Just had My Acura body work done which is a white Pearl color hard to match and what I tell you I’m a happy customer took good care of me specially, Ruben & the front secretary I highly recommend anybody work bring it to them very fast also they do it all A+
Stay away this company is know for illegal practices over charging and illegal pull out fees or retows as they call them for so called unregistered vehicles keep in mind vehicle was towed for unregistered but they towed vehicle down the street and dropped it and basically told vehicle owner find it . Lady in office is extremely rude and probably should do her homework on towing laws before attempting to argue with someone who knows more than her self . FYI wrecker plates are only good for un consensual tows not tows of consent. A complaint and video of incident is being sent to DMV
Went here for a repair and needed a new tire. They told me it’d take 3 wk to get it. Once I got the tire, I had problems and needed to refill with air regularly. When I went to get new tires elsewhere, they showed me that the tire Superior put on was already patched. They gave me a used tire and made me wait for no reason. NEVER going back here again.
Very professional atmosphere the lady in the main office is a sweetheart. She was supposed to clock out at 5 o’clock. I got there at 5:10 and she still took care of me. I really appreciate her I pray this company continue to grow and prosper !
Our car was making very loud noises while coming back from a trip and we needed to get it fixed immediately. We brought it here with no appointment and in 30 minutes we were back on the road with zero issues. Reuben was amazing and didn’t want to accept payment. The whole shop had friendly and cheerful energy. Would recommend!!!
car got towed, feel like the staff here are just a lot nicer than most towing places. Christa at the desk and the driver I talked to (didn't get his name) were both super friendly and helpful. Cash only but the ATM is right next door so that wasn't really an issue.
Had my car towed by them through triple A a month ago. They tried pressuring me into getting it towed to their shop. I told them I had another shop that I use and would like it towed there. I handed them the key and the shop called me the next day stating the windows were left down and my car was full of rain water. Very displeased with their tow service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
After my car was towed they took valuables from my rear seat and trunk and when questioned the only thing returned was my laptop , going through a legal process with this towing company now
The worse company to deal with, their dispatch accept a trip from triple A and provide the EtA and 20 min before the “arrival” they called to notify that it’s no ETA available because they only have one driver who claim to be the dispatcher at the same time. 2 hrs later called again, I end up paying 400$ (with a premier membership) of my pocket because their careless and poor management.
Genuinely helpful repair and tow business which does quality work. They helped me with many repair issues and I'm very satisfied with the work. Friendly staff and ownership. Great experience
BEWARE!! This company WILL overcharge you for towing/storage, as they tried to do to me. Call CT Dealers & Repairers if they do the same to you!!! They illegally overcharged me almost $150 for an unauthorized tow, lied about the charges, and tried to charge me for made up fees. A wait time fee for the PD to process paperwork? ILLEGAL, NOT REAL. They even tried to change the wording of the bill after the fact and it still wasn’t legal. They gave me my money back because I threatened to call CT Dealers & Repairers. Consumers, please be aware of State rates, they are publicly available online. Do not let these lying thieves get away with taking your money. If they try to, file a complaint with CT Dealers & Repairers. This company needs to be investigated as they are in violation of so many laws, they don’t even have the accurate towing/storage rates posted. Don’t get scammed by them, do your research.
This company is the epitome of bad service. I live in an apartment complex, and my car was unlawfully towed from my apartment complex, where I am registered to park as a tenant and pay fees!!!! They would not tell me why my car was towed. They also would not release the information of who called to have the car towed. The lady that’s sitting in the front was very disrespectful. Wouldn’t let me even get a word out. And told me it was not her problem that I needed to take it up with the management company. Then the manager Tim came out and also had the same attitude and spoke to the property manager and was told to release my car by the property manager which is allowed to release a car that’s been towed from the property, and then said HE WOULD NOT! Then we let them know that they have stolen property and that if they didn’t release the car, we would be calling the police and filing charges And they finally released my car after speaking with the property management privately. BAD SERVICE. THEY JUST WANT MONEY!!!! I will Revise and say that they property management did respond and did not tow my car and that Tim spoke with property management and then released my car with no payment because YOU were in the wrong. If you towed it for a reason I would have paid the tow. Face facts not feelings. The company was wrong .
Have done business here for years and wouldn’t consider anyone else. Ron, Warren, Joe, and Larry are the best. Not to mention conversation and licks from Boo! I appreciate and recommend highly!
My car was towed there and when I picked up the car the back trunk was smashed in. I called the State Police and they told me there was no damage on the back of the car when they called them to pick up my
car off the highway. The owner want return my emails or phone calls. Now I have take them to civil court. Very unprofessional.
