I got my vehicle stuck down a hill and lodged against a tree. I have roadside assistance that sent 6 tow trucks out and none of them could have the job. Now Tow Bros made it happen. Eric maneuvered his rig in such away he has definitely been doing this a long time. Got my car out so fast, that the seventh roadside assistance tow truck came and I was already driving away. Terrible experience. I said i need tow only gonna take 15seconds and he said if that will be 15seconds its 150$. I told him i had a van on the phone, once they come to tow he said its 250$ because it was a van. They are amateurs and scammers

Eric was a lifesaver for us this afternoon. Arrived in 10 minutes maybe less after receiving our call. My husband drove down a slight embankment and Eric was so reassuring telling my husband he shouldn't feel bad about what happened, he has seen much worse and he was going to pull us out and not damage the car. He did exactly that in about 10 minutes. He looked under the car to see if there was any damage, thankfully and unbelievably there was none. Eric has such a great positive spirit and we were very impressed by the person that he is, kind, caring and extremely helpful. Eric saved us big time. Stand up friendly guy, not only picked up the car and delivered it to the mechanic but also went way out of his way to give us a ride home afterwords. Highly would recommend this company to anyone in a pinch or just in need of tow services.

I've contacted tow bros on 2 occasions to pickup junk cars - both times the service and payout were great! Very easy to deal with. I also needed a tow for my trailer on day - and instead of making a quick dollar - they suggested something else to save me the money - I'll call them anytime I need a tow service, and I suggest you do the same!!!
Highly recommend hiring these guys! We called looking for help with a tow for salvage inspection and got so much more. Eric was a helpful resource from the very beginning - patient, kind, and knowledgeable - with excellent communication. (Spoiler- we passed!)
They destroyed my yard, then called me a fag. They then lied saying I threw keys into the woods. Bad news for them I have it all recorded and none of that happened.

He’s very professional and knowledgeable always puts the customer first and the prices are very reasonable. He was on time and delivered my car with care. The second time I had to call. Mike picked up my car and just as before he was very laid back and professional. Both guys did an excellent job and handled my car with care. I recently caught two flats on the highway coming from Massachusetts with my family in the vehicle. I wasn’t from the area. So I went on google and found Tow bros that came out to help me with my vehicle. It’s was 1am and really wasn’t going to find a place to help replace both tires. So the owner of the company Mr. Eric personally came out towed my vehicle back to his house. Allow my family to use his bathroom and went the extra step to takes us to a hotel. While he kept my car at his house and dropped it off in the morning at the local mavis tires. This guy went above and beyond of his work duties to help me and my family. Eric was so helpful when I thought I needed my car towed at work. He was very generous in taking a quick look and determining that I didn’t actually need a tow but rather just to fill up my break fluid. He didn’t charge me and I didn’t need to tow my car. I would recommend Eric.
This place scammed me. Said they were a local towing company, but they were merely a middleman posing as one with a website full of fake photos. They aren't even located in Waterbury! They called another local company, to do the job and charged me double the price they were quoted!!!! Wish I took a little more time to call around and look at actual reviews. Do yourself a favor and call an actual towing company from a google maps search. Biggest rip off ever!
