Great towing company. On my way to work in the morning, my driver side axle broke so I needed a tow truck. The price was fair, and he even recommended a great mechanic who charged less than the shop I was originally planning on going to. I'll definitely recommend their service
We had a car vs bear collision on I 84. Adam was prompt, professional, and very kind and helpful with two uninjured but shaken occupants. He got us and most of our stuff to a hotel on a Friday night and accommodated our need to clear out the car promptly. Thank you!

Honestly, I had a rough day, my car got towed and I thought I was going to have to go through hell to get my car out but thanks to the help off this cool guy Adam , he called and told me what I needed and was very helpful thanks to him , I got my truck back out and I’m so grateful thanks dude for your help and for taking care of my truck that I left overnight. That man needs a raise.

Very unprofessional company. I called them to tow a truck off private property, I sent a clear photo of the type of truck. Once they got here they said they would come back with a bigger tow truck. They never showed up. I reached out again today and they said it because they needed 48 hrs before towing it. But they were already here with the wrong truck?? Customer service was a joke.

I don’t usually review any business but I feel more people need to know more about this company and the owner Adam. After having a string of bad luck my car ended up in their possession and I asked if he would take the vehicle since I could not afford the price for fixing the car and could not afford the tow and storage fee for it either. Adam whom I dealt with was so understanding and said he would and went above and beyond with me and them called saying that he wanted to give me the money that he got from selling the car out for parts. I was floored that someone was looking at my situation instead of doing just business. I didn’t want him to loose out either so we came to a mutual agreement with both of us in mind. I think Adam is a Angel in disguise and I hope that all that he gives, he gets 100x back!!!! It’s very hard to find good decent people these days but I was lucky enough to have met one. If anyone needs anything from a company like this I more than highly recommend him and hope he gets all the recognition and success he deserves !!!!!!
Grateful to Cotes Towing for prompt, professional service. My vehicle was unable to start, stuck in my driveway. The tow truck driver was very respectful and considerate about not causing damages to the driveway while getting my car to the flatbed. Very efficient and personable.