Our car was towed there because it was in an accident. They wouldn’t allow us to look at the car until we paid them $250 and give them the title or $500. As soon as we told our insurance about the issue, we signed the RELEASE to the INSURANCE company, not superior. When the insurance company received the car, the stereo was stolen from it (this stereo had a back up camera with it) and the 2 front tires (which were only about 6 months old) were replaced with someone else’s tires. I’m pretty sure they didn’t think we would look at the assessment from the insurance company. However, the picture of what the insurance company sent us, spoke volumes. This is a horrible company that claimed that the stereo wasn’t stolen from the car…when it was at their facility for 3 days and then the insurance company picked it up. What a bunch of frauds! Used this towing place in June 2023 because of Triple A, and the shop convinced us to let them take a look at my car which needed new hubs. The head mechanic was interested in purchasing my Jeep so he convinced us to leave the car there over the weekend so his wife could take a look at it. On Tuesday, he said they were not interested and the car was towed back to my house by Superior. Upon arrival, I noticed a huge dent in the back driver side door. I immediately took a picture of it and spoke to Ruben, the lead mechanic at Superior about this dent, since there was NO dent when my car arrived there. He asked me to send a picture of it which I did and communicated a few texts to me then went GHOST. I’ve followed up a few times and he brushes me off. I’m beyond angry as my car did not have any damage to the outside of it before going to Superior so it is very clear that it occurred over the weekend while there. This business is extremely unprofessional, and now I’m left to have to deal with the body damage on my car. Completely unacceptable.
Not only do their drivers have a lack of concern for other drivers/pedestrians safety, they also seem to be unable to respond to respond to anyone who submits a request for support through their website. If you see these guys on the road, stay as far away as you can because they'll try to use the oncoming traffic lanes to cut in front of you during heavy traffic.
Everyone working there is extremely kind and cordial. They were quick and communicative when my car was towed. They took care when putting the car on/off the dolly. Overall great people working there! Many also speak spanish
I was having car trouble and my father recommended this repair shop. Wow! My starter went, my front axel broke, and both front shocks went all in two days! They were very professional! They suggested and explained everything to me. They worked with me with the unexpected cost. The parts (new) and labor was $1100. If you need help, I suggest you try them first. The bonus is, they have their own tow trucks and they will pick your vehicle up for you.
got my whole engine replaced here. service was great! Ruben & Jessica are very nice people with great personalities & people skills. I was a bit paranoid about every little noise & brought it back Ruben looked at it, drove it told me what was wrong (brake) gave me a great price. My car drives like brand new! Great prices! These guys (shout out to Josh) towed me after my accident in New Haven during the snowstorm a month back. Agreed to let them do the repairs (pretty substantial) and they did an AMAZING job! Jeep looks better than new and were super helpful dealing with insurance. 12/10 recommend and would use again!
I called Superior in a real pinch and they were incredible! Both Antonio who set up the tow and the tow driver were awesome. They got there earlier than expected and did a great job. The price was completely reasonable. Very appreciative of them and will absolutely call if I am in need of another tow.
I had to call to get a vehicle towed and I used my AAA membership. They sent Superior Auto Repair & Towing, they sent out a gentleman by the name of Gilberto. When I say he was EXCEPTIONAL! He was there within fifteen minutes (which anyone who knows if you use AAA that is unbelievable!) Gilberto was friendly, fast and made me and my friend(who was also a female) feel very comfortable.
If I ever need service on any of my vehicles or know anyone who does I will only be recommending Superior Auto Repair and Towing. And I would highly recommend Gilberto by name!

I caught a flat (about 5:40 am, 95S next to the 91 split) on the Pearl Harbor Bridge as I was heading to Yale for Surgery.
Called AAA, and they sent a tow from SUPERIOR AUTO REPAIR. The driver, Gilberto, was just amazing. He was focused on getting my car and I off the highway to a safer location.
He quickly and safely hooked my car up and got us to safety. I asked Gilberto if his shop could fix the tire while I was at the Hospital.
He confirmed they could fix it and have it ready in a couple of hours.
Later that day I got to Superior Auto and the car was fixed and ready.
The office was very helpful and had everything ready as promised.
Their work was perfect, and they very fair on the price.
Amazing shop and Excellent people. I met them in a tough situation, yet they treated me like a long-term customer.
I RECOMMEND THIS HONEST SHOP TO EVERYONE!!

The guy on the phone was very friendly and understanding and said he would send his best guy to us. He definitely did because he came within a reasonable amount of time, was also very friendly and accommodating, and parked our dead mini van PERFECTLY between 2 other vans in a small parking lot! I saved their number for future reference and would definitely recommend them to others!
Absolutely amazing. My truck was towed to Superior after breaking down. As skeptical as I was bringing it to a place I was not familiar with, that quickly changed. The service and professionalism from the initial contact for the towing to repairs was amazing. They were very honest and upfront with everything and informed me with what was being done. I would highly recommend Superior Auto for repairs and service.
