Calling the wrong company can be a time-wasting mistake: Dispatched to the wrong location, no shows (constantly "20 minutes away" for hours). These guys are the right company to call!
Great service, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. When a few of the towing companies were having problems to get the car out of a narrow space, Chris came, took precise measurements and got the car out and delivered to the shop. He did it in the time frame promised. If I ever need towing Advanced Roadside will be the only one I'll call.

Incredibly helpful, and came very quickly. He even helped me getting my tesla model 3 back on the road when the battery died. Way more pleasant than any other tow truck driver I have needed help from.
I was stuck on 95 with a flat, and Advanced answered immediately and had someone out to tow me thirty minutes later. They were friendly, and made me feel totally safe. A tow and help throwing on the spare was $125, and I was able to pay with a credit card on the spot. I would highly recommend them if you’re in need of help! They’ll put your mind at ease.
Hands down to god I will never choose a different towing service, every other place told me I had to wait around for hours in the middle of a rougher area of new haven while roadside told me they could be right there in way less than an hour. That’s when I met andrew the kindest man I’ve ever met.He loaded my car up and had me back home in no time at all. The whole time I felt comfortable and honestly began to forget I even needed my car towed. At the end of the day my car got back in perfect shape and I received some of the best service I’ve ever received all for a price I had to double check, seriously I was charged less than I could believe I genuinely thought they messed up, turns out they just provide a quality service for a generous price. Truly an amazing experience!
I have been unable to talk to someone despite 5 calls between 6 AM and 10:30 AM and being on hold each time. It looks like no one is taking this as a serious business. I strongly advise against using this dervice even if like me you are using it through a roadside assistance program like AAA.
