I want to take a moment to thank Clarence from Turpin Towing for his outstanding service. My car was locked with the keys inside during heavy snow and extreme cold, and I also had my autistic son with me. Clarence was not only professional and efficient, but incredibly patient, kind, and compassionate. He went above and beyond to calm my son and make sure we felt safe during a very stressful situation. His service was truly exceptional, and I am very grateful. Turpin Truck and Auto Service came to our rescue in a time-sensitive situation, and we couldn't be more pleased. We had sold our camper/van that had not been driven in over a year, and our customer was coming from out of state to pick it up. We just wanted to be sure that the engine and drive train were working okay. Since the vehicle is 10+ feet tall, most service centers were unable to accommodate us.
But Tom was great to deal with, and sent a tow truck to our home to pick up the van. After completing the diagnostic process, Tom informed us what had to be done. One of those things was to replace the dead "coach" battery, which runs all the interior lighting, exhaust fan, and a few other things. This battery was in an awkward place in the undercarriage, and its hold-downs were all rusted. Thankfully, Tom was able to rise to the challenge, and replace it.
This was not an easy job, and Tom put in extra time during his off hours to meet our deadline. We are grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond. Amazing service really well mannered and very great work ethics, Matthew had as my AAA driver. I had a rough day and got stuck on the side of the highway. I locked my keys in my car and called AAA, Joe got to me and had my car unlocked within 20 minutes of me making the roadside assistance request with AAA. His energy was so refreshing. I can’t say enough about the guy.
Matt was a literal angel for my daughter and I last night! My 6 week old baby tested positive for Covid and our pediatrician sent us to the ER. On our way there a tire blew on the rental car we are currently driving. I was on the side of the highway with a sick, screaming newborn in the dark, and the rental company roadside assistance told me it would be 2 hours for someone to come change the tire. As I was in a panic trying to see who could come pick us up to take us, Matt called to verify my location and said he was 5 mins away. I was back on the road within 15 mins of him getting there. I can’t thank him enough for saving the day for us!!

Triple A contacted them to tow my broken down vehicle. The area where triple A set my location was right near where I was (on I-84), I called the tow service to check on where the driver was and they said they don’t service that town, and nothing else. We hung up, I got a call from the driver, spoke to the driver and he was 1 minute away from me telling me he’d be right there. Driver was right there and they called him to tell him not to pick me up then neither driver nor the company told me that they weren’t getting me and left me there to rot. Driver ignored my calls and texts after making me go through an annoying location share even after my call w the company.
I don’t want to trash your business but to not let me know you weren’t going to get me and tell the driver not to pick me up was utterly ridiculous and I hope you learn from this, regardless of you not being contracted in that area or whatever BS excuse you have.
Fast, professional, quality service. Chaz handled my car with care and was very resourceful in lending troubleshooting support as he was loading the car and delivering it to the shop I use. Great guy! Excellent company to help you when you need it.
They came out when I called AAA, the driver was super friendly and very informative. He was able to get my car jumped and started and even messaged a while after to make sure I made it home safe! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

My tow truck driver was an absolute angel. He came and changed my tire within fifteen minutes. Helped me and my daughters get off the side of the highway safely. He was very kind and I truly appreciate this driver.
Nothing but professionalism from the time I talked to Tom over the phone about towing my truck. Until he dropped me and the truck off. Great customer service and handled every obstacle I unintentionally threw at him. Lol! Fair prices, not looking to overcharge you. All together AWESOME place. Great customer service, fair price and flexible fast service. Most places close for the weekend but not these guys. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car.
I went here when my regular guy couldn’t fit me in before my vacation. I was very impressed by the professional manner in which I was treated. Nobody talked down to me just because I’m female and the service was extremely efficient. Tom took the time to explain what I needed and how much it would be. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!
Excellent shop for diesel repairs. Full service shop that's clean and professional. I had hub seals repaired and a DOT inspection. The price was absolutely fair but the service was superb. If you have a Cascadia, Classic, Columbia or Century seriously consider Turpin.
