I came to pick up a towed car. They open at 8 but no employee showed up until after 9, well after I got there. She wasn’t even able to help any customers and had to call another guy to come in, who didn’t show up for over half an hour. I ended up being very late to work simply because they can’t be bothered to respect their own business hours.
They had good service but since they hired a female driver the customers service is bad . She has a attitude problem . She doesn't know what professionalism is. She drives like a maniac . They really should consider in hiring people with manners.
I was in need of a towing service today because my car left my pregnant wife and my daughter stranded in the middle of the road and also it was a really hot day out. I called around multiples places for towing services and everyone was saying I have no drivers available and on top off that their prices was to high until I call Danny Towing not only they gave me the best affordable price they also came quickly and treat me right
I highly recommend Danny’s Towing and Auto. I drive 300 miles every week so wear and tear on my vehicle is expected. Broke down in CT-15 and Danny and Team did everything to get me back on the road!
Exceptional service replacing alternator and damaged wiring. Towed vehicle , repaired and back to 100% within reasonable time. Fantastic fees on labor and parts, comfortable lounge as well!
A family member car needed a jump. They convinced her that the alternator was bad when in fact the battery wasn’t properly charged.
They towed her car and when the car was returned she was missing
her alarm/horn and cup holder.
I do not recommend this place .
I want to take the time and thank Danny for his great help and amazing work! Towed my car, removed & Installed a new battery, reprogrammed key fob, removed and replaced cabin air filter. He kept me up to date at all times, explained throughly what was going on and what can be done to resolve it. I really appreciate it ! Definitely recommend!!
I called for a tow for my niece and Danny had the best price in the area. He also was very helpful in getting her a refund from another towing company who tried to rip her off. As we conversed I found out that he also does mechanical work. I was visiting from out of state during this time and had an issue with my vehicle, they found the problem (water pump) and fixed it. Now, the car runs great. Prior to this I took my vehicle to the dealership who stated no leaks/issues. Danny was professional, friendly and gave outstanding service. I sat in the waiting area which was very clean, had coffee and watched a movie while I waited for the car to be repaired. Thanks to their great work and customer service. I highly recommend them and have already referred my family and friends as well.
Took my Integra due to the engine exploding as seen in picture. I asked what my best option was and Danny said It would be to swap it, he found the engine and gave a great price as I went to others and they Quoted me way more. Within 5 days I got the engine and after a few days he had already swapped it. It was back to me way sooner than I thought. Very professional and clean establishment treated well and didn’t have to break the bank. Very happy with the service would most definitely recommend!!
Excellent service!! brought my corvette c6 to have a built motor and a supercharger installed. Charged cheaply compared to all other places I went. In one week I had my car back went to the Dyno and made 863 wheel horse power!! Months later with no issue at all still running perfectly. Best shop in New Haven. Highly recommend to all.

Broke down in New Haven after taking a trip out there from NY. Car was leaking antifreeze & was smoking & wasn’t driveable . Got a tow from them & helped resolve my situation entirely & was able to head back home the same night. Very good prices as well as very helpful service in a stressful situation . Great job!
Needed a flatbed last night 10 PM to rescue my Shelby Mustang off of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge and Danny’s showed up within 30 minutes of me making the initial phone call. Very professional and reliable service! Highly recommend!
TEN STARS!! Tonight we were so grateful to meet their tow driver Gabriel. AAA gave us the runaround and left us sitting around for 3 hours. Like 4 AAA operators later I'm told they did "not have AAA driver in the STATE who can get a car out of a parking garage". These guys work with ***USAA*** which after today I can attest beats AAA hands down. USAA picked the right tow!!!
AAA called it a "Special Tow" to be towed out of a parking garage. In a city full of parking garages I just could not believe it. AAA is foolish not to call on these guys for their customers. I am not lying I'm going to brag about this!!
Gabriel showed up in under 30mins and made it look easy. Truly knew what he was doing, didn't have to turn on the car and risk damaging it further. He didn't even need to use a lot of muscle to push the car he just used gravity to get it safely down the ramp and onto the flatbed. He drove it very safely to our destination about 8 miles away. He kindly parked it exactly where we wanted it!!!
These guys know what they are doing and if you ever get stuck like we did I have faith they would really help you out to the best of their ability. We are glad we got their card it looks like they offer a lot of automotive services like transmission flushing and more!! It sounds like if you brought your own parts they would really help out and we are going to keep them in mind for future repairs.
I called around for a tow and because it was getting late most guys were closing, closed or wanted to charge me extra because they knew the competition was closing. I called Danny's Towing and Danny picked up and told me he was closing. i explained to him he was my last hope and after explaining my situation he came over himself to pick me up for normal rate. Great guy, i would highly recommend these guys.
These guys are really great. Just when i thought there were no more honest people left in the world. I called these guys for a tow because i hit something and thought something in my front end broke. The tow guy pulled up and after i told him what happened he said he was a mechanic and would take a look. Turns out it was just a blown tire. The tow guy put my spare tire on and sent me on my way, no charge! I felt so bad and stupid for having called them i gave him $50 tip. He couldve easily just towed my car for the $150 i was quoted, but he really saved my day and my wallet. I appreciate you guys!
Very good friend of mines met him working on my car did a very very good job on my car, would highly recommend him to any body, work good, good business, excellent, communication, very punctual, no issue. Very highly recommend you won’t be disappointed..
