Very disappointing experience. I’ve attempted to do business with them several times, but it has never gone well. I have to call to check if my parts are ready, but when I arrive, they are not available. This shows a lack of organization and responsibility from the management. The owner is irresponsible and doesn’t deserve to run a business.
So here's the quick summary. Don't go anywhere else.

Prices are better than Chuck and Eddie's, Waterbury salvage, quality used auto, Reidville used auto, and I know this because I called all of them 5onget quotes for a 2013 equinox door. they have a lot of inventory, and if they don't have it in Waterbury they they have a place in N.Y. so they can get you what you need. IF YOU ARE A CHUCK AMD EDDIE'S PERSON, call these guys first. 1 more thing, customer service was great.
Needed a door so i googled junkyards near me, and they came up. Gave me a great deal for the door and it matched the color of my car!!10 out of 10 recommend them.
I purchased a vehicle from here that was posted in mint condition and the owner promised a 30 day warranty on anything mechanical. The same day I drove off with my vehicle I experienced a "jump" when you press the gas. I made them aware of the situation the same day I purchased it, they said they knew what the issue was and they can fix it in a couple weeks. A couple weeks go by they "fix" what they said the problem was but it was still jumping so I brought it to another mechanic which identified the real problem in less than 15 minutes. The transmission was bad and needed to be changed they've been promising to fix it and it's been 5 months still not fixed at this point I can't even drive it anymore no compensation or anything just my money gone so I am going to file a civil lawsuit because I was promised a 30 day warranty and it's been 5 months. I would not recommend anyone do business here it's not worth it take your money somewhere else. Your welcome.
They were kind help me with every need and part plus I didn't even have to get dirty they took everything off and had it ready for me to pick up!!!!! It was absolutely great!!!
I didn't actually receive a part from them so I can't speak on that regard. However I did call , inquiring about a used part for my c320; they didn't have it in stock. But the following day someone from here called me explaining they now had the part . I didn't ask for them to call if they ever received it etc. , But I certainly appreciate them reaching out to me the following day to see if I was still in need of the part. Nice customer service!
These guys sold me a BRAND NEW part for just a few dollars more than they're nearest competition wanted for a 17 year old used one! Can't beat these guys! Thanks!
