I had an issue where I accidentally put the wrong fuel in my tank, and after calling several other companies who never returned my call, KT Towing was a lifesaver.

Called them for a tow while I was broken down on the side of the Wilbur Cross. While they weren't sure if they could help me, telling they couldn't would have been preferable to what they did. Saying they'll call me back after they check with their guy and not following through. I waited 30 minutes for a call back then called them twice in which they sent me to voicemail both times. I understand if a tow company is unable to help, it wasn't the first or last company I called that couldn't help, but I would prefer a straight forward response to being strung along like that especially being while being stuck at the location I was.
I booked a tow, 2 miles $150, and was told it would be 90 minutes, longer because they only have one truck that can process credit cards, and that I would get a call when they were on the way. I called back 2 hours later and no one answered. They never called back.
Do NOT recommended. Priced a tow for our company and agreed to do it then ghosted us!!!! It takes 30 seconds to answer a phone call/text and simply say “we changed our minds and we’re not going to do it” but instead ignored all calls/text.
Called because I needed a jump start. They told me they’d call me when the truck was on its way in an hour. Waited 2, called them twice and they never answered or called me. Truck never showed up.
I've never ever heard of a no 2 passenger rule when your car breaks down and a flat bed is called in,but they got my car to my mechanic with out a issue so I'm greatful.
My car broke down around 9 in the morning. Two other companies said they were coming, still haven’t heard back! (It’s 6pm as I write this.) Called one tow company after the next until I got to Mike at KT, he came 26 minutes after I called! I wasn’t at my car when he arrived due to a much needed bathroom break, so when he called I was completely unprepared. He waited patiently towed my car and was very reasonable! Highly recommended! I only wish the google algorithm would put KT towing to the top of the search list. Just the best!

My axle snapped in half on my Jeep Liberty and the first tow company I called never showed up, I was extremely desperate because my car broke down in front of someone's driveway so I needed help quick. I went to Google for tow companies and KT TOWING CT popped up so I dialed him up and within the hour he came to the rescue not knowing how deep the situation really was. With his knowledge and expertise he came up with a plan and executed it with near perfection causing no extra damage to my vehicle. I highly recommend his services provided being that my vehicle was handled with care and expertise.
Had to have my car towed this morning. Already stressed this gentleman showed up very calm told me to relax get in the truck to stay warm. He had a great personality and was extremely helpful told me the closest garage and tried to make me as comfortable as possible in a bad situation. Great service and company!!!!!
