My car was vandalized 6/2/25. I reached out to my insurance and they told me to drop my vehicle off at Rj shore. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I had to remove my belongings from my car and One of the employees offered to help me carry my things into the office, while I waited For the rental car. I wish I would’ve gotten his name to mention him in this review, I know he was a darker gentleman with braids. They did an excellent job repairing my 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300. They were Quick and efficient and super professional. The lady at the desk I was told her name is Jeanette, she was so nice and welcoming. She also kept me updated about the status of my Vehicle.On the day of pick up my car was fully washed and detailed inside and out! I Would recommend this place to anybody looking to fix their car or use any other of their Services.
So to begin with, I was on the highway trying to avoid driving next to a semi truck. Unfortunately, the same truck hit an object and that same object end up smashing my front bumper.
I filed a claim thru insurance to get the car repaired. This body shop did a phenomenal job fixing up my bumper, recalibrating the sensors, fixing the lights, and also cleaning up the car. This shop has always been my go-to place to get work done on my vehicle. In addition, they always came in the clutch when it came to towing as well

Called foelr a tow , was told 25 minutes. When I called after 1 hour to see where he was . I was give an attitude saying it would be another 40 minutes, they has a more important call. After 1&1/2 hours I gave up and called another tow company. They said 10 minutes. So I called back to cancel and got another attitude. Customer service is extremely poor.
Not like they’ll care anyways, but this was an awful experience. Got my car towed and they damaged the front of the car. The lady (at least i think she was) and her crew were extremely rude. Kicked me out once I pointed out the damage they made and tried to intimidate me. Just a bunch of miserable people.
They gave me a quick quote and it was really reasonable. They were able to take a dent out right then and I'm very happy with the results. They were professional and polite. Excellent service.
Not.100 satisfied. was promised some things on my car will be fixed, then never done because they said insurance wouldn't pay. why not it was part of the damage and incident. plus my fog light bulb wire was cut. i thought the bulb was out. found they cut it. i guess to take the bumper off. thanks.
Everyone took such good care of me from the tow truck driver on the scene of the accident all the way through the whole Process with the insurance company and then last, but not least the beautiful bodywork done on my jeep. I was a bit nervous, picking up my car, but looking at it they repaired it to the point where you would never know anything ever happened to it. I decided to go with them because they are who the police dispatched to pick up my car and then I looked online and seen they had the body shop , found out they work with my insurance company as a partner. It was a win-win. Their receptionist is a sweetheart and so kind. She walked me through everything. I never had to experience this before. It’s a pretty busy shop and I can see why. Thank you for taking care of my car with such diligence.
These guys are awesome, especially JP (the tow truck guy)! He’s saved me on 2 different occasions with a battery jump and tire change within minutes. Also gave me a tip on finding tires. If JP's boss is reading this, give that man a raise!
Same car, new accident, different insurance, returned to RJ. Their work is really great.
The lack of parking to leave your car says everything. They are busy because they are amazing. Highly recommend.
Shore Collision operates with a degree of unprofessionalism that I have never seen before. They drive around the NH area in an extremely dangerous fashion. Tailgating, driving 90 in 55s, doing everything short of physically ramming other cars off the road. Avoid at all costs.
This is a very racial business they do not treat African Americans with respect the lady at the desk is very rude and disrespectful they took 3 months to finish my car they kept using the excuse of ordering a part I contacted where they said they ordered the part they never ordered it until after 2 months when other cars were in and out I would not recommend anyone take their car there tell your insurance pick somewhere else
I went to RJ Shore to get my front bumper replaced. During the month and a half of waiting I received a total of one phone call for an update. They let me know that they "misplaced" my car key and two key fobs. They replaced the car key immediately with no issues. I later found out through my dashcam footage that my keys, key fobs, and car were stolen (not misplaced) off of their lot for a day. The footage on my dashcams prove that they knew about the incident. They never mentioned it to me. It's about 4 months later and I still don't have the key fob. I'm only asking for the one remote starter key fob replacement. This is reasonable enough considering the negligence on RJ Shore's end. They passed the blame onto a different company who is supposed to get me the key fob. I'm now left in this limbo of he said she said. I never get updates as to where or when I am to receive my key fob. All communication is directed on my end. I get told I'll be called back with updates and I never do. I've never experienced such irresponsible negligence from a company in my life.
My car was towed there after being rear ended and decided to let them fix the damages. They took almost 3 months to fix my car. The paint job was horrible and they blamed it on the cold instead of making sure is was a legit paint job. Then i gave them the check from the insurance and they had the nerves to say i didn't give it to them and tried to get me to pay out of pocket. RJs is the worst i do not recommend them!!
Highly recommend RJ shore collision. My husband car broke down on his way home from work. Because it has some body modifications it needs a flat bed. Bruce came within 30 mins. He was extremely professional, friendly and a very skilled driver. We are very happy with the service he provided.
The owner Rich was fantastic, he took care of everything, dealt with the insurance company, arranged a rental, kept me informed. My vehicle was repaired quickly, clean, and in better condition than before it was hit. 6 months later it was hit in the same spot and Rich handled it perfectly again. No need to look at other shops, RJ Shore is the only shop that I will use. Thanks guys!
Called for a tow after the blizzard. The truck pulled up, looked the car and pulled off. I called RJ Shore, they said they would send another truck.
I'm still waiting.
That was last week.
The owner, Rich, is a true professional. We provided as list of repairs and he provided a very fair price. Everything on the list was completed including a detailing of the car. It looks as good as when I bought it 5 years ago. I recommend RJ Shore without hesitation.
I rolled up needing a new bumper and the owner was super cool, nice and answered all my questions. He explained the entire process since it was new to me and explained how the insurance worked. He took my car in and handled everything from there. Got my car back in a week and I tried to look for a flaw in the paint but I couldn't. It's nice to be ride'n all clean again.
