I ORDERED ECM FOR A 2007 DODGE RAM 6.7 CUMMINS. PAID OVER 1000.00 TO RECEIVE IT LATE AND IT WORKED FOR A DAY AND QUIT. CALLED THE COMPANY AND TEXTED FOR OVER 3 DAYS FOR THEM TO SAY SORRY YOUR WARRANTY RAN OUT AND WAS CANCELED. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM. THAT IS NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUISNESS. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD.
Charged me $1130 for an ecm, told me id get $250 back when core was returned. Core was sent back & was advised they would not refund due to condition. Dirtbags, I will enjoy disputing the entire amount with my credit card company.
This company has the ethics of a serial killer. I hope someone will read this post and steer clear.
Short story is that I tried for almost 6 months to get a working product from these people. In the end, they did provide a 75% refund (that was no easy task). They kept a 25% "restocking fee", which they do list on their website. However, it seems very dishonest to keep such a fee when they could never provide a working product....plus why would they need to restock a defective product unless they intend to sell it to the next unwitting customer.
Can you find a better, faster, more complete auto computer shipper/ seller out there? I don't know but these guys seriously are good. 01 Cummins went down.. next day had the new computer and it worked like a pro... back to work making money. Warranty and service. Can not beat.
