Needed a battery so went to Advance Auto and was waited on by Alex. He was very professional and treated me with respect and will definitely go there if I need any parts.

I get parts at AAP in 5 states,use speed perks a 20pct all the time

My wipers needed to be replaced. I went in, purchased, and the gentleman replaced my wipers. Love going there all the time. It didn't take more than 15 minutes. They are very helpful.

Daniel was terrific at helping us figure out what was wrong with our car and couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks again

Old battery died so I bought a new one and they replaced it right on the spot and gave me a few tips as well! Very polite and very helpful.

Bought a lifetime starter forward 5 years started dies call they purge your info every three years I'm told so they won't replace starter. I guess lifetime warranty is 3 years

The worst customer service ever. Punch of kids without experience running the business and the store manager he’s always out. So expensive compared to AutoZone

Door was locked an hour after they were supposed to be open. I was stopped in the parking lot to let me know they were there. They made some suggestions for my car (which were actually wrong) after a failed battery issue. Glad I didn't have to buy anything, but lost a bit of confidence. The staff was extremely nice though, but the experience I had wasn't great up to that point.

Jasmine P provided outstanding customer service and helped me with a seat cover, and when it was uncomfortable and I returnd it, she was still all smiles and friendly service. More people need to be like her. I will be back because of her service. I really wanted to fill out the survey just to give her credit, but that survey is the creepiest I have seen and a HUGE violation of personal privacy, asking about my grandchildren and ages. Why? Its an auto store. Creeps. Asked my slary and all kinds of personal stuff and the survey was just beginning. Just gross. Whats wrong with these people?

I would like two employees to be recognized for helping out my sister change out her battery. Angelo and Raymond did an awesome job helping her out. I know tonight isn't the best weather to change a battery but I really do appreciate it. Thank you.

Went in for a new battery, the customer rep was very helpful in locating the battery and ringing me up. Luis (I believe was his name) was a champ and did a quick, solid install.

If I could give this store less than one star I would. Our company has a commercial account with this company, and you would think commercial accounts would have higher priority, but they don’t. If you call, before you even get the chance to say hello or say a single word, they already are putting you on hold, then they forget about the call and you’ll sit on hold for about 20 minutes. The only person over at the store who actually helps if they answer is Sonia. I don’t recommend this store. Maybe another advance

This is for the woman who answered the phone today (10/14/21) at 7:38AM—thank you SO MUCH for your iconic customer service in locating my UPS package. I called about a package that I never was notified via UPS was rerouted to this store, inquiring if it indeed was being shipped back to the sender. Whoever answered the phone was very kind, especially given that I can only assume having to deal with people's UPS packages is a very annoying part of this job. She took time to look for the package, and unfortunately our call got disconnected. I assumed my package wasn't there and figured I'd triage with UPS. To my surprise, despite having not left my number, this woman called me back about 20 minutes later to say she was sorry that she got sidetracked with helping a customer in store but to confirm that she didn't find my package. I feel like customer service these days is absolute TRASH. You'll go to a restaurant and order your entire meal on an app, or everyone is in a bad mood and treating each other with a lack of patience and disdain. It was such a small gesture to call me back AND in a good mood, but it really started my day off on the right foot. Whoever the woman was that answered my call—I wish you the best and hope you get raises and promotions wherever you go because you are clearly a conscientious worker and a kind person. Thanks again. ?

this is a good place 2 buy tires they give you good service they have 24-hour emergency service and you can get any kind of tired on here I should know I used to work there ask for Mark or Dave they would take good care of you tell him Brian sent you

Has to be the worst advance auto in Connecticut they don’t know what they’re doing never give you the right part Can keep you on hold for hours with an empty store I mean it goes on and on no wonder AutoZone across the street is Killen advance auto in New Haven Connecticut it’s sad used to be a really good store to go to now it’s just a waste of time

I arrived 20 minutes before they close and it seems that they don't like that. First they ignored me for 2 minutes when no one else was.im the store then refused to take a return I treated me very bad. A shame there is no customer service here Not coming back

Terrible customer service... Two male employees saw me walk towards the register immediately they hide where the parts are located... They come out see I'm still there they hide again. One of them with no choice opens a register with the nastiest attitude as though i was such a burden. I would rather risk my safety driving my truck back home then to be served by these people... I would give 0 starts if possible..

Very good service. There was a female employee who was the one who installed my battery and placed the old one on the trunk of my car. Very friendly and kind staff thanks!

I stop by to get a lite bulb for my truck I can't believe how long I had to wait to cash out there were 4 guys working an to bizey on the phone with people on the phone trying to get there cars fixed for free no one wanted to cash me out people waiting in line an no one waiting on use they should have a cashier just for people who want to cash out I have no plans on going back there any time soon that place was a nitemare

People working there seemed to busy doing nothing to help customers. .a few of us waited approximately 15 be be acknowledged but only after I spoke up. The were very rude when helped..will never return

Jeremy and Janet are first class. They offered to help me with my car in the freezing cold. Very knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond.

Dirty, unkept store. Often there are sections of shelves with all the products missing. I was surprised at how poorly kept the store was. The employees are fine and there are generally no lines as everyone is at the autozone across the street. Not going back and would recommend you don’t waste your tim here. Prices are comparble to those at the autozone and there is a Walmart just down the street if you are looking for cheaper proces. If you do go call ahead to make sure they have what you need.

I was having some trouble with my car starting, I had to give it some gas to get it to turn over. This is right when it's starting to get cooler at night. I brought it down here, I didn't catch his name, but he came out tested everything gave me the slip. Told me it was all good, and that it could be weather related. He actually even said next week it's supposed to be warmer, so if it continues then take it for a tune up, but if not, then it's likely the cold. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was literally in and out in less then 10 minutes!

For the short staff we are aND high volume we have I think we do a pretty good job! We respect amd value all our customers,we keep a calm and cool attitude,we give the respect we get thank you all for the love positive or negative.
