They have a contract with the owner of my apt.s Dwight gardens to ruthlessly tow our cars while your bringing in groceries or getting your elderly client to her door they lied about damage done to a tow truck just for driving over the metal piece that laid on the ground cost? $2400 first of all no one hasn't any money for a regular tow so if they made this deal I wonder when will the landlord actually provide a solution for their tenants in the meanwhile beware of visiting at Dwight gardens your car may not be where you left it
I was in texas and my daughter needed to be towed and they got her home safe and sound then let me pay over the phone. Scooter was a gentleman. Even stop for my daughter to use the bathroom. What a great company and excellent employee

My car got towed for street sweeping and I found after I picked it up that there was damage underneath the car that I had never seen before.
I took it to Columbus Towing to inquire. They addressed the issue and more. We found that although the damage had been triggered by the tow, it really would not have ever happened had there not been prior damage. They were incredibly polite, the supervisor, manager and staff - very professional, also I have to say a word about the receptionist in the auto body shop side. She is just great! I think she's been there for some 30 years and was vibrant with a big smile and attentive. I say this about very few places, however, if I ever need autobody service - they have my loyalty! - Naomi

We had to wait 2 hours for them to give us our vehicle beacause "they were towing other cars" and there "truck broke down" Never going there again, NOT RECOMMENDED
