Told me they’d be here within 2 hours, tried to tell my insurance they couldn’t get to my car when they never even drove by the location I had given them. Don’t trust these guys.
I had an unexpected flat tire today (as many flat tires tend to be), and A&M Towing were great. I gave them a call after work when I found out I had the flat. They were kind and direct on the phone regarding their timeline and prices and had someone out to me quickly. Michael arrived and changed my tire so fast - 5 minutes max after arriving, and I was on my way after that.
They made a disappointing experience that much better by so quickly and kindly assisting me. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
A&M Towing was dispatched thru my insurance company for roadside assistance. Driver was on time, friendly, competent, and got my car to my auto mechanic safe and sound.
Yup, had a flat on the coldest night of the year, and couldn’t get my jack to work. A&M came out, set everything right, and rescued a miserable chain of events with some good juju. Excellent service; kind and courteous!
Got stranded after work with a flat tire after a long day. Called my roadside assistance and they sent Eli from A&M. He came right away and was so nice. He took care of my tire in minutes and got me back on the road. I would definitely use their services again.
Tow truck drivers rude and has no respect. “I dont have to move i have my lights on” as he blocks a private parking lot as people around him are trying to get out of parking spaces.

A & M Towing's driver damaged my driveway and lawn and refuses to repair or pay for repairing the damages. It's a simple thing to be responsible and fix the damages, but they won't. :(
It's good the owner responded and apologized. Missing from his response is anything about fixing the damages his driver caused on my lawn and driveway. The true test of a business or individual is how they respond when things don't go right. What are you going to do, A & M owner?
A&M towing and repair was a real lifesaver when I was dealing with power steering trouble, a busted belt, and a wonky pulley. The tow truck came, picked up my car, and secured it on the vehicle. They were reasonable and transparent with pricing. Their friendly attitude, quick response, and budget-friendly pricing really set them apart. Susie’s communication was great, my car was back on the road by the end of the day. The next day I did a 3-hour drive with no problem.
Amazing Tow Company AND Auto Repair which is what a friend of mine needed. I found them online. They came and Towed her Mercedes ML350 after a broken serpentine Belt and was VERY fair with the Tow Price and Auto Repair work. Susie at the office helped arrange everything and gave a fair price.

I had my battery light turn and then the car died. They came out promptly for the tow, diagnosed the problem and found that I had a faulty alternator. I was back on the road in no time!
