Avoid this company at all costs. My rental car company forced me to use Hook and Go and it was the scariest moment of my life. He insisted he would not be bringing me to contracted location as required and proceeded to drive in an extremely unsafe and illegal manner. I felt as if I was being hostage and had to escape at the first opportunity. At least he made it obvious that his family owned the company and there is no recourse no matter his conduct.
Worst customer service ever!!! That have a contract with Stare Farm for Roadside Assistance. Waited hours, never showed up. Called them and they had no idea where their driver was. Said would call me right back. Never did.
Mike is not only superb at his job but also very friendly and easy to talk to, made the tough night of breaking down on the side of the road super easy, could not of had a better experience between the efficiency and kind nature of Mike himself
Paul and his employe were very professional with towing my wife's car that had a broken axel and ball joint which 2 other towing Companies couldn't figure out how to do without causing more damage. They were on time and efficient at getting my car loaded and back to the dealership and told me he would send me pictures after it was delivered I would highly recommend them. Thanks again guys
Waited 3.5 hours and they never came (I was less than 30 minutes away). After calling multiple times with no answer, told me they had cancelled. Had to call another tow service.
Truck never came been waiting over 4 hours completely wasted my time called back and there was no answer
After I made this review a drivers calls me and I agreed to him coming to get my car. He showed up without a flatbread . I have a truck going over 30 miles . I asked him does he have a flat bead he asked me why I said because you need a flatbread to ensure no damage is being done to my vehicle.( the mechanic issues is under my car and the tires are flat on one side ) . Poor customer service I will never call thing company again
We have roadside assistance for our work vans through a 3rd party. 3rd party calls Hook & Go for the tow, and our dispatcher gets an ETA of 2 hours. A short time later ~20 min get a call from tow truck driver there will be an additional $200 fee for picking up off the highway - while my dispatcher is on the phone with our roadside company the tow truck driver picks up our vehicle and heads to our location (mind you this tow is less than 10 miles). I negotiated the ridiculous fee with the driver down to $80. Upon his arrival I also immediately smelled burning brakes, and opened the door to find the E-brake had been left on. THEN an hour later after this driver is already gone with my $80, the roadside company we use get's back to us and tells me NOT TO PAY THEM ANYTHING!
It's clear this company cares only about your money, so much so they're willing to risk their contract with the roadside company to extort customers for additional fees to make an extra buck. We've reported it to the teams we work with there and hope their contract is invalidated, but encourage everyone to stay away from this company if you can.
This towing company by far has been the best towing company I have worked with even better than companies that I get through my insurance with. This company showed up within 10 minutes. They were very very nice to deal with. Honestly, their customer service was great even with the girl that was new and it was her first day working there, she took very good care of us, so I would highly recommend this towing company to anybody, and to be honest they were very very cheap and affordable so I will be using them and again in the future.
This is a terrible company. They try to scam you for services covered by your insurance. After progressive approved my tow 2.4 miles away. They try to get an additional 75 dollars because my car was AWD. What a joke.

THEIR DRIVERS ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ALMOST RAN MY FAMILY OFF THE ROAD ON 84 WAS TAILGATING AND TRAVELING IN LEFT LANE IN A COMMERICAL VEHICLE. CALLED SHOP HAD NO RESPECT AND DID NOT EVEN CARE WHAT WAS GOING ON PASSED IT ON LIKE ITS JUST ANOTHER CALL AND THEY CAN CARE LESS. ABSOUTELY DISGUSTED.
This tow was setup through my insurance company. When the kid finally got to where I was (2 and a half hours later) he went to hook up car and I heard a big crack then he goes to tow my car away and the tires were dragging on the road. I had to flag him down to stop and when he got out I told him the tires weren’t spinning and he said this was fine I told him he isn’t going to keep dragging my car I told him to look inside because he didn’t even bother when he was honking the car up(my EBrake was on) he would’ve known that had he not been in such a rush to leave. This place is a hack job don’t use them.

Stay away from this company!!! They make their own rules. They have been illegally towing vehicles at my residence. As per contract with my leasing office they are allowed to tow after 9pm or 10pm if car does not have a parking sticker. They have been towing in the middle of the afternoons in broad daylight. Even driver of tow truck acts like they gonna harm the car owners with a weapon for Hook n Go illegally towing our vehicles. As per leasing office they are not to be towing anyone due to construction being done on the premises. This company Hook n Go is a scam. Hook n Go state that we are not allowed to have visitors at all anytime of the day 24/7. Now the leasing office has to reimburse the tenants for the money we the car owners have to pay to have vehicles released. The leasing office will be getting their money back too cause they had to reimburse us. It's too much of a hassle to deal with company. Hook n Go wires are crossed. We also been trying to call but their voice-mail instantly picks up stating voice-mail is full and can not leave a message. So we can't even get a hold of anyone to get our vehicles out so they can charge you more for their illegal tows.
A class act. My insurance contacted them to tow my car and they were exceedingly easy to communicate with and work with. I would go out of my way to work with them again if I needed a tow. The man who came to help me actually fixed the problem my car was having and I didn't end up needing to have my car towed. Truly a blessing that he came and solved my problem. Highly highly recommend this company.
My insurance company called for a tow truck and another company first had the order to pick my SUV up. When they arrived they told me they could not tow my truck and that I needed to call my insurance company for a wrecker tow truck ( a kind that this company didn't have apparently). Hook & Go was assigned to my pick up instead. They maintained a great line of communication regarding the window for pick up. When my driver arrived in the very same type of tow truck that the first company did I was so upset, until the driver assured me there would be no issue towing my vehicle. Cody was so nice and very honest. ( Basically the first crew just didn't want to be bothered) Cody hooked my SUV up and as promised got it loaded and towed within a couple minutes. I wish they had sent Hook & Go in the first place! They even let me know when it was dropped off at the shop it was being fixed at. From start to finish everyone was great, customer service was awesome and bottom line they got the job done! highly recommend them. While I hopefully DO NOT need a tow again ANYTIME soon if I do I will make sure I use these guys again!
Adding to this review a few months later had to use their service again and again had great quick professional courteous service. This time MeMe towed my truck. Communication was great, they got my car to the shop quickly. The owner ( or atleast gentleman I spoke with on the phone) was very kind understood my urgency dealt with my tears of frustration during the call lol. Highly recommend them.
