Can’t say enough good things about this shop!! Not only did they fix my car spotless but did it timely. Also gave me a ride to enterprise since enterprise never picked me up (smh). Popped an extra dent for free.. and installed my boyfriend’s taillight upon pickup. Great service all around.

Mike was extremely helpful is helping me with my broken passenger window. He was taking care of another vehicle and went out of his way to also help me when he didn't have to. It's hard to believe there are awesome people like Mike this day in age. Aside from this great experience, I've also had great experiences with Town Plot Auto Body & Towing when my car was Totaled about 20 years ago. I was treated very badly. I was charged $45,000 for only to tow my truck and put new Bumber. Denino family and the cashier women are theifs- they gangsters. Most of the money was paid my insurance progressive but I have to pay back about 4 years. They will eat you as a meal. Don’t go there and ask for service they will charge you until you said no. 40,00. $50,000. Whatever they decide…
I stopped in at the end of the day to ask what would be involved to fix my bumper that had been hit. Nothing major but noticeable and bent. Just wanted an idea of the scope of the repair. Talked with Ryan, he looked at my bumper and walked back inside the shop. He came out with some pliers, made some adjustments and a couple of solid "thumps" and my bumber was repaired. Cost... "Happy Holidays" No sales pitch, no "There is also damage to the condensor etc." Just honest service with holiday wishes. Thanks Ryan!

I received my Tundra back yesterday from Town Plot Autobody. I am so happy with their work that I had to reach out and let them know. If I had set my expectations at the highest level they would have exceeded even that. I cannot say how happy I am with this whole process from initial claim to repair . I have been in the car business for almost 30 years and have never saw a vehicle better repaired and better detailed than my truck was when they presented it to me yesterday. Awesome experience! Wasnt able to do much of the drop for the repairs of my car but they did an amazing job! Wish I can rate them higher than 5 stars! Highly recommend!
They are so rude and no information was giving ! They even Threatened me with the cops because I called back to ask for more information this place should not be able to even run a company the guy that runs this is so rude and so disrespectful I’m surprised that they even make any money
