Brought truck to get rear main seal and oil pan gasket done truck came back with a blown engine and both seals still leaked.

So far so good, work has not been completed. Update: The work they did was great, still looking for a misplaced item but other than that, check in to check out was pretty effortless and I appreciate all they did. Thanks all

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Brandon was incredibly helpful and simplified the entire process. My car was repaired, cleaned and returned to me in under three days. After comparing quotes from several shops, they offered the most competitive prices as well. I highly recommend their services!

They have had my vehicle for 2 weeks now won't be done for 3 weeks. And have never run my vehicle. And the battery has been at a critical level for 3-4 days. I've called everyday and said can you please run it for 30-60 minutes. And I googled what kind of damage can happen to your battery. It's all bad. And I keep being told we are working on it we can't. So if there is permanent damage to my vehicle, who pays for that? and how hard would that be for me to actually get back the money for what was damaged? Being stuck in a lose lose situation is not right. And there is no I'm sorry we should have started it once a week or something or it was a mistake. It's just oh we can't. Customer service skills are super lacking when you are the ones damaging someone else's vehicle. I will never return to this shop again and not recommend that anyone else go here. Such a simple thing to do. Not even an offer to fix it if it is damaged. Update 2 1/2 weeks later and it's ready to be picked up and battery is still at a critical level. They never ran it or charged it for me. I called every single day for a week. And I was lied to and told that they did even though I can tell in my app that it had not been run. Regardless of the job that they do on the body work. They have zero respect for other people's property or customers concerns.

Just had my auto body work completed at the shop. The repair was flawless… my car was returned to me basically spotless inside and out…… they found my business credit card that I have been looking for and placed it in the center console for me…. Great experience all around with top notch craftsmanship and integrity regarding my misplaced credit card ?? Thank you.

Great reputabe facility for car repairs. My car was close to totaled and they fixed it back to new. Staff was polite and communicated well. Would use them again in the future and will recommend to others. Thank you for all your help!

Fantastic experience through and through. Alex and his team were spectacular from start to finish. As a result of their expert work, I am convinced I am now driving a new car. Most professional, courteous, and friendly service.

My car was acting funny and I got off B and D's exit. I barely made it into their parking lot. They came over after my car died and when it cooled down put it up on a lift. They were really nice found out what the problem was within a half hour. They called around and found the parts and installed a new radiator etc all in the same day. What a great place!!

I came in with my dream car witch I had just purchased, it needed tons of body work done. Alex and his team went through the car and explained what the car needed. B&D Autobody just replaced and painted the rear bumper cover and associated repairs needed on our 2010 Lincoln MKX after being backed into by a school bus. Excellent work & paint match, super pleased. Took a little longer than expected, but well worth the wait! Highly recommend B&D Autobody

B&D auto body is amazing!!!!!!!! I can’t say enough about their expertise and professionalism. They not only repaired my bumper to “like new” condition, and within 3 days, but they gave me a daily status update AND returned my vehicle to me *detailed* inside and out WITH a full tank of gas!!! It’s been a week since I got my car back, and two weeks since the accident to date, and I still find myself praising B&D every morning when I get to my car and see how beautiful and perfect it is. Because of them, I got a into an accident and came out of it with a brand new car. I will refer alllllll of my friends and family to B&D auto in Montville.

This autobody shop is absolutely outstanding. The staff and the quality of work is detailed and served to you with perfection. For a great many years B&D Autobody on Rt.163 has been serving our community and those from outside of our community with pride and detailed work. Their customer service is not only phenomenal but, they go out of their way to help, understand and keep the customer informed. I had the pleasure of taking my daughters car there about 2 years ago and most recently, my 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe. Talk about impressed, I am truly loving the detailed work that these guy's performed on my vehicles. The price was fair and my vehicle was ready on time as promised. My truck was washed and cleaned up and presented to me as if we had first met the day I brought it. I took it in clean and it was returned back to me the same way. I am still getting complements from my neighbors and friends. I wrecked the front end on my dodge charger and had to pay out of pocket. Alex worked with me to source the best parts on the market looking for the best deals so it didnt break the bank. He was great to work with and I never felt like I was getting gouged. They even have an enterprise rental agent on site so you can get quick pick up and can just leave your rental there. They removed a lot of the hassle. They are a full service shop and do mechanical work as well. I recently moved to colchester and I'm glad there is a place like B&D Autobody nearby. I'll definately come back for any other service needs. Thanks to Progressive insurance for recommending them to me!

I hit a patch of ice pulled in here to change my tire. The owner and workers were polite a d helpful. I noticed various ppl come here of all types. To me it shows that they must be priced reasonably. If not you'd have all ritzy folks there. I did see end results of vehicles they fixed up and they do a good job. Trust him picky and notice defects easily. I'd go here and try it.

Had a flat on I-395 and took the first exit off, pulled in to the first place I saw and it happened to be here. They went above and beyond helping me order a new tire from a local store, and had it delivered and installed within an hour.

Great Auto body they are honest and clean. They will do the work that has to be done and they will not add on. The staff is 10 and beyond they go out of there way to be helpful.
