I called on 6/21 at 4:20 PM to ask about long-distance towing, and the old woman who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me before I could even ask my question. Weird business
The gentleman Jesus is absolutely amazing. He is always willing to help and knowledgeable. He straight to the point manner is what is needed in this world. Jesus is definitely the best. The owner is also a great person well he must be He has Jesus there.
Talked with Sabrina and she was very nice and extremely helpful. My car got towed which was completely my fault and I couldn't find it. I called Tony's and they had it because the PD called them. Went and paid them and got my car within a couple minutes quick and easy
Needed a transmission replacement for my motor home. He took days just to tell me he couldn’t get one. Then charged me a $800 storage fee. He is very rude and unprofessional.The whole time I was there he was sick and coughing all over the place. So I had another company tow it to a repair shop that did the work. This guy is a low life. Don’t go there for anything.
I've never dealt with a more dismissive business owner than Tony. He was very rude on the phone, and showed zero compassion or knowledge regarding the status of my car before hanging up on me mid conversation. They were also negligent with my car. Is it necessary to park it so close to another vehicle?
1-11-19 Do not trust these people with anything, they steal everything of value you leave in your car. Then say their workers wouldn't do anything like that. Never again. If by chance the police calls them take everything out before they leave because you won't see it again
My Truck was hit by a drunk driver parked on the street. i was out of the state at the time, this towing company towed my vehicle and they went through my truck stole numerous personal items totaling over $500. I know for a fact they went through everything in the tuck unzipped bags took tools out of bags. Tacky and untrustworthy. Do not allow this company to tow ya vehicle if you do remove all valuables. its bad enough my vehicle was totaled but for them to go through and take whatever they wanted is despicable! Hope you never sleep at night from the guilt of what ya did. This company is a zero. i would not even give them the tip on a star let alone a star.
Horrible experience! These ppl are very very rude and unprofessional, from the first time I called and asked questions about my car I got a negative attitude. If I asked ONE question for more clarity on the information that they gave me they would snap at me as if they didn’t want to help. I had to wait a whole month before I could get my car fixed by them for damages that THEY DID to my car, I would call them and they would give me the runaround,each and every time I call, they would tell me call back at this time or, call back on this day and I did exactly as told until it got to the point where I said you know I’ve been calling for more than a week and I haven’t heard back from anyone and before I could even finish my sentence the customer representative would get very rude and speak in a very condescending, ridiculing manner. This isn’t even half the story....over all....Horrible customer service, and very distasteful rude, unprofessional set of workers I think I have ever encountered in all of my life! BEWARE!
When my car broke down and I called Mazda Roadside Assistance, they contracted Tony's Long Wharf Services LLC to tow my car. After waiting 4 hours for the tow truck to come, I called them. The person on the phone, claiming to be Tony, was incredibly rude and said that a tow truck was on the way. After waiting another hour, I called again with the same results: he was very rude and said a truck was on the way, when in fact it wasn't. Because they never showed up, my car got ticketed (I ended up disputing the ticket, and didn't have to pay it). I strongly recommend NOT using Long Wharf towing, for they are completely useless.
