Chris and all the staff were very helpful since day 1 of a long journey to fixing my truck. They will go to bat for you and help you deal with insurance issues. They were always responsive and attentive to my questions and I’m truly grateful for them delivering my truck to my house when it was done, free of charge! You are in good hands here.
Town Plot doesn't likely need a review. It is well known to many and hands down the best autobody shop I have found. I went there after damaging the left rear corner of my brand new Subaru Outback. I knew from very little I could see that it was heavily damaged behind the bumper and effecting the muffler. Two other autobody shops including a Subaru shop gave me vague quotes without looking at the body damage behind the bumper. They basically quoted me a new bumper and said cost will likely be more once they take the bumper off to see damage. They declined to take bumper off at my request for an accurate quote. Chris at Town Plot did not hesitate to remove the bumper and the damage revealed was obviously signifigant effecting 3 body parts on a weld seam and off setting the muffler. I got an accurate and fair quote. I new their work product from work they had done on police cruisers in the past. I knew their honesty from a personal car I brought to them in 2015 when they could have made alot of money fixing it but honestly said that trading it in would make more sense as damage was significant to longevity of car. Chris fixed my most recent car damage earlier than expected and saved me $500 off original quote as some things he considered would need to be done were not needed. He could have not told me and kept the money. I respect his honesty, thoroughness and fairness. I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else.
Starting with a bad situation turned great. my mercedes being impounded by police department, Josh was amazing and .very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. When i need a tow in the future i’ll absolutely call Town Plot. Thanks guys for everything
Can’t say enough good things about this shop!! Not only did they fix my car spotless but did it timely. Also gave me a ride to enterprise since enterprise never picked me up (smh). Popped an extra dent for free.. and installed my boyfriend’s taillight upon pickup. Great service all around. Thank you!!
Mike was extremely helpful is helping me with my broken passenger window. He was taking care of another vehicle and went out of his way to also help me when he didn't have to. It's hard to believe there are awesome people like Mike this day in age. Aside from this great experience, I've also had great experiences with Town Plot Auto Body & Towing when my car was Totaled about 20 years ago. They were friendly at that time as well and made a bad experience a little easier. I'll definitely recommend Town Plot Auto Body. Thanks Again Mike!!!!!
I stopped in at the end of the day to ask what would be involved to fix my bumper that had been hit. Nothing major but noticeable and bent. Just wanted an idea of the scope of the repair. Talked with Ryan, he looked at my bumper and walked back inside the shop. He came out with some pliers, made some adjustments and a couple of solid "thumps" and my bumber was repaired. Cost... "Happy Holidays" No sales pitch, no "There is also damage to the condensor etc." Just honest service with holiday wishes. Thanks Ryan!
When my car was towed after my accident I was hesitant to get my car repaired there. I decided to give it a shot and am very pleased. I would highly recommend this company for auto repairs. I have no complaints they have a life time customer. Thank you very much for everything.
I received my Tundra back yesterday from Town Plot Autobody. I am so happy with their work that I had to reach out and let them know. If I had set my expectations at the highest level they would have exceeded even that. I cannot say how happy I am with this whole process from initial claim to repair . I have been in the car business for almost 30 years and have never saw a vehicle better repaired and better detailed than my truck was when they presented it to me yesterday. Awesome experience! Wasnt able to do much of the drop for the repairs of my car but they did an amazing job! Wish I can rate them higher than 5 stars! Highly recommend!
They are so rude and no information was giving ! They even Threatened me with the cops because I called back to ask for more information this place should not be able to even run a company the guy that runs this is so rude and so disrespectful I’m surprised that they even make any money
