all over my face lol. Can I just say, that the level of attentiveness, patience and transparency from the staff here is amazing. They explain everything in detail, provided direction, and gave suggestions for alternatives. I never feel judged, ever, for my lack of experience or understanding, and have never felt rushed (like they could be doing something better with their time). I appreciate the staff here. That’s what keeps me coming back every time.

I went to auto zone today to get help put my new blink steering wheel cover. The first worker went out of his way to place it on. It was very difficult. But he didn’t give up than the manager came to help a guest what he put in on. I was so happy Thank you auto zoon Great service.

Today, I went to AutoZone in New London, CT. What a mistake! I went to the filter area and looked for the “Book of Filters”. Well those don’t exist anymore. So when I went to the counter, Edward, an older man with white hair and not much of it left. He “looked up the parts” I needed. But he got it wrong. But the filters he got for me came to one price and one of the filters had to be ordered. When the confusion about the parts settled down, Edward switched the part he sold to me for $21.99 to the correct part at $12.99. The problem lies herein! I asked him about the price difference. He said, “Nope, it is an even swap.” I asked if he was sure. He said, “Yep! Same price.” Well, NOPE! This is theft! Edward is going to have a problem. I guess Advanced Auto is going to get my business from now on.

Absolutely happily satisfied new customer (joined the customer loyalty program on the spot), and the manager himself assisted me, explaining my choices to me (they were many), and providing the service as well as completing the sale. Great place; plenty of parking available; spacious and clean interior. Highly recommend to any and all needing auto parts with excellent service!
