I wasn't of Spanish descent so therefore I was of no interest to the salesperson who also happened to take off into the back and stay there for a good half an hour cuz I sat in a handicap parking spot in my truck watching.
Let me use the bathroom very cool Manager, but the new guy did not even know how to check a battery. I even gave me attitude when I told him I would help him figure it out. He acted like it was Rocky science or something I think this is a car place.
I came in looking for a blinker light after not finding what i need at 5 other stores Pedro and Moe the store manager helped me find it. Pedro went out of his way to help me he looked at all the bulbs to ensure i got excatly what i needed.
he was so nice and so sweet.
also while fixing my blinker identified another issue with my car and fixed that also. It was a fantastic experience with helpful kind service.
I was having trouble with getting my son’s hood open on his vehicle. The O’Reilly team typically doesn’t help with those issues, but Nash went out of his way to assist and even looked up tips online. Even though we weren’t able to solve the issue, Nash’s assistance was greatly appreciated. Thanks again, Nash!
BUYER BEWARE— this place is run by racists!!
We purchased a battery and added warranty back in March. The battery has since malfunctioned. When we went today, the “manager” told us that there was nothing in his system showing that we purchased a warranty. Luckily for us, we held onto the receipt. Even with this PROOF, he claimed that he could not honor it as there was no way to update his system.
He continued to argue and belittle us. We gave him no reason to treat us this way. We are paying customers. But our warranty has not been honored— we have not been refunded and our battery has not been replaced.
Be careful with these guys. Apparently their outdated system prevents them from using their brains!
Great place super clean always have what I'm looking for. Polite, Professional staff and I always love seeing the guy at the counter I think he's the manager cool guy always love talking to him

Anthony, the store manager, and a Marine, hooked us up. We're on a 2500 mile vacation and had a misfire going on. Not only did he hook me up with parts but provided us with tools to let me take care of it right there in the back lot. It's stellar service that O'reillys provided to us in a tight spot that will keep us using them.
OReillyAuto parts what more could they possibly do the customer service you receive is outstanding truly wonderful professional and knowledgeable I would not go to another Auto store from the management to staff were just a breathe of fresh air to know kindness is still in the world highly appreciated valued and highly recommend
Needed new head lights they were quick and very knowledgeable on price cost for what head lights would suit the application. Not to mention really friendly

My wife, nearly 3 year old and I were visiting Branford from Texas when our vehicle had an alternator failure which destroyed our battery. Thankfully I'm a trade mechanic/technician and knew exactly what to do and I buy 90% of my personal vehicle parts from O'Reillys. They are cross country in nearly every decent size town and I knew both the components were covered under warrantees. When we arrived I explained what had happened and Hector as well as the daytime store manager, Anthony and evening store manager Derrick, went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed and get them installed without getting drinched by rain in 40° weather. They were not initially able to find my original purchase in my account which is extremely lengthy but went the extra mile to locate the parts and get warrantee exchanges with no out of pocket expense. Then after I got the brand new alternator and battery installed and used my own scan tool to check the charging system I determined the new alternator was defective. It was unfortunate but I know this happens sometimes and thankfully I am able to catch the defect immediately and eliminate other possibilities! At this point Anthony the daytime manager had already ended his shift and left and it had begun to rain while I was pulling the alternator a 2nd time! Derrick the evening shift manager,by his own initiative, came out of the store with a tarp and draped it over my hood and front of my vehicle while I finished the work and when I went to put the 2nd alternator on Anthony pulled back up to check on my family and he was going to drive to another location if there wasn't a 2nd alternator in stock for my vehicle in his store! The way all of you men conducted yourselves on that night deserves to be extremely highly commended! This kind of exquisite service is few and far between these days and every team member in this store truly went above and beyond for my family! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!
I went to O'Reillys, Foxon Rd and really needed help and I was gifted with the 2 most wonderful young men who were so much help to me. It was pouring rain and they went to my car to diagnose the issue. They very quickly and efficiently got the parts I needed helped me find a location to quickly get them installed. The whole experience was great and I will only go back to that store for all my future needs. I highly recommend this store for any automotive needs you have.
This place was so helpful! We were on our way to a wedding in Massachusetts when our check engine light came on and we had to find a place quickly. The manager helped us diagnose the problem immediately and gave us options on what to do. Overall great experience.
The person that helped me today had a great attitude. He was very polite and helpful. They had what i needed when other big name stores needed to order it. So all and all I'm very happy with my experience.
Nice little shop, definitely prefer this place over AutoZone or Advanced Auto Parts. Here they helped me right away, was barley any wait and the rep went above and beyond to help me. Woulda gave more stars but idk if it was just a one off or if they treat all customers this way. But the 2 times I've been here they've been a great company
Amazing how fast a 5 star review goes in the toilet. Word of advice to the manager and staff at this particular store. If you're not a mechanic, who are you to argue with a retired aircraft mechanic over a battery? To engage in a shouting match with a customer is unacceptable.
I personally think O'Reilly is overpriced! Actually it's not what I think,I know it is overpriced.You can get any part cheaper at any other local parts store.Theyre definitely charging more than they should be with competition so close by.Not my first choice to get parts!
I went to 2 other chain retailers attempting to get assistance with my engine codes. This retailer/location was the only place willing to come out to the car and let me plug it in while they ran the device. (The cord on their device at this location is much longer than the retailers who no longer check for you! Social distance!)
The staff member that helped us was really understanding of our issue and knowledgable about the part that came up in the code. Worth a little drive to get parts and auto supplies here this time AND next time!
This new location is very clean, I was welcomed when i came in and was helped very well. I will be coming back here. Thank God for this store opening, the competition in the area isnt very good.
Worst service I've ever had. Employee was rude disrespectful. As I walked in the store putting on a face mask he said if I don't put it on I have to leave as he was not wearing one himself. And he obviously seen me putting it on, He would not let it go and kept on talking down to me to the point where I had to leave and will not spend a dollar in that store.
Horrible costumer service. They say they price match but don't. I dealt with the manager and he was telling me that I was wrong on a part that I got from the local dealership and was installed in my truck already. I have however had better experiences before this with other employees. There's always one know-it-all in the group. I went to AutoZone and had no problem price matching.
